    I had placed an order of order ID #FN[protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I made the payment on 12th June 2022 to Ajio through PayTM app.
    I had placed a return request for 3 items that I had paid through PayTM wallet. They have been picked up and my refund got processed on 21st June but my refund not yet been credited to my payTM wallet or into my bank account. It’s already been three weeks.Im always getting a negative response from AJIO.
    I humbly request you to please help me to get my money back.

    Kindly look into the issue and let me know the status as to when will I receive my refund.

      Self ship of return product but not accepting it back

      Hi,
      I have placed an order and alter placed return request. Despite waiting for several days it was not picked up later I have raised a complaint regarding the same but they asked me to self ship it. I have self shipped it through DTDC and even shared the tracking Id with pictures of the product to their email I’d. After few days it says the receiver denied to take the package and now it is returned back to me. The product is unused...

      My Ajio account was blocked due to too many returns. It is obvious that I will return the product if the fit or size is not good.
      Myntra never did this. I have many complaints :
      1) Wrong sizes delivered.
      2) Exchange product not delivered.
      3) One product was missing from the parcel and customer care sating that its my fault.
      4) My account got blocked.
      5) Hanging up my call after minutes of waiting.
      There is no mention in there terms and conditions that the account maybe be blocked due to too many returns. If I knew that before, I would never have used Ajio.
      Why a fashion brand needs to steal money from there customers and not even provide good service. Ajio is the worst shopping experience in my life.

        I had placed an order of order ID #FN[protected]. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I made the payment on 9th June 2022 to Ajio through PayTM app.
        I had placed a return request for the maroon lace dress from CODE lifestyle. I had paid through PayTM wallet. The dress have been picked up but my refund of Rs 767/- has not yet been credited to my payTM wallet or into my bank account. It’s already been three weeks.Im always getting a negative response from AJIO.
        I have already sent you the bank statements as well as payTM wallet statements. I humbly request you to please help me to get my money back.

        Kindly look into the issue and let me know the status as to when will I receive my refund.

        As soon as I have filed a complaint with the Indian Consumer Complaints forum today and the AJIO team finally refunded the money back. This refund could have been done earlier but they didnt.

          Ajio team is forcing to customer for self shippment.

          I ordered few items from ajio and now want to return them so raised return request for same. Now they are saying that they cannot pick up the items from my address.

          They are forcing me to self shipped the all item at warehouse. Otherwise they will not refund my money.

          I already informed them that for me it's not possible to courier the items. Still they are saying you have to do and there is no option.

          They have to mention about self shipped option before order the products. Now i am stuck with them.

          I dnt know what to do in this case. I complaint over call and email them about it but they are not ready to understand my issue.

            Hi I returned an item I ordered from AJIO in the month of may but they have not returned the money till now. I made several complaints to the AJIO customer care but they still have not refunded my money. It’s more than a month now still waiting and asking for my money back but they have changed the status to refunded when they have not refunded the money. I have even shared the bank statement pdf as per the request of the AJIO customer care where it clearly shows no sign of money from AJIO. But they say they have refunded that’s all.

              I have placed return request for few items in Ajio, which i returned and later it was misplaced Ajio's team.The return rejected on Ajio and i did not even received return rejected items.Later on my account got blocked and after that i received return rejected items. Now I am stuck with items which costs around 5k and i cannot placed the return request for that now.

              This highly unethical that Ajio is blocking customer's account without prior intimation.
              If they feel they could put charge for returns also but blocking the account is quite unacceptable.

                Refund not received

                I ordered few clothes on 13th June received on 21st June quality was not good so returned few shirts on 21st June return amount of 2250rs return id#RT71598306 as per ajio policy said by customer care refund time 7- 9 days maximum but today is 6th July more then 15 days over but still I dint received my refund and shameless customer care people still asking more 1 week to resolve, I don't know this customer service people are seriously working...

                I have order some items on 10th of June 2022 order id is FN[protected]. But I haven't received my 3 items yet. I have raised so many complaint and wrote so many emails to their customer care team but have not received any resolution till now .

                  My Ajio account is blocked without any prior notice and no information was given to me and I emailed they said due to high returns I have purchased lots of thing from Ajoi and I am using them most of the time the shoes are dirty when received so will I not return they should set a limit for return or some extra charge without informing blocking the account is not ethical

                    I had placed multiple orders and paid in advance during the recent Ajio sale but many of orders have got cancelled without informing me. I want my orders to be delivered to me. Please don't accept orders from customers if you are not able to deliver the orders and customers will for other online shopping options.

                      I had requested return of the boots I ordered on June 4, and since then the pickup date has been changing constantly and no one has yet picked it up and now all of a sudden the app says the return can't be done for that product.

                        Wrong quantity deleiverd and now not refunding my amount.
                        Sending local products in value of brands.

                        In total complete harrasment of customer.
                        Fraud site to buy something.

                          I have been mentally stressed out from past 45 days due to AJIO’s behaviour or acceptance to solve the customer’s issue.
                          I have been raising my complaints from 3rd june and literally called more than 20 times to the customer care and got fed up with their answer that they will get/ call back to me within 24 hours. And its been 32 days by now and not even single person has contacted me back.

                          And Here is my issue with AJIO, I have ordered 4 products at a time on 15th may 2022, where the order Id is FN[protected]. Among the 4 products, I kept one product with me ( which is ankle length pyjama that has costed 240/-) and returned the other products on 19th may, 2022 (which are Nehru jacket that costed 1160/-, kurta set that costed 945/- and black shirt that costed 592/-). I have been waiting to return the products and no agent has been came up and when I checked in the AJIO app, they have cancelled my Return request on 29th may, 2022 without my permission. Again I have raised my return request for all the 3 products and this time, for my suprise the status has been changed to “Return created at Store”. I have no idea on what is this about and I called the customer care and came to know that I have to courier these products to the repective ajio ware houses. I was also promised that I will be refunded with the courier charges on mailing them with invoice receipts to the [protected]@ajio.com from the registered email ID.

                          Then, I have couriered all the 3 products to the respective adresses which I got from the invoices through DTDC on 31st may, 2022 which has costed me 540/- and the consignment numbers are H29200797, H29200798 and H29200799. And all the consignments has been reached on June 2nd, June 4th and June 8th of 2022 respectively. I also emailed them with the invoice receipts attached on June 2nd, 2022 and also on june 24th, 2022.

                          After I have been following from 3rd june, 2022 I got refunded successfully for the kurta set which is 945/- and black shirt which is 542/- successfully on 29th june, 2022. But for the nehru jacket, i got only 240/- instead of 1160/-. I immediately went back to my order list in AJIO app and got surpised to see that there has been a return request created for the ankle length pyjama on 14th june, 2022 and they have retuned the amount of 240/-. But the truth is I am not the person who created that request and still we are using that product. The request got created from the AJIO team itself.

                          Again, I have called the cutomer care and complained regarding this issue that I got incorrectly refunded with 240/- for anke length pyjama insted of 1160/- for Nehru jacket. And I haven’t got refunded with 540/- for the DTDC couriers.

                          I have been literally fighting with them regarding this return issue from 3rd june, 2022 and still its not been resolved. Am spending almost 2 hrs daily on trying to resolve the issue with them and no body is able to do that. As its happening like a loop, everytime I call the customer, one associate will pick up the issue and listens the story from beginging and will just cut the call in between(sometimes by saying they will get back to me within 4 hrs) when I ask them to connect to their supervisor, and i have to call the customer care again and its the same situation again. Like this I have been calling them more than 15-20 times and here are the list of complaints that they have raised till now:

                            I ordered an elite brand " Accessorize london" bag from the website, instead of which i received a non-branded used, rusted, dirty bag.
                            I raised a complaint with Ajio to raise a return and provide refund, there has been no pickup from the end of Ajio and no refund processed.
                            This is sucha pathetic experience with the website, this also breaks my trust on the brand, if i start receiving such pathetic unbranded stuff in the name of their brand

                              Hi,
                              I have raised a return for a product as soon I received because of fit issues. I waited for 20 days as pick up date was till 24th June. Ajio did not pick up the product and after that when I started calling they started saying that we can not return because return/exchange window is closed. Tried writing them multiple times. Even provided proofs of return raised within return window and there was no response. Calling and writing then for a week now and not getting any proper response from them.

                                I ordered an earring in ajio bur i was delivered the damaged earring that too without the price tag..when i tried yo return it they did not take it back saying there is no price tag...later i raised a complaint about the entire issue ...they took 4 days to reply and all they asked was to share the image of price tag which they had not given along with the product..later again and again i mailed them ..after that i got a call from shadowfax delivery guy wjo asked me to cancel the return and then again return with the reason " wrong product delivered" he assured me that if i do that the product will be taken back..i then requested the return cancellation ...they took 2 days to cancel one return later they cancelled it and also closed the return window even before 15 days ...this is how they purposely delay and cheat their customers..i want justice and i want my money back ..please take some action against ajio

                                  Ajio suddenly blocked my account and now not even helping with return of last 2 orders which were within the return window. Customer care says need to email and when I email I get a reply account is deactivated and we cannot serve you on this account anymore refer to point 9 in terms and conditions items worth around 5K stuck and are of no use due to size issue

                                    Not being able to place order with CoD

                                    Hi, I have been a regular go to customer of Ajio, always keep on ordering clothes or any accesories that i need. I have always been provided cod in my area or pincode(781023) to be precise. But today when i wanted to order something, i was not not being able to opt for cod. Please look into this matter, as i want my cod opt to work again. thank you...
