On Mon, Jul 18 2022 I received the order Order ID FN[protected]
On account of the size issue, I wanted to return two of the three products I got. By mistake, I placed the return request for all three products. The return request ID is RT74590502.The delivery executive who came to collect the product informed me to give all the products or else he will have to cancel the return. Immediately I informed customer care, to delete one product(the pink shirt in size L) from the return request, They took the complaint. However, they have canceled the complete return which is a clear miss from your end. After two days I'm not able to log in to my account. I became suspicious. Contacted customer care many times. Still, they didn't resolve. The next day I.e. today my account was blocked.
When I searched on Google I got to know about such instances of account blocking. This is highly unethical and unacceptable. When your allowing return then customer will obviously return. In case of more returns, you can inform the customer or impose some other things by way of penalty but straight way your blocking the account. And worst part is that our money and credit get with you. This is pure theft. How could you this ? Never thought how mentally disturbed one can be by your act. I literally cried before customer care and requested to return the product and give back my money. At least they can do this much.
Don't open my account no issue but at least place a new return request for the two products(the two green shirts) I want to return.
