My account is blocked and i was not communicated about this even with email id or any sms on 15th august. when i was unable to login to account then i raised this as an issue, then no update on fact that my account is blocked even after 7 days i.e 22nd august. Customer care representative again asked me to wait for 48 hours as they looking into the issue and then shared forgot password link but this link landed to an empty page. So on 24th august when i talked with supervisor then he stated that account stands blocked due to non ajio product is returned. This lame reason is updated by delivery guy side .When i asked for evidence for which non ajio product is returned then again asked to wait for 48 hours. Within 48 hours another supervisor called and told that he will call back with resolution in next 2 working days i.e mon-tuesday(as i called on friday 28th august late night). So i waited till tuesday but no one called till night 9pm so i made a call to customer care and she assured that i will get call on wed 2nd sep but till night 7pm no one reverted back. Again approcahed customer care and he assured that complaint is escalated to next level and evidence will be given in next 48hours.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Already compliant is raised with I'd COM[protected] and same was confirmed to provide update and fix this account blockage issue by today 11th Sept.but no call or any communication is made regarding this. Neither any evidence was shared for blocking my account details in ajio app and desktop and nor account is unblocked as no evidence there that non ajio product was returned. Not getting how the pick up guy can take non ajio return??
Already this account login ssue was raised long back from 15aug 2020. I was informed about account being blocked on 24 august only after I called up customer care and chatted with supervisor. No mail was notified from your side.this is not acceptable from a renowned company like urs.
This complaint I'd had not mentioned any timelines to make my account unblock rather several days are mentioned. Please note that already 18 days were taken and no action taken to unblock and also provide evidence that account is blocked due to return of non ajio product. I can only request to unblock account in next 2 business days as confirmed by yoir ajio customer care representative over call yesterday.
