    The company never informed or warned me that due to lot of return my account could be blocked. There is nothing of this kind from their end. Never . Also whatever return I have is just due to size issue. Nothing else. Such incident of complete account block has never happened to me to any other e-commerce platforms. Now when this has happened and can't be opened the product they are not returning and items keep on delivering.

    Even I asked delivery boy to cancel & return at door step only when i got to know about account block but he gave some excuses like I will have to go again so plz take this & apply return(when I told that my account is blocked he said it will be reopened again ). is this my fault?

    Currently I am going through lot of mental trauma due to huge money stucked in recent Ajio orders(unfitted one)
    I had already conveyed same through ajio customer care/Grievance line, but didn't get full support in terms of scheduling returns of all the items for which I attached respective bills.
    I had already asked before order return period ends but it can be extended beyond that period if they responds lately. So, I won't be responsible for that.

    I'm highly disturbed literally feeling cheated on.. can't explain since the amount is heavy. My most humble request that don't open account no issue but atleast accept my return and issue my refund asap.

    My account got blocked w/o any prior information 2 months back & ~15k amount is stucked in my recent orders which I wanted to return.
    It’s been 2 months I am actively mailing you regarding this(attached all bills & items pictures with tag), raised many complaints but nothing resolved the issue.

    It’s become my worst experience on online shopping (experienced nowhere except Ajio)
    I still believe, you people would help me to schedule returns of those items & getting the refund.

    pls don't make us believe that there is no word called justice.
    But i have faith in consumer court that they would help me resolve the issue.

      My name is Sourabh Kumar. this incident is about a T-shirt I ordered from ajio.com.

      I placed my order at ajio.com by prepaid on 16 Jul 2022 with orderID-FNBB76208014.
      this order included few more items, all of them dispatched from different warehouses.
      it included a off-white DNMX t-shirt which I received on 19 July.

      first after opening the package I found out the tags ring was intact but there...

      I did not get refund for one of the product I returned, even though It shows refunded in the app for Order ID #FN[protected] and Return ID #RT74529619. I want my return back as soon as possible.

        I suppose to get refund from ajio 30 days before. as on the date i have not received. i am getting mails it will be solved before 22.07.2022. but today 23.07.2022 it is not received. i have to get 700/- as refund.

          My order was set to be delivered on the 18th. CONTACTed both the logistics and ajio and let me just say both the companies CUSTOMER care is USELESS!! No updates regarding my order and they just give me dates on dates. How bad can I company be?? I would not recommend this site to anyone! Complete ###!

          Where is my order scammers? And why is it taking so long to be delivered. If you can't get it to deliver cancel and refund me.

            On 19th of June I ordered a GULMOHAR JAIPUR KURTA and the payment went into processing. I paid from a different account but the processing amount of also cut the next day. I am attaching the images of transaction IDs and other details to go through.

            I did double payment on 24th November for an AJIO product which cost 1229 first payment was went in processing so i did one more payment and the next day the processing amount also cut from bank account

              On Mon, Jul 18 2022 I received the order Order ID FN[protected]

              On account of the size issue, I wanted to return two of the three products I got. By mistake, I placed the return request for all three products. The return request ID is RT74590502.The delivery executive who came to collect the product informed me to give all the products or else he will have to cancel the return. Immediately I informed customer care, to delete one product(the pink shirt in size L) from the return request, They took the complaint. However, they have canceled the complete return which is a clear miss from your end. After two days I'm not able to log in to my account. I became suspicious. Contacted customer care many times. Still, they didn't resolve. The next day I.e. today my account was blocked.

              When I searched on Google I got to know about such instances of account blocking. This is highly unethical and unacceptable. When your allowing return then customer will obviously return. In case of more returns, you can inform the customer or impose some other things by way of penalty but straight way your blocking the account. And worst part is that our money and credit get with you. This is pure theft. How could you this ? Never thought how mentally disturbed one can be by your act. I literally cried before customer care and requested to return the product and give back my money. At least they can do this much.

              Don't open my account no issue but at least place a new return request for the two products(the two green shirts) I want to return.

              Kindly help me out in getting this resolved

                AJIO had an offer running which said if we shopped for more than 9000 INR we would get free rewards which could be collected post the return period is over. Few days post the prder I got a mail with the rewards I would get but the coupon codes were missing in the email. When I called AJIO, I was told they would be sent later once the return period is over.
                Nothing was shared when the return period was over. When called/mailed AJIO they just told me that backend team can only help and they raised a complaint. Its been more than a month and they still havent given any rsolution. They just keep extending the dates.
                Coupon Codes were not shared for Rewards.

                    Full Description: I am Sachin Varshney. I have ordered 4 pair of shoes from Ajio Online Shopping Platform, and after successful confirmation of all 4 orders they got cancelled by the company itself without any reason. And when I had a talk with customer care (on[protected] they said to reorder without giving any reasonable explanation. When I go to reorder, I am not getting the same products at the same price. And if the products are now available on the same platform, then why they can't provide the product that I have successfully ordered. Because of this, I have suffered Mental trauma, and the time I have spent while ordering my shoes got wasted.

                    Desirable Resolutions: Now I request you to pass the instruction to deliver my orders as soon as possible & award me other compensation, as you deem fit for the mental injury that I have suffered due to their unethical behaviour.

                        My name is Jasdeep Singh Sial. I had placed an exchange order on ajio for a Armani exchange jeans the return id being RT72237952. The product was picked up from my place on 26th June 2022. It’s been 20 days that I have not received any refund for the same and on 9th July 2022 I received a call from ajio that my account has been blocked but I was not told the reason for the same. And on 15th July i got a call from ajio that I have sent a yellow T-shirt instead of jeans. It’s just a scam that they guys are doing and they don’t want to refund my amount. The delivery guys checks the product, take pictures and scan the products before picking it up. The delivery guy only after quality check picks up the product so the question of me sending a yellow T-shirt is completely baseless. I had sent the original product. I also have a video graphic proof that I had returned the jeans. If you want I can share that also. I will be attaching pictures of the delivery guy picking up the product which is a blue jeans. You can clearly see that he is picking the blue jeans and even taking pictures of the same and no yellow T-shirt can be seen.

                          Regarding return request, i created a return request but in ajio side they cancelled return request and self ship the product.multiple times i raise a complaint to ajio customer care but they didnt respond proper way.now please return pickup my product and refund my amount.iam not able to self ship the product

                              29th may i have ordered the shoes for 9799 .
                              2nd june i have received the order which was wrong color and design . After complaining 25 times my order was picked up on 19 june

                              after picking up the product it reached the warehouse of the company, after this the company cancelled the return and saying that it will not provide the refund nor the shoes they are totally making fool to customers . After this i have made 200+ calls no one is providing the same answer some says you will not get the refund and some says please wait you will get its been too long i am not getting any resolution by th e company. Worst service the government should band this company. After all this i have seen the rating of the ajio head office mumbai not a single positive review. Please help me to get my refund.

                              I would also like to tell you kindly shut this company before it fools other customers.

                                Ordered something from Ajio and items quantity was 6 but when I opened there was only 1 item that too wrong. I informed and complaint Ajio about this. I was assured that my money will be added in wallet and for same. I have been chasing them from last 7 days, now they said the products are delivered and I am lying. So they closed my complaint and dint refund money for undelivered 5 products neither for returned wrong product.

                                Again I called Customer Care just to cool down angry customer they lied about reopening the complaint but they didn't.

                                    I am vishwesh i have ordered 4 pair of shoes that are cancelled by company itself within 24 hrs. After successful confirmation of order.
