I bought 2 jeans from your company on 1st june 2022 and placed a return on the next day for the same jeans beacuse they were not a good fit for me. For 2 months i struggled with your company to pickup the same but no pick up was done and i was told that there is some technical error so we cant assign a AWP number. Now after 2 months i have been told by your company that i should selfship my product. Now When i have self shipped and the product has reached your warehouse 15 days ago. Still no refund has been issued.

    Hi

    I have made a purchase of 1678 for a pack of 6 chair covers

    I returned all 6 chair covers on 30 July but I
    Only 273 amount was initiated as refund by ajio. Which is the cost of only 1 chair cover.

    My concern is that they have not refunded amount of 5 chair covers . Attaching the screenshot

      I have ordered lee Cooper shoes order id FN[protected] on 24/06/2022 and requested to return the product (within 15 days) due to small size.But no person of their delivery agent came to pick the product and no call made by delivery agent to us regarding picking the product, so all fake attempts made by them to pick the product.It is requested the company on email and over call to return the product but no response from them. It is requested to help in returning the wrong product.Thanks in advance.

          Just by returning the ordered product they are blocking the accounts how rude this is we are returning their products same unused condition and for that they are blocking really very unfair shopping site and that site has no proper customer compliance too please fuys dont shop from this ajio site amazon and flipkart are soooo better than this one

          they didn’t resolved the complaint and saying that returning the unused product causes damage to their business nonsense how an unused product return cause damage they are saying that instead of returning we just have to ask for other size really very bad website how this website got permission still i don't know instead of solving they still blocked my account

              I have ordered a jeans a month back ago, but I received a wrong product. As per their exceutive I had made a exchange. Delivery boy refuses to take exchange. further their executive said that after 15 days return request will be generated. But still this issue is not resolved even after mails n calls. They are not providing the refund as well. not taking their product as well. No replies to mail or calls

                They picked up return of the jeans. I have proofs. Now they are saying they cancelled. They took back the clothes and they also gave my money and bot returning back. My order # FN[protected]. Its Been 20 days and they are fooling around by not returning money.

                  Ajio account blocked

                  One month back i ordered two products from Ajio, once I canceled 2 days after placing the order. One item was delivered to me after a week. After i received the product I saw that it is a cheap quality product and I wanted to return it, to my surprise I was logged out of my ajio account and when I tried to login it did not work.
                  Then, I sent a mail to their customer support, they replied the next day saying that due to high returns...

                  Hey, it's been already 10 days since I returned 2 products of Ajio of which the payment was prepaid. I haven't received the refund of 1887 Rs in my account yet. Their consumer helpline is also not working and emails are also not being answered. Please resolve the issue.

                      Been more than a month since they banned my account for high returns. I had money in my Ajio wallet which they haven't yet transferred into my bank account despite me sending them the details when asked for. I have called them, mailed them, tweeted them multiple times, yet no result.

                        Suddenly Ajio account got blocked and I am now unable to return my existing orders. Customer care is useless and even though the agent confimed that the products will be returned upon email request, the response I received is that nothing can be done since account is deactivated. This is unacceptable because my money is stuck and I am unable to return these items.

                            I had few prepaid deliverables n refunds to be initiated but it got logged out all of a sudden on 2/8/2022 n since then I have tried multiple number of times I'm not able to login. I read on Google n learnt that my account might be deactivated. This is not the way you treat your customers. You should have notified before taking the action, completely unethical. As I had size issues, a product was damaged n few didn't look like the way it looked on the images I had to Cancel the orders n re order. If that was my mistake you should have notified me. Nothing, you cannot just directly delete my account. Very disturbing. This is the first thing I'm doing in the morning. Kindly please help me with this as soon as possible, thank you.

                                Money was debited from my AJIO wallet on June 25, 2022. The amount was ₹2, 601.9. This was debited without placing any order. The order id is FL[protected].

                                This order id is of an older order which was placed on February 18, 2022, and I returned it and I got the refund also in my bank account on March 6, 2022. And now on June 25, 2022, they deducted the same order amount, and I did not place any order. AJIO customer support executive has checked it over a call and confirmed that it is due to a technical error and she has lodged a complaint but every time they say that we have processed a refund in March and told me to check with the bank. They are not talking about money debited in June.

                                      I have been shopping with ajio for quite sometime now and then suddenly i get an email from their end saying they have blocked my account because of high returns, so what if i have returned their products, the product quality would not be matching my expectations so i am obviously going to return them ! And just because of that you can’t block me, either levy delivery charges or some other measure .
                                      Very upset with ajio and would not recommend anybody to use it henceforth.
