Money was debited from my AJIO wallet on June 25, 2022. The amount was ₹2, 601.9. This was debited without placing any order. The order id is FL[protected].

This order id is of an older order which was placed on February 18, 2022, and I returned it and I got the refund also in my bank account on March 6, 2022. And now on June 25, 2022, they deducted the same order amount, and I did not place any order. AJIO customer support executive has checked it over a call and confirmed that it is due to a technical error and she has lodged a complaint but every time they say that we have processed a refund in March and told me to check with the bank. They are not talking about money debited in June.

    I tried to order a product and the money got debited from my account but the order got cancelled. I have been waiting for the refund to be processed but their has been no action from their side...AJIO Ref No[protected]... please make it as soon possible..

        I have been shopping with ajio for quite sometime now and then suddenly i get an email from their end saying they have blocked my account because of high returns, so what if i have returned their products, the product quality would not be matching my expectations so i am obviously going to return them ! And just because of that you can’t block me, either levy delivery charges or some other measure .
        Very upset with ajio and would not recommend anybody to use it henceforth.

          Dear Sir
          I am an extremely disappointed customer of AJIO.
          we have been shareholders of Reliance companies since childhood and our faith in the name made us trust Ajio as well.
          This has been my worst experience in online shopping in the past so many years.
          kindly note the following

          ORDER NUMBER- #FN[protected]
          item- set of 2 glass dispenser with metal lid and rack from home centre.
          i had received the item in totally smashed condition which i should not have received but since it was the maid, she didnt refuse taking the delivery in the first place amd the delivery man was in a hurry to just leave it and rush.

          after many attempts on phone call and finally on mail, i convinced the customer care to pick the item after a formal complaint was registered-
          Complaint number- COM[protected] with a promise that the complaint will be resolved before 28th july 22.
          A return id was generated #RT75395526. This return request was subject to returned item being cleared by quality check!! how is that possible with an already broken item?
          On 28th july i recieved a call that the complaint has been resolved and that we need to close the complaint as resolved.
          i tried to tell the lady that lets wait until it has been picked up but she insisted that return has been generated before 6th august and so she needs to close complaint before 28th july. which she did

          the courier pick up person arrived on 30th july22 and refused to pick the box as the item was broken!
          i tried calling up customer care and after 5 attempts could reach the customer care champ- and she said she couldnt see any mail communication regarding this complaint and that she will generate a complaint again.COM[protected].

          so here i am with the same circle and no resolution.

          kindly tell me how will a broken item pass your quality check? how will this refund be initiated?
          we shop online to save time. we shop from reputed companies with the faith that they have quick and transparent redressals of complaints.

          please help

            My ajio account has been blocked by ajio team without informing me just after I ordered two order of several items . They cancelled two items by themselves without any reason and have not refunded yet and blocked my account. And now I am unable to return my 4 products approx my 8000 rs has been blocked by ajio. And now they are not helping me . Neither they are picking up the product nor they are refunding my money which they have cancelled. Kindly help me regarding this.

            Kindly help me regarding returning my products, I want to return these products due to size issue kindly arrange the pick up.

              Hi, Its been more than 3 months and there is no resolution till date. I have raised so many complaints that my product is not picking up and the return is getting cancelled there is no response from the team. Now they are asking me to self ship the product what is the point o[censored]sing an ajio online when we have to self ship?? cant we go and buy outside? We use online apps because things happen at out door step. And after waiting for 3 months now they are asking me to self ship and they say that my area is not serviceable for pickup. One of my product has been pickedup by them recently a 10days ago. Why cant they pick the product at the same time?? This is all stupid things done by ajio when they cannot pickup they should not deliver us.

                I ordered a jacket worth 7.3K from Ajio on 17th july. Paid using credit card. Order is not delivered and i got message that your order has been cancelled, but nothing was updated on the app. Customer service is worst and they don't help I've no idea how to get my money or order. It says order shipped but it's not. I asked the delivery company and they say there's no such order.

                    Hello Sir,

                    I have purchased an item from AJIO recently and was not happy with the size which for the sandals ordered for my kid, now I wanted to exchange the same, but without any notice AJIO blocked my account and was unable to check my order or return my order. and I have invested good amount of money to buy the product.
                    When I call the customer care they were saying based on their policies they have blocked my account due to high returns which they have neither communicated before ordering my product. I don't care even if they block my account but as a consumer I have the right to return.exchange the product as per their policies and they have blocked me to do that now.

                    Kindly understand as a consumer as I have not paid for AJIO Services but I have paid for my product and I have right to exchange/return.

                      This was ordered on 14th July and it is at the same status it was on 15th July. The delivery date at the time of order placement was 16th then 18th then 19th then 21st then 23rd and now it’s 28th which is also past due. And I’ve raised multiple complaints with them but still there is no response and they are not even letting me cancel the order.
                      Please assist me in getting the refund and getting compensated for the harassment they have been doing from past 2 weeks.

                        I have requested for refund of my 03 articles approx rs 4000 which was not credited to my bank account for more than a month. I called customer care and was informed that there was some technical glitch in their system and the amount will soon be credited.
                        Since then I have been informed everytime I mail or cal that amount has been credited to my bank account if it’s not reflecting there then I was advised to share a copy of bank statement.
                        In the meantime you blocked my ajio id also

                        Now you are writing me in the mail after blocking my id that the amount has been credited to my AJIO wallet which I can use by logging.
                        First of all I didn’t tell you to credit it to my wallet the instruction was to credit back to my source and your replies are also very unsatisfactory that you cannot help in the matter.
                        Who is responsible for my loss and I want my money back in the source I.e my bank account.

                          Few days ago I bought 5-6 products from Ajio and when they got delivered I returned 2 products as I didn't like the quality of the product against the price I paid for it. The products were successfully passed through a quality check and I got a message that my refund is initiated and it will get refunded in my account. It's been already 4-5 days and I haven't received my refund yet in my account. The money to be refunded is 1887/-

                            It's been several days they haven't taken any initiative for refunding our money. You can go to play store and check the reviews on refund policy. Several customers are complaining about this. Their email is [protected]@ajio.com, they'll just send automated replies.

                                I had ordered one jeans, after i got the delivery came to know that the fit is not proper. As the website says it is different from what I got. So I request the team to replace the item. But after 10 days pickup is not done. The maximum extention for pickup date is also over. I am not getting any communication from the team about my item. I had called the customer care several time but I am not getting any solution or any reasonable answer.
                                Because of this the refund also not initiated.

                                    Missing gold coin from the package

                                    I ordered one gram gold coin from from ajio and when i received the package it was looking fine except one small hole in plastic bag, i thought it would be fine but later when i opened package, coin was missing from it, everything else related to coin like broken tempered certicard and tin box was there but main coin was not there.

                                    i took all the pictures and raised complaint to Ajio helpline and also sent them email with all...

                                    Ajio company doing scam with block user account even some order in process condition.
                                    They told you do not return product even if the delivered product are already used, size, fabric, color issue. If you return then i block your account and you do not have permission for returning and refunding, but if your in process order (which process in blocked account) delivered, you do not reject/return also no refund option can provide (delivery boy not accept cancelation). No review or feedback police provide, no complaints options are available against this scam.
                                    Ajio team not respond.

                                    I am facing this issue.

                                    I think this is big scam by Ajio if they block multiple accounts in when ordered are in process and customers can loose his money in some faulty product which not returnable/refundable.

                                    Be careful if you shopping on Ajio.

                                      I am milap alondra. On 10/07/2022 I ordered a bag on ajio with ORDER ID. FN[protected] from registered Mobile number: [protected] &
                                      Mail Id :[protected]@gmail.com.

                                      Total Amount of that order is 10, 267/- rupees and on 20/07/2022 I successfully returned the product with RETURN ID :RT73925432 and it has passed all quality check but I haven’t received REFUND of that order yet. I made payment with UPI mode.

                                      Few days back I spoked to ajio customer care and they said that your account linked to Mobile No. [protected] has been blocked due to high returns and if you want your refund mail your details to following mail id that is : [protected]@ajio.com they will solve your issues as soon as possible.They gave me inquiry number : INQ[protected]
