I have purchases sarees from this app and while during booking of this order delivery date was with 7-10 days while in actual it was received after 20-25 days.in this pack few items were in bad quality so i raised return request for these items. But during pick-up of these items courier person confirmed me that few en numbers are not matching with their record so he suggest me to call customer care of ajio as this is common problem in ajio. I called customer care and luckily after 35 minutes of waiting someone picked-up my call and after conference call with courier person they asked pictures of labels. I sent all the pictures to the ajio customer care but till now no resolution received from them. Even trying to call customer care but their system is not working from last 10 days... How pathetic service they are providing to customers. Worst company. Requesting to you please help me to get my money refunded from ajio.

      I ordered something from the ajio app, the money was debited from the account, but order was not placed. It said that the money will be refunded but it has not been yet recieved. Please refund the money.

        Very bad customer service I have ever seen... It's been more than 25days I haven't received my refund yet and not return product is picked up... CC executive says we will escalate ur concern and I felt supervisor has same level like CC agents.. He was supposed to send me mail which I haven't received yet.. I don't know how many years @AJIO.com takes to resolve customer concern... Email agents redirect on CC number, if they r not aware about the process and policy then Email desk is not required.. I'm Harrased by Ajio CC responses. Neither I got my refund nor return of one product. I don't have time to take follow ups.
        Supervisor of CC disconnected the call. I have all call recordings with me.
        Looking forward for ur positive response

          I have ordered from Ajio app and made payment through Google pay. The amount was debited from my account as the payment was successful but, there is no confirmation regarding the order. In the app it is showing that currently you have no orders placed. Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest convenience.

            I ordered a product from Ajio 1 month ago and made online payment for it. I haven't received the product yet and my money is stuck.
            I tried reaching Ajio at their email and number, I didn't get any assuring response from their end.

            I need a solution to recover my money and hence am filing this complaint.

                  I ordered a dress from ajio on 23 july and the ordered reached to me somewhere between 1-5 august. I did not like the material of the cloth so decided to return it. After putting the request for return, the order was picked the next day and the status showed that refund will be initiated by 15 august but refund got initiated by 22 august and i got a message from ajio that the refund will be visible in 5-8 business days. It has been more than ten days now and i have not got my refund. The emails to them are showing now result and they simply send an automated mail everytime. I tried calling them but there was no response from the other side.

                    I done my payment 1301 rs today by upi method through phonepay and the amount got deducted from my bank account but the order is not placed or not showing in my order in ajio app account.

                      I have not received my refund yet. It has been two weeks since my order has been returned. Customer service is not responding to my calls or emails. I don't know when am I going to get my refund or Has it been initiated or not. I mailed them to initiate the refund again in the ajio wallet but there was no response.

                        The amount of rs.2024.40 got deducted from my account on 7th sept 2020 while paying for the order through google pay. But order didn't place.
                        I immediately dropped an email to the customer care with no response yet.

                        Request you to either confirm my order or refund the amount of rs. 2024.40 at the earliest

                          While trying to place an order on ajio.com, my payment failed 2 times and the amount was deducted from my bank account.

                          However, its been 1 month and still ajio has not refunded my money.
                          Even have called ajio customer care multiple times and sent email as well with bank account statement, but no help received so far.

                          This seems to be the worst shopping site service.

                            I ordered clothing items from Ajio a month back. While returning one of the products there was some technical issue from the company's side and the returned got delayed. The order number is FL[protected] for which I didn't receive any refund even after confirmation of return of the product to the warehouse and it has been a month without any update about the refund status.

                              I have placed the order which comprised of 5 items - one item was received at the end and without brand /price tag - i requested a return of this product but they are not ready to process return and accept that the product was sent without tag. Many of my friends have also received ajio products without tag, received wrong items. I had emailed raising my concern - pic of the item.
                              The best part is the customer care does not care. The number is not answered even after waiting for 25 mins - the email is answered after days stating return not possible. The tweets are not responded.
                              If they can sell and deliver during pandemic, they can as well provide decent customer care service.

                              Ajio is a fraud - kindly provide resolution

                                I placed an order of Rs. 1614.90 using my debit card on September 10, 2020 and the amount got debited from my account but I did not receive the order confirmation yet.
                                I immediately dropped an email to the customer care with no response yet.

                                Request you to either confirm my order or refund the amount of Rs. 1614.90 at the earliest.

                                Followed up with the customer care executive and ensured that they refund the amount at the earliest. Even mailed them on the customercare email id. I goy my refund in 4days.

                                  I orderd 4 kurtas. Kept one. Returned one n opted for bank account refund but they refunded it into ajio wallet.
                                  Then i updated app n after that could not open it. Saw thousands of reviews about bad update n people were not able to return products as app was lagging. So i didnt receive other orders to preventt rusking my money.
                                  But they blocked my id saying u cant refuse to take the order.
                                  Now my money got stuck in wallet. They are not refunding ut just assuring everytime. Its been 2weeks now.

                                    I have returned ajio a dress i didnt like but still i havent recieved any refund its been 10 days since the order has been returned. The stupid customer care sent me a number that nobody responds on. They are only delivering and collecting things fast but not refunding fast. Myntra and amazon are much better than ajio. I will defame this site as much as i can if i dont get my refund. My complaint id is #rt21142210.

                                      I returned a product previously, but have not recieved any refund till now... I have been emailing them constantly. There is no response from there side except for covid 19 excuses. Nobody is picking up the call at customer care. Myntra and amazon are better than ajio in refunding money back to there customers.
