I ordered many shoes in ajio website when the price is low. But ajio automatically cancelled all my orders. Now the price of the products is very high. On this issue I want to complain against ajio.

        I bought a shoe and I didn't like the fit so I returned (return id: #RT[protected] . I returned on 9th July but still haven't got my refund.I have contacted customer care many times but they always ask to wait 48 hours but no help is being given.I was asked to send my bank details, I sent it but no update came from 3 days.Please help me, I am losing hope now because no one is helping.I hope you will help me soon.

        I haven't received my refund yet. just being told to wait 48 hours after contacting customer care. It has been 14 days but till now I have not received any help from customer service.

          I have order on dated 04.07.22 and its delivery date is 09.07.22 but it is not delivered till 12.07.22. On 12.07.22 without my information it return to warehouse.i call custmer care tell me for fresh order i again order on 12.07.22 and its delivery date is 18.07.22 but order shall not picked every time show order is not ready for pickup.
          Ajio is very bad company ant there is no value of custmer time and money.

            I purchased product on 6 june 2022
            But i got bigger size so i created small size of exchange
            But more than 15 day later i dont get my exchange product.
            After 1 month they told refund amount
            But after 45 day later i dont get my refund .

              I ordered 6 items from ajio app. My account was blocked soon after i recieved my order. There is 15 days return policy on ajio. I didnt like one tshirt for returning i called on their customer care as account was blocked and i was unable to login. He created return for that tshirt.
              Then after some days when i called back for return of leggings they we cant create return request as account is blocked. They asked me to mail at ajio customer care with photo of item and bill(invoice) and assured me that item will be issued return soon by ajio backend team.
              So mailed them. But mail team is telling that sorry we cant serve you as account is blocked.

              They should not block account before 15 days from the day of order delivery. How can they do this. They should have blocked account before i placed order. I should get time to return product, its my right.

              Please help for return and also for money stuck in ajio wallet around 4300.

                    My account has been blocked with no prior intimation and with no warning whatsoever. A very stupid excuse has been given stating that my account was blocked due to high reverse pickup. However, I was not warned about this and there are certain products which I wish to return and which cannot be returned because my account is blocked. When I ordered, there was a 15 day return policy.

                      I have ordered a pair of shoe a while ago, I have done the payment of Rs 1055 by net banking (SBI) and payment was sucessfull.
                      It was also showing that order got placed.
                      But I didnt receive any sms confirmation for order placed.
                      Order is also not showing in My orders section.
                      Please look into this.

                        I ordered may products from ajio. I returned one product. After 2 days, ajio blocked my account without prior notice. It's been 15 days i am calling them, sending emails. They are not responding and not resolving the problem. I want them to refund my money into my bank account. I don't want to use ajio again and I will suggest everyone not to use ajio.

                          They have block my account saying there are more returns, please note that there are many products which I have retained too. And most returns were due to size issues. They should not keep return policies if they don’t want returns. I have not done anything out of law or breach any terms and conditions. They can’t block my account. Plus After blocking account they are sending my already ordered products.My concern is how can I can return those products which I have received after my account got blocked. If they are sending products they should keep the return window open. If you don’t take further orders from me it’s fine but take my returns

                              Hello Team,
                              On 29th June I got automated call from Ajio that your account is blocked due to high return.
                              My concern is how can anyone block my account without prior intimation.
                              Now my 3 orders were already placed worth ₹`17k apprx and now in between Ajio blocked my account.

                              Connecting to telephonic customer care they told that as the account is blocked we cannot access it. Kindly email us, they will review and fix the issue.
                              I was ensured by Ajio customer care executive that the return will be accepted by the email team.
                              My friend's account was also blocked but her product was returned by telephonic customer care itself. I dont how they are not able to return my product.
                              It is not that I have returned almost all the products, I have kept many of them too.
                              I am really disappointed by their service. My return recently got increased due to bad delivery service from your company because of which I have to return/cancel my order. We can review it by history.
                              The products which are delivered to me are of no use to me (no proper fit/not looking good) what will I do with such a product?
                              I just used Ajio service. There was no prior intimation from their end that if I return any more products, my account will be blocked. If that would have happen I would have been cautious.
                              They are putting me in a very bad situation by doing this. First, Ajio customer care executive ensured that if I mail it, your product will be returned. And now Email Team are only saying that we cannot accept your return.
                              If Ajio just wanted to block my account, why did you accept my order then?
                              This is clearly cheating on the customer.

                              Kindly accept my request to return all my products for the following ID:

                              i. Adilette Lite Logo Print Sliders (Reason: Not comfortable)
                              ii. Brand Print Open-Toe Slides (Reason: Not comfortable)

                              iv. Mid-Rise Panelled Joggers (Reason: Not comfortable)
                              v. Club Crew-Neck Sweatshirt (Reason: Not comfortable)

                              I wanted to keep some of the products and I wanted to exchange of few products for perfect fitting. But due to all these issues, I am seriously afraid that my money will be stuck.
                              The total amount of all the products comes to around 17k and I can't let it go. I was just using your service, if there have been any alert, I would have been cautious.

                              I request Ajio kindly accept my request of returning the products.

                                Hii team,

                                I placed an order of YUFTA-Embellished Straight Kurta Set from AJIO ON 9th July via order ID: #FN[protected] . At the time of arrival my order, I wasn't home. So the delivery agent called me up to enquire to which I asked him to wait for 5 mins as I'm on my way. He told me that he is keeping the order outside my house and asked me to share the OTP as he was running late for other delivery.

                                Within the next 5 mins, I reached home and did not find my order. The delivery agent is claiming that he has delivered the order but I did not get my order. It is very disappointing for me as I have a keen trust in AJIO and I often shop from there. I really want you guys to look into the matter and help me with my missing order.

                                  Today i.e. on 13th July 2022 I saw that my account was blocked because i had returned some products. I Contacted customer care many times. Still they didn't resolved.

                                  On account of size issue I had to return the items received. Neither I received any call or information regarding this. Never faced such things.

                                  When I searched on Google I got to know about such instances of account blocking. This is highly unethical and unacceptable. When your allowing return then customer will obviously return. In case of more return you can inform customer or impose some other things by way of penalty but straight way your blocking the account. How could you this ? Never thought how mentally disturbed one can be by your act.

                                  Kindly help me out in getting this resolved

                                    Near about 24-26 June I placed return request of my order which is expected to picked up near 29 June and refind on 2 July 2022.

                                    Till now no pickup has been done as well as my account is blocked 2-4 days ago without proper notice.
                                    Customer care number is giving different advices everytime I ask them for help.
                                    No reply or revert for email.
                                    Such a pathetic service they are given.
                                    Please initiate request for return

                                        I have received the order on 18th June and tried raising return request n number of times but couldn't place one and then raised complaint I.e complaint id COM[protected] and over a call I informed that I won't be reachable on my number from 25th june to 2nd july and still they tried to attempted return request which is ridiculous.
                                        And now return request window is closed which is amazing service provided by you.

                                        I am sharing pictures of my product which is Red cheif Genuine Leather slip on casual shoes.

                                        Please generate a return request at the earliest or escalate this issue ASAP.
