I ordered a kurthi set.But they delivered only kurtha, dupatta and bottom were missing.I have been sending them tons of emails.my complaint hasn't been resolved yet. They ended up saying we can't assist you further.the products were intact in the delivery. They r like clearing up their side and coming out of the issue.Now my money is gone and I didn't get complete product.

    I have applied for a refund from ajio wallet to bank account, they said they have already credited money and i have checked my bank acc recently, there is no refund. My log in id is [protected] and i will get a refund of 550 in my bank account. Please help

      I had ordered 10items of Rs. 15k last week. Some of them i want to exchange and return. But 2days back Ajio has blocked my account. Now i can't access my account and customer care is telling like due to high return they have blocked my account. But i didn't get any alert notifications regarding return policy as flipkart is alerting their rules for returning limits for items.just add return charges for items no issues but blocking account is really not acceptable at all.Even after sending mail to ajio customer care didn't get any response mail regarding unblock the account.I used to order lots of dresses from Ajio app now i am really very disappointed. Atleast give access for exchange and return i need my money back. Very bad experience ever.

        I had placed for return pickup of my order on 13 Aug 2022. However even after 15 days since then, my order has not been picked up and nor did i receive a refund.

        Due to this untimely service from Ajio and a reckless delay I has to repay my credit card bill which would have sufficed by the refund amount.

        When I contact Ajio, they ask me to wait for 7 more days until i get a response.

        I have my important share of amount stuck up with the ajio company.

        I had complied with all the return terms and conditions, yet I am facing such situation

            I kept my 5orders for return..and everytime they are cancelling my return rqst..and when i chatted with them in the help site..they said I have to self ship the product..and to my pincode return rqst are not accepting..but other people my village when they kept for return they are taking and going their products..it has been i am facing this problem...they are delivering the product for that it is serviceable but for taking return product its not serviceable.. plzz help me to get out of these problem

              My ajio account has been blocked automatically.I am not able to login my account.Itvis displaying that access has been denied.
              But have 5-6 items to return due to size issue but i am not able to do that.
              Ajio is worst of all shopping apps, never faced any such issue with others.
              Pls resolve the complaint fast

                I ordered alot of items from Ajio but the delivery boys used to come with the product after 10-15 days of promised date and in some cases they didn’t even came to deliver the product and gave the reason to authorities that i refused to take… so i had to tolerate this much nuisance of delivery boys and all because of this mess created by them they blocked my account…now there are a lot of prepaid orders which are yet to be delivered now I can’t check the delivery status, and after the late delivery i will not be able to return … and my refunds are stucked…if they didn’t wanted me to order from their app they must’ve given me the warning or unable my account when i was placing the order … there are around 6 prepaid orders around 6000 rupees which i already paid for orders and now they blocked my account and now i m stucked

                      On 23 August 2022, I was placing an order on AJIO app.
                      It asked me to make payment and with the UPI payment link which i got in my PhonePe app, I have paid Rs2046.74.
                      The amount successfully got deducted, also in PhonePe I got the notification of successful transaction to AJIO but till today I did not receive an order id from AJIO for the payment I had made.
                      From past 2 day I am continuously calling the AJIO customer care but nobody responded to my calls, not just that even I have written mails to [protected]@ajio.com but did not get any response even for the mails.

Out of them I have a wrong size item I have tried to create return for both of them, but they keep getting auto cancelled with message `Hi ****!                           I've ordered product which consists of 1 shirt and a track pant . When I received a delivery parcel it has been mentioned outside as quantity 2 but it had only one shirt that to child size which was totally diff from what I've ordered . Ive tried many times to return the order but it shows error always in the app . Please try to help me out

                            Hi,

                            I placed an order #FN[protected] on 13 August. The initial delivery date was 24 August. I created my AJIO account using my Google profile. AJIO has taken the wrong phone number from my Google profile. Now, they won't deliver my order or cancel my order. I submitted a request to update my new phone number. They insist on doing a simple update only by 29 August. Until then, they refused to cancel my order or deliver it. Neither do I get a refund through cancellation nor will my product delivered because of their refusal to update my phone number.

                              I have order 2 shirt for my kids which is quantity of 2 but i have received only one instead of two i did prepaid for this they said it delivered both of them but i got only one even the invoice is showing two.

                              In another case One of my order they cancel automatically.

                              They are doing this because i did prepaid i think . It about two month i didn't got my money.

                                  I have ordered 1 item crocs lite ride 360 slingback clogs what i have received is cross company which is cheap quality different model and different colour i immediately tried to contact courier facility they told to contact customer service and ajio customer service is one of fraud company i have seen there is no way to contact customer care worst experience and disappointed by ajio service and product cost 5000 rs very expensive buy from ajio and i have received different cheap quality very much disappointed and lost hopes in ajio app after all I placed return and courier boy picked it, i have told him that i have received different product and he picked it up my return id is# RT77972746 he is telling that product is not matching to ordered product and i have told him that i have received different product courier person telling to contact customer care which is impossible to contact customer care in ajio app . One of the worst customer care service in ajio app

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I have placed order for 5 items on 29-june-2022.

                                    Out of 5, 2 Products were never delivered to me. I received a system call informing me that i have asked delivery boy to open the packets however I have never given such instructions to open packet (pre-paid products) and these 2 products are floral printed regular top and cartoon print night wear set.

                                    And 1 product (Saffron Threads Pant with slip pocket) which I have returned due to size issue but did not receive back my money till date.

                                    I am fed up with your delivery and customer service. You are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest otherwise i will raise complaint to consumer forum also.

                                    Please credit my money (580.04 + 645.72 + 379.08).

                                    After yesterday's discussion on call Ms. Preeti has advised me to provide a bank statement and will resolve the issues.

                                    I am attaching my bank statement for your ready reference.

                                      I order product on 23-july-2022, they didn't delivered my product till today i.e. 23-august-2022. They keep on transferring my call to one to another, saying no manager is on the floor. We can't do anything on this, product is with delivery person, we will surely do something.

And raised so many compliant but still no response, product was on sell and the amount was 748 but now product value is 1166. They are not doing any thing, and making a fraud attempt by sending fake message of delivery attempted.

                                        This complaint is with reference to the captioned Order No. FN[protected] for an amount of Rs. 7641/-, which was placed through the Ajio app on 24 July 2022.

                                        The order contained one single pair of Michael Kors sunglasses bearing model number OMK2138U Pasadena Full Rim Sunglasses (“Order”) and was delivered on 1 August 2022. The reason for my displeasure is that the Order, which had been placed for my mother was delivered in a damaged state. The rims of the sunglasses were bent and it could clearly be seen that the Order was damaged. Pursuant to these glaring defects, the Order was repacked in an as received condition and a return request was raised on 1 August 2022 itself.

                                        Subsequently, on 3 August 2022, the Order was picked up by your agent from the delivery address without raising any questions as to the authenticity and / or the quality of the Order. In any event, the Order was received in a damaged condition and could therefore not have matched the product as being reflected on the Ajio website. Thereafter, I received an intimation that the return could not be initiated as it did not pass the QC for reasons best known to you. The Order was thereafter returned to me at my delivery address.

                                        Thereafter, i wrote to Ajio requesting return of the damaged Order and refunding the money I paid for the same. I was continuously assured by Ajio that the Order will be picked up by 19 August 2022 and the monies will be refunded thereafter. Despite these assurances, the damaged order has not been picked up till this date and neither has my amount of Rs. 7641/- been refunded. Further, to my utter shock and dismay, Ajio has today informed me that the 15 day period to initiate such return / refund request has now expired and i cannot return the product. This is a completely contrary stance which Ajio has now at this belated stage taken with the sole motive of defrauding its customers. This stance categorically shows that it was never Ajio's intention of addressing my grievance but instead through an extensive correspondence they were simply delaying matters to let the 15 day period expire.

                                        In view of such fraudulent services and dishonest business practice, I demand full refund of Rs. 7641/- from Ajio at the earliest.
