I ordered the saree which cost about 2500 and received a different product and I raised return request twice ..And my return got cancelled..I called the customer care but they said they have done the quality check and they have sent the same product so I will not be able to return this product..They are scamming consumers.. the product was entirely different and used.There were stains in the product..The have mentioned the pictures below...

We made a purchase of Rs 8384 vide order number FN[protected] on 27th Dec 2024 using our IDFCFirstBAnk debit card

However, we returned most item and was supposed to get refund of Rs 6936.25 vide return ID RT[protected], the amount has not been credited into our account. Hi Team.

I placed an order from Ajio Nike men air trainer sneakers due to size issue I raised a return request on the same day of delivery which was 27 Jan’24.

Then your pathetic courier service putting a false statement that due to incorrect PIN code my pick up is not done how could it be possible that on the same address you guys can deliver but not pickup.

I requested to cancel my return request...

First of all this company sends me the wrong size. Then i have to wait for 15 days for my refund? What ##. Speed up the refund process...

Whenever i try to place an order on the Ajio Application, it pops-up a message "sorry, you can't place an order".
Also, I have 800 rupees in the Ajio Wallet, that i am not able to transfer to my Bank.
I tried calling the customer service, but no response.
Please lodge my complain....

Order ID #FN[protected] - Not delivered.

Orderd on 18th and got a mail that product shipped on same day through Bluedart.

After 10 days spoke with Bluedart and they confirmed that no package received from Ajio.

It's a prepaid order.

Ajio saying product will be delivered and can't cancel now and reject during delivery and post they receive refund note they'll initiate refund in 7 business...

I had ordered a jacket last week and since the size didn't fit well I returned the jacket. After returning I received the refund in my account but since then I have been unable to place a new order. I even tried adding stuff in my bag but when I click on the icon it shows. 'Sorry, You can't place a new order.'...

I have been emailing and calling Ajio regarding the above mentioned return id, which was picked up after me sending the pictures of the product and confirming by the ajio team that it can be returned successfully and then, when the agent came to pick it up checked the product and confirmed the pick up just like various team members involved in organising the return. I was advised that the refund will be done successfully back to the source...

I am Shriharsh Dhamodkar from Pune. I had ordered a running shoes of Campus Rs.1267 including delivery charges(Order ID - FN[protected]) from Ajio on 16th December(Saturday). I received it on 20th December with a well packing with CAMPUS labelling outside the box. But when I opened it after reaching home there was a dirty chappal inside instead of shoes. I have order a shoes of size 7uk and i received a size of 9uk and when i talk to the customer care they are saying that i have order size 9uk only where as i have a prove that i have order size 7uk..this is how AJIO is doing and solving the problem of the customer by saying we can't help...

I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration regarding the unresolved matter of my return and refund of my puma jacket. I initiated the return due to fit issues within the allowed timeframe, but unfortunately, the scheduled pickup did not happen on the promised date. Contacted and complaint them multiple times but these guys are fooling by giving same general statements “Mam please wait for 24-48 hours, our team is working...

I received the product in question on[protected], and upon inspection, I found that it matched all the specifications and tags that were included in the original packaging. However, when your logistic partner to initiate the return process, and was unexpectedly denied to take the product. Despite presenting the product with all the tags intact, the logistic partner refused to take the item back.

Ajio delivered me a wrong product and now stating they shipped the right product which I had not received ever. Infact no communication in this regard was given to me. I have submitted each and every detail of the product, return pick up failure proofs, etc but to no advantage. I had ordered KVF Fashion Floral Skirt -suit set bearing order id FN[protected] but had received a mustard yellow colour completely different dress with the same brand....

Ajio delivered me a wrong product and now stating they had shipped the right product and I had received the same as well despite the fact that I had categorically confirmed that no replacement was done. I had submitted each and every detail of the product and pick up failure details etc. but to no advantage. I had chased them during the entire 15 days slot of return window but they are refusing the refund and now the return window is also...

It is disheartening to see the careless approach towards customer satisfaction, especially when dealing with a company of your stature.

On[protected] order id FN[protected] i have placed order on ajio of amount rs 59375.4/- many of orders cancelled and i have received the refund partially still pending 48000/- refund is pending i have called the ajio custamer care many times they said that wait for 2 days every time but my issue is not reolved please help me with this issue...
