    Couple of days back, I received a call stating that the account is being suspended on account o large return items as it involves significant cost to Ajio.

    My complaint is - when there is policy of " no questions asked return policy" and absence of return quantity limit, how Ajio can suspend the account? I am not able to even see my details.

    This is unfair. Ajio should either specify return such limits and conduct fair practice in ecommerce. They have no right to keep customer in dark and suspend the account.

        My account was blocked.I don’t even know the reason why they blocked account they didn’t even notified about the account block.when I placed the order and made payment of 16k account was active, after receiving the wrong products and that to without rate tags they have blocked my account and there customer care also didn’t saying anything they are just keeping me on hold I want my money back and I want to return these wrong products

          Ajio Return ID-RT699140 72, Refund initiated on by Ajio[protected], Amount- Rs. 494.50.

          But till today[protected], I didn't receive the amount on my bank account. My Bank name- Punjab National Bank.

          I contacted with Ajio customer care & they provide me a Reference ID[protected] & told me to contact my bank branch with this given reference Id.

          I then contacted with my branch, and they said the given reference Id is not a valid banking transaction I'd, so they can't help me anything in this matter.

          Then again I contacted with Ajio customer care & they said they can not help me with this anymore.

          I request the authority of ajio to follow the necessary steps and refund my money to my bank account or Ajio wallet ASAP.

            I ordered 2 items from ajio.
            Rs. 374/- were deducted from my ajio wallet .
            722/- were paid from bank via gpay.
            Order was not placed. I even recieved a message from ajio saying i will get refund.
            But not yet recieved.

              I don't like the Quality of the product & decided to return. When I received the product there were no tags attached to it. Also it was there responsibilty to check if the tags are attached or not, but they fail to do that n provided product that has no tags attached. The delivery agent picked up the return but after some time marked it as quality check fail. After complaining they returned the product to me on 28 June when my return period is elapsed. But they told me that under 3PL policy, I'm eligible for return. I have contacted ajio customer many times but every time they told me to wait for 48 hours for resolution. Asked for the photos of product with tags but if the tags not attached to it in first place how I'll provide the tags photos. I have given them the original delivery packets photo plus product photos. They told me that return button will get enabled after 48 hours, but that not happened till date. When contacted customer care they asking the same questions again n again & not referring the earlier mails.

                1) Delivery has been delayed for more than a month !!
                2) No updates from courier/Ajio on the product
                3) Dates being updated without any stringent resolution!!!
                4) No cancellation is allowed unless it's delivered by their end !!

                  I have ordered mens brief of quantity 5 but I have received quantity of only 2. I have contacted ajio customer care several times and also raised complaints in ajio app as well as I have sent the mails regarding the same many times.

                  After some many attempts I have received proper response nor resolution to the above issue

                    I have ordered a shirt on[protected] on Ajio app.Few days later i have been informed that my order was cancelled for some unknown reasons and the shipment was processed back to the warehouse.Today[protected]All of a sudden i got a call from the delivery partner telling me that i have an order to take.So i took it by paying the money through COD.Finding out that it was the shirt which has got cancelled for some unknown reasons i tried to return the order but i could not find any order details related to the delivered item.Please help me.

                        Have placed order in AJIO with order No: FN[protected] on 18 June and got delivered on 22nd June and return was credited and till now the product is not delivered and two complaint has been raised for the issue complaint no 1 : com[protected] and com[protected] for the delivery issue, but haven’t received any call from the AJIO team, and when I am calling AJIO they are now not bother to resolve my issue, either I need a replacement or a refund, I need AJIO team to listen to calls when complaint was made as the AJIO staff has clearly informed that once return window is closed just call us and we will take a request from our end for replacement or refund

                          I had placed an order with Order ID #FN[protected] on 16.07.2022 but I have received an update saying part of the order has been cancelled due to some technical reasons. When I contacted Ajio customer care to get to know the reason for the same, I was informed by the executive that the order was cancelled due to some technical reason & he requested me to place the order again. Now here is the issue: I had ordered the product as it was available at a discounted price, but now the product is available at MRP with much more price than the price with which I had placed my earlier order. So I requested the executive to resolve this issue & place my order again with the price with which I had placed the order before as I have not cancelled the order from my end. But the executive said it is not possible & again requested me to place the order at the new price. When I requested him to escalate this issue to their supervisor, I was advised not to do as the supervisor will also tell the same thing!!

                          This is very cheap tactic done by AJIO to their loyal customers by cancelling the order placed at discounted price & immediately increasing the price of the product. And if there was a technical issue, then how come only part of my order is cancelled instead of the whole order? When I checked, the other product in the order was still available at the same price, so ajio did not cancel the other one but cancelled the one which got more demand & did it intentionally. This is very unprofessional from a brand like AJIO.

                            Order got cancelled by company itself without any proper intimation and now the price has increased to the product

                            As i see the product and i liked the deal and i placed the order and payment is done from my end, Now after 24 hours when i see order status, i see that order is cancelled and product price is increased. Is this any business trick to play with customers values and money ans effort.

                              I had placed an order from Ajio (FN500620xxxx) which was delivered on 09 July, but my account was deactivated on same day so I was not given a chance to place the return. Even after reaching out to Ajio, they are not letting me return the product. This is denial of service on their part, i am not asking they reactive my account, but I should be able to return the product as per their policies. This is a denial of service from their end.

                                Today afternoon July 2022 I made 4 orders of shoes on ajio app. At 9pm I got msg that some of the items canceled so I called customer care and they told me that due to quality issues at warehouse they canceled some items... then I asked them what abt other items... they said its confirmed but cant say that It wouldn't be canceled... now I got another msgs abt all orders are canceled for the same reason...

                                It's fraud cz of price they are canceling orders and now all products price is very high

                                And in pics that I have shared you can also see that quantity of each items are wrong cz I only ordered 1 quantity of each pair of shoes...

                                Plz help me with this

                                Yesterday they have canceled all my orders... with the same reason... its there mistake and for that they need to give valid reason... in email they said they will provide coupans in 24 hours but I didn't get any...
