Address: Ajio India

I had placed my order on 23rd August which were to be delivered by 1st September, 20 containing of 2 items. The order no is #FL[protected].
1 had been delivered to me and the other one is yet on confirmed status only till 4th sept. It had been more than 12days, I had even raised complaints several times which was to be resolved by 1st September, still there is no response from customer care.
Today on 5th September, the order is been shown cancelled without notifying me the reason for it. The purchase was of 462 out of which 200 is refunded to my ajio wallet & 51 to ajio points which are already expired on 31st Aug, 20.
If the order is cancelled on 5th September, how can I used the Rs. 51 before 31st August, 20.
And what about the balance amount.
The why it is cancelled even the reason is not notified, I had even mail yet no response. It's just so unfair

    Hey there,
    I ordered two trousers which cost was 1615rs but the delivery boy didn't call me before coming nd took 1817 rs from my mother. I wasn't at home at the time of delivery.
    I want my money back and just want to know why you provide us wrong numbers of delivery boy???
    Worst experience from skip i just want my money back

      My order some how got cancelled without any of my acknowledgement and I didn’t get any refund money. Jio customer care is not working so that I can a complaint.I really don’t know what to do

        I placed an order and paid through Google pay. Money is deducted from my account but the order is not placed. I've called customer care several times but there was no reply

          I have ordered for 1577 and I paid through gpay, amount got debited but order didnt placed
          AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Its been 2 days and no communication from AJIO. very sad
          How do you treat your customers, I have sent mail and raised a complaint and you guys are not responding.

            It's now going to be one month but u people r not refunding my money. How long does it take to solve problems. It seems u r only averting n avoiding my problem. Ur all other work is going on smoothly in pandemic then why only problem solving is affected. U should cooperate wid customer. My order no is #RT20374131 against which u hv to refund. Do the needful.

            U all r not at all bothering to solve problems. Only averting n avoiding. How many days one should take tm when u hv confirmation of my returned product. Why hv u put my refund on hold

              Someone please help me I want to file a case against AJIO.

                I had purchased few items from ajio in july end, out of which I wanted to return 3 garments. They scheduled my return n delayed it twice. Today, after more than a month it was picked up. But now the status for the order shows that return cancelled. The delivery boy said due to contactless delivery, they will update the return slip via SMS. It's been more than 8 hrs n no sign of SMS or refund. My order number is FL[protected]

                  I ordered multiple products from Ajio order Id: #FL[protected] on 25 August 2020 from which one product which was to be delivered on 3 September was cancelled by them on 1 September 2020. After that they refunded in Ajio wallet without asking me and didn't refund the whole order amount. First of all I didn't need money in Ajio wallet, I want money back in my credit card as I don't want to use this site again. Secondly I want full amount of the item that was cancelled.
                  I contacted them through mail but got no reply. I tried to contact them through phone and waited for more than 20 minutes but no one picked my phone.
                  Ajio is fraud site that's making fool of the customers.

                    Placed an order of amount Rs 1189.66 at Ajio on 27 aug 2020. Amount was paid via google pay. THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT PLACED.
                    This was my first order from Ajio and its very DISAPPOINTING.
                    We tried to contact customer care via phone and mail but its not available.

                          The product was pickup on[protected] but Ajio site shows order to be pickup on[protected]. So i Called them for same reason & they assure me that products was already successfully picked up & refund will be initiated by[protected] but I have not received my refund. Again I was informed them via call log & email. Every time a new complaint is raised for the same issue & I am given multiple complaints number for same issue.I has attached Screen short as a proof. Kindly help me in this regards.

                            Ajio — Order ID: FL[protected]

                            I had received a damaged product purchased at almost INR 6000/- which I was willing to keep with a reasonable discount on the purchase value.
                            The team ended up giving of INR 300/- without even discussing with me and it's not worth it from my end.

                            The refund amount is substantial (atleast 30% of purchase value) since I'm willing to keep a product which should go as scrap as it shouldn't have passed the quality test.

                            PS : Somehow the complaint team never calls and discusses the issue or expectations (I've seen this earlier as well). Please ask the assigned stakeholder to call, discuss and then work towards resolution.

                            Would be grateful for the assistance.

                                    My account is blocked and i was not communicated about this even with email id or any sms on 15th august. when i was unable to login to account then i raised this as an issue, then no update on fact that my account is blocked even after 7 days i.e 22nd august. Customer care representative again asked me to wait for 48 hours as they looking into the issue and then shared forgot password link but this link landed to an empty page. So on 24th august when i talked with supervisor then he stated that account stands blocked due to non ajio product is returned. This lame reason is updated by delivery guy side .When i asked for evidence for which non ajio product is returned then again asked to wait for 48 hours. Within 48 hours another supervisor called and told that he will call back with resolution in next 2 working days i.e mon-tuesday(as i called on friday 28th august late night). So i waited till tuesday but no one called till night 9pm so i made a call to customer care and she assured that i will get call on wed 2nd sep but till night 7pm no one reverted back. Again approcahed customer care and he assured that complaint is escalated to next level and evidence will be given in next 48hours.

                                    Already compliant is raised with I'd COM[protected] and same was confirmed to provide update and fix this account blockage issue by today 11th Sept.but no call or any communication is made regarding this. Neither any evidence was shared for blocking my account details in ajio app and desktop and nor account is unblocked as no evidence there that non ajio product was returned. Not getting how the pick up guy can take non ajio return??

                                    Already this account login ssue was raised long back from 15aug 2020. I was informed about account being blocked on 24 august only after I called up customer care and chatted with supervisor. No mail was notified from your side.this is not acceptable from a renowned company like urs.

                                    This complaint I'd had not mentioned any timelines to make my account unblock rather several days are mentioned. Please note that already 18 days were taken and no action taken to unblock and also provide evidence that account is blocked due to return of non ajio product. I can only request to unblock account in next 2 business days as confirmed by yoir ajio customer care representative over call yesterday.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    Ajio team has not provided evidence of order for which my account was suspended stating that non ajio product is returned. For every return raised by ajio app, a unique return id is generated and this is confirmed by pickup guy on returning the order. I have not returned any non ajio product from my side as i have all the mails for return raised and refund confirmed. It seems delivery guy didnt picked up product on time lines and this made my account suspended. why no explanation with evidence for non ajio product returned, was mailed to me ??Even ajio team has changed my mail id to [protected]@gmail.com_blocked without notifying via mail/sms for any reasons?? this way ajio team has the right to suspend account with anytime without having proper evidence to back their reason???

                                    To my surprise. They did the same thing with me. I was shocked anyway and tried my best to get the thing sorted. They failed to fix it. They kept saying i returned non ajio product although they are the one who delivered non ajio product how ironic it is. Super deception! Since as customers we do not have access to the information as much as they do they just blame us for their faulty business practices. They are unfaithful to the customers.
                                    Similar thing happened with me too. They delivered a wrong product and after that did not issue refund stating i returned a non ajio product. How lame is that? They are just openly frauding people.
