Wrong item shipped but not getting response

I had ordered EX[protected] on March 1 and delivered on 13 March. I ordered a kurta pant set but received a 3 year old baby girl's dress. I raised a return request stating that a wrong product has been delivered and uploaded the picture of the received item. EAN mismatch for exchange order

I initiated an exchange request for a product that I had ordered in XL size to be replaced with L size. When the delivery guy came for the exchange, he refused to give the L size product because the XL product that I had was giving him EAN mismatch issue when he scanned it. Wrong item received and refuse to return

I am not able to order anything on the Application

Whenever i try to place an order on the Ajio Application, it pops-up a message "sorry, you can't place an order".
Also, I have 800 rupees in the Ajio Wallet, that i am not able to transfer to my Bank.
I tried calling the customer service, but no response.
Please lodge my complain....

I am complaining about wrong delivery of product and now not refunding money

Ajio delivered me a wrong product and now stating they shipped the right product which I had not received ever. Infact no communication in this regard was given to me. I have submitted each and every detail of the product, return pick up failure proofs, etc but to no advantage. I had ordered KVF Fashion Floral Skirt -suit set bearing order id FN[protected] but had received a mustard yellow colour completely different dress with the same brand....

Refund not credited to my bank account.

I placed an order of a product om 3 nov 2023 and receive on 10th nov and also at same day i create return and refund request of the same product. From ajio refund was initiated on 13 nov 2023 but as of now 21 nov 2023 my refund is still not reflected to my bank account. I have tired 8/9 times to contact the customer champion they all narrate the same old procedure and tell me to wait another 48 hours. They are more eager about getting rated...

Refund not provided for one of two cancelled order

Hi,
Please find the attached statement,
The refund haven't received refund for one of the following two orders..
1. Order ID: FL[protected] - amount 5824.00 inr
2. Order ID: FN[protected] - amount 5824.00 inr
I have received only one refund and other one is not refunded.
Even after seval emails this issue is not resolved....

Convenience fee not refunded -order cancellation by Ajio

I have two orders placed (screenshot attached) on 30th August.
It's 27th September, non of the order has been delivered or provided refund for.
I have raised several complaints as well for the same still there is no progress.
I have received refund 29th September only after raising several complaints and sending email.
Also refund ammount is less than what I have paid for the order. As the order was canceled...

Auto cancelling Return requests

I have ordered some products from Ajio and wish to return them. I was trying to return them from October 2nd, but the return requests were getting cancelled the next day with a message `Hi ****! We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FL[protected]/FL[protected]. Do continue to shop with us." Product picked up - refusing to refund

Address: SS Plaza, 74/2 Outer Ring Road, 29th Main Road, BTM 1st Stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore – 560068

Bought two shoes from Ajio and returned them as I didn't like the product. They assigned this request to their third party logistics partner Shadow Fax.

An agent from Shadow Fax picked my product from my home on 2nd September 2023 he acted like he did updated the status as package picked up. Usually it takes some time to get confirmation from Shadow Fax when they picks up the order and it takes days to issue the refund....

Delivery boy not picking up the return ordered on Ajio

I initated a return of my product for 11/09/2023

i didnot received any product tag in the item and while returning the item the delivery boy is asking for the tag of item and he didnot pick up without tag

Not changing my the delivery address in my recent order

Hi,
I am Ayaan. I recently placed an order on ajio but somehow I chose the wrong delivery address. The order has not been shipped yet even it is not packed yet. ORDER ID # FN[protected].
I also contacted to their customer care but they are not willing to help me. I can't place a new order as the prices are increased by double amount.

Refund Not Credited

Hey there, I had placed an order (FN[protected]) on AJIO on 23rd Nov 2022. And I didn't like 2 of the 3 products from my order. I have raised a return request (RT[protected] for the said products on 28th Nov 2022 with refund amount of Rs 1231.43. However, on 29th I received a refund of Rs 691.43 but the refund amount of Rs 540 for one of the items has not been credited to my account.
I have raised 2 complaints (COM[protected] & COM[protected])...
