    I have ordered 8 dresse via Ajio App order ID FN[protected]. Out of 8 dresse, delivery of 5 dresses were on 8.7.2022. But the courier service (Ecom express) couldn't deliver the item bacause the OTP number is going to another mobile nmber. The phone number entered by AJIO for OTP service went wrong. Hence the call and OTP are going to different numbers. Hence please correct the mobile number for OTP service as the number given in shipping address.

          My account has been blocked due to high returns and now I have Rs. 15, 000 stuck with AJIO. They randomly blocked the account without prior notice and my outstanding orders and returns are still pending.

          Ajio first of all has a 15 day return policy so I don’t really see why they blocked it.

          Secondly, they were delivering products without tags and proper boxes. Shoes in particular. They delivered used shoes multiple times which I returned, these shoes were all 10k plus and why would a customer accept used products without a proper box and tags?

          I recently purchased a luxury Item. The item was 11, 800 and it was sent to me without any company tags. Now why would a customer keep such a product without tags etc. it was probably and sent to me. I had sent company the images for everything.

          This is terrible behaviour. I don’t even have access to the orders I have paid for and that they haven’t even delivered yet

            I did not expected THREATENED from delivery boy, yes I have experienced today from Ajio Delivery Boy ( DARSHAN ), My order is showing delivery around 12-14 July but ready to Delivery today that's good, actually weekends I will not available in town so when I'm back to Bangalore I will go to police station and lodge a complaint against Him and the company also if company will not take action about this.

              I am a geniune ajio customer who has in around 1 year bought goods worth 28000 from ajio without returning. In the ajio sale of june 2022 i purchased goods worth more than Rs.10000, and suddenly ajio blocked my account post that purchase saying i have high returns. This is totally unfair. I[censored] wanted you should have blocked before me making those purchases.you acted like a cheap con man. I am not interested in you blockimg my account because of your weird policies. But you are under the obligation to take return the few items out of the purchase that i made when my account was not blockef.Ajio needs to review its policies.you could apply delivery charge like myntra.

                I have been following up and wasting my time over call explaining my issue again and again to customer service but they are not at all helpful. First my return gets auto cancelled, the customer executive behaves rudely with me saying tech error. Then i had to get over call with them multiple time share images and details like 6-7 times to get a return request generated which is also cancelled automatically. I don't understand if this is not tricking customers then what else is. I heard that my friends and acquaintances have been facing the same issue. If you are so technically backwards in helping customers out. Why don't you just refund them their return amount????? The time wasted over calls and mails, obviously you can't refund that! I used to be a loyal customer to Ajio but I guess I won't ever shop again from this fraud website again. Also, being into e-commerce. I know how logistics and how customer service work, so when I call you a fraud, I definitely mean it.

                  I placed a return request on 14 June for the order no. FN[protected] and the return request was accepted and pick up was scheduled on 22june.
                  I didn't received any communication regarding the pick up so I raised a complaint on your customer care.
                  Later, they told me that return was cancelled from their end with no specific reason and when I asked to raise the return again, they told me click pictures of the product and send to raise a second return request, which I did send.
                  The return was scheduled for 9 July and again no picked up happened.
                  So no return and no refund.
                  Only fake promises

When i tried placing return it shows my account has been blocked. Ajio is cheating many customers. Kindly initiate the return and refund my amount of Rs.1300 asap. This is not a free money that you can confiscate.

                      Recently ajio deactivated my account with no particular reason. I had 3-4k in my ajio wallet and it's all gone now. This was done without any prior information. I am a regular customer but this thing shook my trust and I tried calling customer care but they have no response. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP....

                      I ordered 2 pairs of liberty shoes in ajio. They were delivered to me but size issue is there. Hence I want to return them.i requested for return.pick up was done on 6 th July.                         Product was returned on 26th may 2022 and it reached ajio warehouse on 16th june 2022 and today is 9th july 2022 still i did not get my refund amount 1408.06 rs, ajio customer care cuts calls every time new agent picks calls and when expained the issue they say give us 2 days and cut calls if mailed they say we are working on it give us 2 days buts its over 2 months now and still they dint refund me the order details and returned details are

                        after 2 months of follow ups i raised NCH against ajio and imediatly i got call from ajio customer service team who kept ignoring me from 2 months and said to withdraw case and imediatly refunded me the amount but even in that they gave me half amount to my bank account and half as reliance rone points which is very cheap of them i will never be shopping on ajio again i will not recommend anyone either, refund me remaining money in my bank account i dont want any rone points. i want full money in my bank account i lost trust on ajio good bye forever ajio worst app ever.

                            I had placed a return request for 3 items that I had paid through PayTM wallet. They have been picked up and my refund got processed on 21st June but my refund not yet been credited to my payTM wallet or into my bank account. It’s already been three weeks.Im always getting a negative response from AJIO.
                            I humbly request you to please help me to get my money back.

                              Self ship of return product but not accepting it back

                              Hi,
                              I have placed an order and alter placed return request. Despite waiting for several days it was not picked up later I have raised a complaint regarding the same but they asked me to self ship it. I have self shipped it through DTDC and even shared the tracking Id with pictures of the product to their email I’d. After few days it says the receiver denied to take the package and now it is returned back to me. The product is unused...

                              My Ajio account was blocked due to too many returns. It is obvious that I will return the product if the fit or size is not good.
                              Myntra never did this. I have many complaints :
                              1) Wrong sizes delivered.
                              2) Exchange product not delivered.
                              3) One product was missing from the parcel and customer care sating that its my fault.
                              4) My account got blocked.
                              5) Hanging up my call after minutes of waiting.
                              There is no mention in there terms and conditions that the account maybe be blocked due to too many returns. If I knew that before, I would never have used Ajio.
                              Why a fashion brand needs to steal money from there customers and not even provide good service. Ajio is the worst shopping experience in my life.

                                I had placed a return request for the maroon lace dress from CODE lifestyle. I had paid through PayTM wallet. The dress have been picked up but my refund of Rs 767/- has not yet been credited to my payTM wallet or into my bank account. It’s already been three weeks.Im always getting a negative response from AJIO.
                                I have already sent you the bank statements as well as payTM wallet statements. I humbly request you to please help me to get my money back.

                                  Ajio team is forcing to customer for self shippment.

                                  I ordered few items from ajio and now want to return them so raised return request for same. Now they are saying that they cannot pick up the items from my address.

                                  They are forcing me to self shipped the all item at warehouse. Otherwise they will not refund my money.

                                  I already informed them that for me it's not possible to courier the items. Still they are saying you have to do and there is no option.

                                  They have to mention about self shipped option before order the products. Now i am stuck with them.

                                  I dnt know what to do in this case. I complaint over call and email them about it but they are not ready to understand my issue.

                                    Hi I returned an item I ordered from AJIO in the month of may but they have not returned the money till now. I made several complaints to the AJIO customer care but they still have not refunded my money. It’s more than a month now still waiting and asking for my money back but they have changed the status to refunded when they have not refunded the money. I have even shared the bank statement pdf as per the request of the AJIO customer care where it clearly shows no sign of money from AJIO. But they say they have refunded that’s all.
