Order canceled by ajio for the order id : fl[protected] on 5th of september but till today (Sep 22) amount not refunded. Called several time ajio customer care but no use

    I had placed an order on 04/09/2020 for lightly washed slim fit denim shorts, but i have received an different item on 09/09/2020. So i returned the product on 10/09/2020 and my return id is rt21726695. But i haven't received the refund amount yet. I am not able to reach customer care through toll free no. And i have emailed to the customer care, but no reply from their side.

    Called customer care and raised a complaint regarding the delay for my refund amount. Customer executive stated that my refund will be initiated within couple of days. Right now my refund has been initiated.

        I ordered 5 items on ajio, three of them came which i returned due to some issues. The money was initiated on 18th june but nearly 5 months passed away i haven't received any amount or respond from ajio regardless of mailing and calling the customer care number (Which appears to not exist). The rest two items them i was forced to cancel as 2 months passed away but my order was not yet shipped, i received the 2 items amount but those three items amount i haven't received yet, it is total of rs. 2592.45 kindly look after this matter

              I ordered 8 products from Ajio and the order id is FL[protected] i ordered the products on 6th september 2020 and the ajio team send me SMS that the product is out for delivery but the delivery representative didint contact me or call me in my number. And now when i check the tracking details the 3 products from the order are already returned

                I orderd 10 items on 8th aug. I did'nt received 4 of my items, it was showing delivery delayed. Today when i checked details of my remaining orders it was showing "delivery unsuccessful - return complete". But i never cancelled the orders and i havent even received any call or text regarding the remaining orders. So where is my refund for these four items?? I want my items delivered or else refund of my items. If it does'nt happen than i will take legal actions. Its order no "fl[protected]"

                  I’m complaining this as I’m tired of complaining ajio through mail and from ajio customer care service I couldn’t get my refund money (3600) as it is initiated on 18/03/2020 and today is 18/09/2020 it is six months now there is no response from ajio team by email or by call and more over no customer care service takes call from me complaint id -COM[protected]

                    I have order a product from ajio with order id fl[protected], complaint id com[protected] how long wait for that refund. It's almost 1month over. When i'll get my amount. I want my money back. Ajio app initiated 14th september resolved, but its not resolved yet. If its continue am raising complaint on other platform of consumer complaint. Here after am never purchased any product from ajio & couldn't suggest people. Its worst experience ever. Shortly resolve my issue.

                      One of my sealed packet was showing that it contain 5 items, after paying the CoD amount for all 5 and after opening I noticed that there were only 3 items. 2 items were not included in the packet. Raised a complain with complain number [COM[protected]]. There is no updates from there side.

                        2 shirts delivery in one package and i paid rs 945 but there was only one shirt in the package when i opened it. They cheated me with rs 420.
                        Even i have the proof video as i opened it.
                        I am mentally stressed because of this and really it broke my trust on this company.

                          My complaint is regarding due to transaction failure my money was deducted from the bank, after raising the ticket, on 13th september it's been more than 7 days the money is still not refunded and any customer care personals are also not responding, and one of my previous order payment on 6th september which is also pending it's been since 20 days in still haven't received my amount i'll surely raise a complaint to the cyber police

                          This seems like a complete act of fraud

                          Reliance has been using its brand name and cheating people. No other e-commerce has behaved in such a degrading manner.

                              I returned 3 shirts from ajio in june 2020. Since they are not fitting well. However after following up many times they are not giving my refund. Kindly do the needful and i need my refund with compensation. Since june june i am continuously following up with them but it is so harasiing.

                                  I placed an order on 4th September 2020 in ajio app, the payment was shown as unsuccessful after the amount was debited from my account. I thought that it would be refunded after 48 hrs. But it has not refunded. I tried many times to customer care service but it is impossible to reach out them. I dropped so many mails but it is not responding. I want my money back as soon as possible....

                                  There is two orders and multiple products I have returned no one has come pick up and return has been cancelled by your end without my concern.

                                  I have mailed and called to customer care many times but no response.please arrange for return pick up and refund my amount asap.

I also wait for a dayto get order id but i didn’t received yet so please send me my order id or else send me my money back please. It’s value on ajio is 950 and i used my 93 rupees ajio wallet money, and it’s free delivery product so please send me order id as soon as fast possible.
