I made a complain regarding my two failed transaction and amount was deducted twice of Rs 2073.91+2073.91 total Rs 4147.82 on 19 august 2022 at 05.03 pm and 07.20 pm, i got complaint number ID: COM[protected] which was promised to be resolved by ajio on 31.08.2022 and refund will be credited shortly but refund has not been credited yet into my account i called so many times to toll free number they said your issue will be resolved within a week but no response from there side then i complained to grievance officer email id then also same response is given to me thats why i am complaining here i am completly harrased and tortured because it is going on from more than 20 days and yet today refund not issued. Kindly issue my refund.

    I have ordered on 17th August in AJIO with paytm wallet, money has been debited but order was unsuccessful and i didn't get order id it's been more than 20 days now still didn't receive my refund. All the time they were asking for order id but i didn't get order id and i can't find the order in my orders history. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible

        Hi Ajio My Name Is Aryan Saxena, And I Am From Hyderabad, I Recently Ordered A boots From Ajio Which Totally Came differently And Then Returned It On 29th Or August, the Pickup man came on 1of September and They Told I will Get Refund By 8th of September, As I Contacted Ajio And They Told Refund Will Be Initiated By 13th of September

              I had order for a product and had paid for a product online the order got cancelled but the money got debited from the account . Its been more than 3 days and I haven’t recived my money back . So I request u to refund my money as soon as possible.

                I had placed order on 5th sept and today is 7th sept. Money is debited but order was not placed. Called customer care and also they mailed. They just saying wait for 48 hours. 48hours are already over and still no refund. Pathetic customer care. Ajio feels 48 hours are like a lifetime for them. If order is not replaced. I don’t know why are they not refunding yet. It’s easy to debit customers money then to credit it back to them. Proof attached

                    Ajio team has blocked my account and now the orders I placed I am not able to cancel or return it.
                    This is the scam they are doing with me and I have placed more than 6k of orders.
                    They are not unblocking the account and doing this scam by keeping our money with them.

                      This order originally was supposed to be delivered on 5th Sept 2022 . However every day the status is change. The latest updated show delivery date 8th Sept. Do you think it will be of any use when the festival is over?

                        I have ordered 2 Cotton Bed sheets from Ajio but when received them they are of very poor quality. So applied for return on the same day 14th August 2022 for Return. The was Scheduled on 29th August 2022 but strangely no one came or called us. The next day received a message that customer not available request to "reschedule or cancel" the return. With no other choice has to reschedule the pickup. Next pickup is scheduled at 3 September 2022 but again no one arrived for the pickup of return item. Again on 6th September 2022 the return order is cancelled saying that as if I changed my mind to cancel the request. All this is a big drama by Ajio cheating its customers.                           All of sudden my Account is blocked for 24 hours- i.e. on 5th Sept 2022!
                          I have made Rs 20, 000 purchase and I'm unable to track my orders. Please unblock my account or refund all of my money and take your product back.

                          This whole thing/process looks as if you have done this on purpose to cheat people and take their hard-earned money by fooling them by freely and fearlessly saying it's a Govt Policy even after knowing there is no such policy.

                          The information I have received from call support is that I have initiated a return because of which my account is blocked!
                          Firstly, the last return I initiated was in the month of April - it's 5 months now, after 5 months you are blocking my account too after making a new purchase!
                          Secondly, why should an account get blocked if one has initiated the return? isn't that part of service - exchange and return?

                            I had placed a return for my order order no #FN[protected] (3 items in total)
                            The return gets cancelled on its own near the pick up dates without any reason. On contacting AJio they have given excuses but no action has been taken.
                            For one of the items I am asked to self courier it saying that area is suddenly not serviceable but the other two items from the same brand and company are to be picked up! How is that possible?!
                            Now for the item to be picked up by them, even that has gotten cancelled again without any reason or any intimation. I'm unable to return any of the products!
                            This is very frustrating and such horrible customer service from Ajio!

                                Hey,

                                I haven’t received my refund past 1 month.

                                Please find below attached emails and text snapshot which i am receiving every time when i ve raised issue with new call supporter, supervisor and backend teams.

                                They all are pathetic, they even don’t understand an emails and how and what they would have to respond on the same.

                                I am never gonna use this app for clothing purpose. Very poor service and teams.

                                I have alot mails, texts and complaint IDs aginst same, i you need each mails, text msgs snapshot i will provide.

                                    Hello,
                                    I order one sandal and tshirt few days back and returned the item on Same day once I got it due to size issue .

                                    There is some pattern that ajio guys don't pick the product on time . This is the second time I am facing issues with pickup. They are harrassing their customer by faking return and exchange process.
                                    These guys loot their customer and don't perform your task.

                                    I have followed up with customer care 100 times over chat and call. They assure that product will be picked up soon.

                                    It's been a month I have wasted lots of money and effort.

                                    When I sent mail to their support team they are saying to ship from my end and they will give 150 rs in wallet.
                                    First of all shipping cost 300 Rs second why money is credited in wallet.
                                    Do you think people will try to purchase product with this behaviour.

                                    I would like to demand 5 lakh rupees in return for all the effort and time I have invested in following up with the customer support.

                                      Created return for a product within return window but it showed failed attempts to pick up and i still contacted customer service within window of return. Told me to share photos of products which i did multiple times so they can create the return from their end. But now they keep sending me mails saying they cannot view my mail as the format or size must be wrong... I checked and it is within their requirements of format and size. Everytime I try to talk to customer care service they say they don't know the details of what is going on and the department that is responsible for the return has been informed and matter is escalated. But nothing happens.

                                        I had ordered few items on the 8th AUG. 6 items are yet to be delivered. It's been more than a month.
                                        Raised multiple complaints. Nobody has addressed the issue yet. I want my remaining items to be cancelled and amount to be refunded.
