Money was debited from my AJIO wallet on June 25, 2022. The amount was ₹2, 601.9. This was debited without placing any order. The order id is FL[protected].
This order id is of an older order which was placed on February 18, 2022, and I returned it and I got the refund also in my bank account on March 6, 2022. And now on June 25, 2022, they deducted the same order amount, and I did not place any order. AJIO customer support executive has checked it over a call and confirmed that it is due to a technical error and she has lodged a complaint but every time they say that we have processed a refund in March and told me to check with the bank. They are not talking about money debited in June.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
