    On 31st May 2023 we placed an order with your esteemed e-commerce brand for two women’s suits. However, upon receiving the package, we were shocked to find that the product delivered was entirely different from what we had ordered. The incorrect product received was two soiled pieces of clothing along with an unknown product bar code. Please find all the attached images for your reference.

    We immediately requested a return which was initially approved after showing the pictures attached below but then repeatedly rejected at pickup as the wrong product did not match the indicated product for pickup. What is the point of taking pictures for a wrong delivery request but not updating it for the courier partner? Then we contacted your customer support team to seek resolution and requested for a return.

    However, your customer service strongly claimed that there was no mistake in packing the product and no return will be issued. They also refused to provide any evidence indicating that the correct product was indeed packed or an explanation for the unknown product code.

    As a result of this error and your refusal to provide the necessary evidence, as a buyer I have suffered considerable inconvenience, financial losses, and a severe breach of trust. We gave your brand every opportunity to rectify the situation amicably, your grievance officer also produced the same response. Your the lack of cooperation has left us with no choice but to take this matter seriously and consider legal action if required.

    We expect your company to take immediate corrective actions to resolve this matter satisfactorily. In order to avoid escalating the situation further, we demand the following:

    1. Offer an appropriate return compensation equivalent to order value of Rs. 2204 to remedy the losses we have incurred as a result of your company's negligence and lack of transparency.

    We would prefer the first option but if not, then provide the following:

    2. Within a reasonable timeframe of 7 days from the receipt of this email, provide documented evidence, such as photographs or video footage, clearly showing the correct product being packed and prepared for shipment.

    3. Provide a suitable written explanation of the product code received with the wrong shipment such that it shows that it belongs to the correct shipment.

    We strongly advise your company to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and take immediate action to address the concerns raised.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We eagerly await your response and a swift resolution.

      I have placed a bulk order on Ajio out of which one item is not delivered yet but the the status is updated as delivered on app now I can't cancel. The customer care service is terrible There are no chat partners available at any time and they will not connect you to an executive on call. Deeply disappointed. Need help in getting my order/refund.

        I requested to return the product I ordered from ajio on 18th july. They picked up the order after 12 days of request which is very late than usual. The refund amount has been credited by them and the app is showing that if it is not reflecting in your bank account then contact your bank

          I placed an order on 14th July and received on 19th July from Ajio. Due to size issue i created a return request on same day. But by mistake i marked wrong address and there was no option to change the pick up address. So i refund to delivery person not to pick this product and he had cancelled the return request. Now after this i want to recreate the return request at different address but there is no option to create return request. After conceting multiple times to customer support executives on phone call and chats regarding this issue i didn't get any positive response yet. They have generated multiple complaints no and marked resolved at their end only. And ever person talk with different prospective. Even though they don't know how to tackle with this issue. They always try to do fake promises to convince the customer.

          Really this is my first worst experience ever among online shopping comp. I am totally fed up with Ajio. I assure, will neither buy any product from Ajio anymore and nor will recommend to anyone.

            I ordered a shirt in ajio it delivered and seems as a low quality so I returned

            They take return and initiate my refund on 21st July 2023

            But not reflect to my account

            Even it is 456rs ..very important to me

              My debit card has been debited twice for two transactions at AJio with no order confirmations. The details of transactions are as follows:

              1. P&S Bank- A/c ****02 (asterisk is used to hide number here) Debited with Rs 1589.02-ATMPOS/BDR00001/23:51:0 on 26-07-23.

              2. P&S Bank- A/c ****02 Debited with Rs 1413.86-ATMPOS/BDR00001/00:09:5 on 26-07-23.

              Please refund my money back to the source account (debit card ending with **68) as soon as possible. There was no message regarding order confirmation but money has been deducted for two transactions for no reason. It's really a matter of great nuisance.

                  I raised a return request on Ajio at 8th of June 2023, and it has not been picked up for the last 17 days. And every 2nd day I try to contact them and all I get to hear is a reply from them that it will be sorted in 2 days. But I haven't got any call from them regarding pick up. And now the status on the website shows return cancelled. My order ID is FN[protected]
                  I just want this item to be picked up and my money to be refunded. Value Rs 2034

                      I have ordered 4 garments on Ajio App by order id FNJ[protected] (1 jeans + 3 shirts) dated[protected]. I got only delivery of 3 shirts and after trials i have ordered for 1 shirt return and 2 shirts exchange on the app on[protected]. on 20th June i got message for pick up from shadofax delivery. As there is not clarified anywhere in the message or app i have returned all the 3 garments to the delivery lady. on 22th june another delivery person from delhivery came to visit my place for exchange products. He asked me to submit the exchange garments to get this delivery. I have told that i have already returned the products on 20th june as per message received with pin. and i got the successful pick up also. i have also complaint about this to the ajio care. but not getting any response. After that the lady who visit earlier come again for another delivery and i requested her that by mistake i have returned you 3 garments. she acknowledge that and assured me that she will inform them and if possible she will give me back the extra garment. I have also share her mobile no to ajio care and tell them to clarify the matter. but no response. After that i have tried to call that delivery lady, but now she is not picking my calls. The ajio care is not confirming their policy mistakes not giving proper awareness to the customer for assigning different person for both exchange and return products. their back team not work for any resolution. Now they are not refunding my money and not the garments. Really painful experience from Ajio and Ajio care staff.

                        Received a product without tags, so i applied for return.
                        The Ajio team told me that they scan every product before sending and check for the tags so they won't accept my return.
                        But the product i got wasn't having any tags so what should i do now.
                        Please look in to the issue and help for the same.

                          I have ordered a kurtha from ajio of Order ID: FN[protected] and it was delivered without price tags.
                          I have requested for return, now they are refusing to return as no tags.
                          I expect the product be taken back and my amount be refunded for such a cheap piece.
                          Please look in to the same.

                            So basically i ordered a pair of adilette 22 slides from adidas for around 3200 which was delivered on 19th July, the product I received was a cheap woman’s chappal, the moment I opened the package itself I requested for return as it was clear it was not even close to what I ordered . I requested return for the same and they refused it . I called customer care and asked them on what basis they doing this. They assured me it won’t happen again and asked me to submit another request . That request has still not been approved or rejected even after the time by which they were supposed to accept it and it’s still on hold . I again called the customer care and they were like they did “investigation” and that the correct product was delivered to me, i told him I’ve the unboxing video and he was like pls mail it to customer care mail id, all I got back was the same response that they did “stringent quality checks” and I’m having the right product . I must be delusional right .
                            I also found the grievance officer mail id and have mailed all these .

                              Ajio has registered 3 complaints so far( most recent number -COM[protected]) but in a day they close the complaint without any resolution. I have been waiting for a return to be picked up and get refunded since 3 weeks.

                              Their customer service is a sham.

                                I has ordered a rain coat but inside the packet of ajio came a neatly folded used sari my brain froze for a moment and when I filed for return they canceled my return after asking for a extra two days no call nothing.

                                  I received a fraud call on July 15th @ 10 AM in the name of Ajio . They talked very professionally and told me that I won contest and I did not believe it but then they mentioned about my recent order details and my address too. So, they told since I have made many orders in recent times I have won iphone 14 pro and for that they asked me to buy a gift card worth of 5000 and so I also paid through gpay. But later they asked more money for gst invoice something and that moment I realized its scam call and asked them for refund but they didn't respond properly so, I told ill take legal action against them and they told " go ahead". I kindly request you to solve my issue and get my 5000 money refund. Please.

                                    Above order placed on 11th July from AJIO and it was sent via Shadowfax Courier bearing Docket No. SF[protected]AJI by Ajio. Since 14th Jul as per Shadowfax App it is lying in Bangalore but not yet delivered. Ajio promised to deliver the product on 17th then changed to 19th then changed to 21st July 23, however no one contacted from courier company to deliver the product. No further update on the Ajio / Shadowfax Website. Money is simply stuck as its a prepaid order and product also not been received. Called 30 times to Ajio customer care to understand the process but they have no clue, it is so bad that anyone will get hyper by receiving the same response by them. Twitter Handle / Grievance all are having no clue to any thing. Neither they are aware where the product is nor can comment on assured delivery date. Keeps on saying not delivered due to "Technical cliché" . under the condition, either I need the product or need the refund as it cant be waited for enormous period of time, they have raised complaint bearing No. COM[protected] on 19th July but they haven't worked on it unfortunately. Please help me in getting the refund immediately.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam

                                      I added AJIO gift cards worth Rs 20, 000 in my AJIO account on 6th June. On 7th June - an order with several items were placed for an address in Uttar Pradesh using my wallet and I received an email on the same on my ajio registered email id - [protected]@gmail.com.
                                      Almost immediately I got logged out of my account and both my registered phone number ( [protected]) and email ID became inactive and showed as “user does not exist”. I immediately called the ajio customer service and although they claimed they have cancelled my order they did not stop any of the orders from getting delivered to the cyber criminal over several days whose details I am sharing below:-

                                      Incidentally the email id for dispatch and delivery still remained mapped to my id hence I was able to get all the dispatch and delivery updates .

                                      A senior person from the ajio marketing team to whom I had raised the issue had recognised the cyber security breach however stopped responding on my follow ups and kept silent while each item with a total of Rs 20, 000 got delivered to the criminal over several days . The ajio customer service also blocked me from speaking to any executive. All my calls and emails were not responded upon when I tried to ask why despite recognising that it is a cyber crime every order was getting dispatched one by one everyday.
                                      Ajio IT team had made a customary call as well and told me they will help retrieve my account and block all dispatches meanwhile I should not raise any issue immediately. I believed them . However they swiftly closed the complaint and asked me to take it up with cyber crime department by myself right after each product got delivered. This only raised questions whether the concerned people were involved or not.
                                      I had called up the number of the person who hacked my account - a person who received the call said he has been receiving such calls on behalf of his neighbour who is a known scamster for ajio and has been doing this for quite some time . Ajio is leaking customer data to cyber criminals.
                                      Recently I raised a complaint to their senior management and the ajio customer care is calling and sending strange emails to divert the complaint as they are unloved

                                        Complaint about missing one product in the delivery as the package mentioned is 2 quantity but one of the product is missing and another product is delivered with wrong size as i ordered M size TSHIRT but i recievd S size it is also non-cod and now my money is already paid and i didnt get the product but i got the message as product deliverd because the two products has same tracking id . iam a regular ajio user, i bought more than 100 products in ajio since last year so please resolve this issue as soon as possible iam attacing the pictures of the product
