Hi, I returned an item I ordered from AJIO but they have not refunded the amount and they claim they have refunded . I have even shared the bank statement pdf with them which clearly shows I have not received the amount. It’s been 4 months of waiting and calling customer care but they have not refunded the amount till now. My return id is RT68425554. Please help in getting my money back from Ajio

    This product is not reshipped to me, i am waiting from 2 month many complaints have been raiseed but no solution done yet. Every time when i mail and call on customer i get same automated reply wait for 2 days wait for 3 days many complaints raised but no solution

      Its been close to a month and my two order's refund has not been initiated yet. I have followed up numerous times and even sent email to their grievance department but still no progress.

      Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

        2days before when i tried to order some dresses from ajio money was debited but order was cancelled.

        Till now I didn't got my debited amount.
        Their customer service also too bad. They are not responding.

          Ajio blocking customers account
          Not giving the money which is in ajio account wallet
          After mailing customer care and calling them
          No one listen to you not getting to resolve your concern they keep telling you mail 100 times the same bank details to them.

          Mail team take 48 hours to reply
          100 mails many hours gone to wait

          I am still waiting for the amount to be credited to my bank account from ajio.

          Pathetic services.

          If you blocking the account that so unfair firstly when you provide online service to return the products and then blocking customers account for saying returns exceeds the limits.

          Can you describe what the limits of return to customers

          What if customer not like the product quality and returning the unused products.

          The account was operative few hours ago a week before
          When I try to shop again there was amount left in ajio wallet

          How can you not going to give the money of customers in ajio wallet by blocking the account.

          Pathetic trust gone on ajio

            I placed an order on 19 July for two t shirts expected delivery was august 8 but due to rainy issues It extended to august 15.I received a package on 12 august .Ajio app order list mentioning that two items is out for delivery .and also delivery executive asking me to give two tshirts cost. so I thinking that two tshirts was in the one courier and I paid 555 rupees to both of these.and i checked ajio app order history is also mentioned two items is delivered then I opened package i realized that only one cloth item in the package that is too different from what I was order .I received trackpant instead of one t shirt.another tshirt is missing .i report the issue to customercare but no response from their side.then i requesting a return to pickup the wrongly shipped item( trackpant) .And delivery executive pick up yhe wrong item in 19 August .Refund rupees not received yet. Another tshirt was missing what can i do for missing item?.Missing item has no return option in the ajio.I paid for the missing cloth also.ajio is liable to give my refund of 555 rupees. customer care not taking any action .

              I have transferred my ajio cash to my bank account. The Amount has debited from my ajio wallet but it hasn't credited to my bank account yet. I called customer care multiple times but my issue not get resolved.

                I have ordered a hoodie from Ajio and It looked very cheap and tight and also the product color was different from the displayed picture so I have selected and opted to return immediately
                Ajio accepted Return but no one came to pick the product and I wrote so many mails to ajio and ajio is not responding
                I have attached screenshots for reference please check and assist me
                I have opted for return on August 4 2022 and today is 19th but no update from Ajio
                I even called Ajio customer care service but whenever I call them I hear that they are having heavy traffic and cant talk and also Ajio is not responding to mails.

                  Worst service ever bad online shopping experience
                  I have put a return request on 28 july 22
                  And its 19 august 22 today no pick up of products.
                  Raised 4 complaints till now customer care is unable to solve the problem.
                  And incapable to find the reason behind the delay.

                        Please note i had placed an order for two pair of shoes on Ajio luxe and i processed the payment via upi and it got processed successfully. However the order did not get confirmed.

                          I order this product on 17 june and same received next day due to size issue i returned back and same images clicked and submitted by delivery person and he handover the slip to me. Then they told me you will received the product back. Waited for 1 month no product received so many complaints till now registered once they also told me to issue refund. But no resolution given. What is this going on Ajio. You making fools to customer. Playing with customer money. I need resolution. So many mails and calls done everytime i get reply wait for 2 days 3 days thats it.

                          Above 20 mails to Ajio and same response just wait and when i call on customer care they replying its not our fault backened fault. You have to wait.

                            I have ordered 10 products from AJIO.com which shows delivered but it’s not I have raised and spoke to many of their customers care executives but no resolution they just ask me to wait and close the cases my products are worth 6500₹.
                            I have tried all ways to get my product or refund they have scammed me saying it’s delivered
                            My order no Fn[protected].

                              I ordered in Ajio on 11th aug, today 17th aug my orders not yet dispatched and even promised delivery date is crossed.

                                  I had returned a product to Ajio which was bad in quality and packaging as well but haven't received the refund. It's been almost 20 days since the return pick up but still no sign of refund. The CUSTOMER care is ###. And filled with bloody Illiterates. They can't understand what you tell them.
                                  Bloody fraud company. Looting people's money. Stay Away!

                                      I have purchased 3 time same product and every time i got the wrong size of the sleeper, i returned once then order twice again and mention in the reviews also in exchange time but again i got the same 10 no. i ordered 9 size.

                                      If you don't have the 9 size then why are you taking order for that. You have wasted my 10-15 days due to this.
