I ordered for 564/- rupees and money has debited from my account. And when I check my pass book it show like money is debited to ajio/mumbai account. But still I didn't get any order confirmation message or anything.

        Hi, i have been complaining regarding my order.I have email to AJIO customer care several times but of no use. My complain no. is Com[protected].On 22nd June 2020 around 10:30 pm the amount of Rs 1664 has been deducted from my account but the order is incomplete. I even tried calling customer care but of no use. I have also provided all the necessary info regarding the transaction. The transaction no. is SBIPG ST[protected]. I am very disappointed .Please do check my complaint.

              Item not taken back by the delivery boy stating that no collar tag on the item. However there was no tag even when the item was delivered at first place. Item exchange request was placed with in few hours of initial item delivery. Customer care numbers are unreachable. Very bad experience with ajio. Never expected from site like this. Least bothered about customers. No response from customer service even sending mails. I am not having any option other than raising it to higher level.

                    Sir, my name is trisha. Today i ordered some stuff from ajio which total cost is 632. I paid it by google pay. But my order is not confirmed yet and money is debited from bank account. I am very much disappointed. Please try to solve this prob. Please refund my money possible screenshots attached.

                      Ajio is a chor website... I ordered a shirt on it and the description showed it was 100% cotton, when it arrived, it was 90% polyster and 10% terrycot... Chor website

                                One month ago, i returned an order and delivery boy said that refund will come within 2 hours but now it has been one month refund has not came and another thing that two product came in one packet but when i open it there was only one. Hoping for sooner response .

                                  I ordered 2 men's performax shorts form ajio. As I was placing the order, I paid for it via phone pay UPI amount of INR 868. But neither the order was placed nor they refunded my money. Since then I've mailed them a hundred times. But their response isn't seems to be fruitful. Tough I sent them the screen shot of that transaction they're not responding.

                                        I ordered two dresses and two shoes from Ajio online shopping app. The app was constantly lagging. I placed the order successfully after a few attempts. Money was deducted through my bank account rs. 1701.18. As i opened the app, i checked my orders section. And it did not show any orders. Here i am attaching a screenshot of the app showing no orders placed and a screenshot of google pay transaction history where you can see the balance has been deducted successfully.
