I ordered or Chinos from Ajio but have received a different colour from which I have ordered so I gave raised a return request but that was rejected by Ajio so I don’t know what to do next I am raising this complain here.

    I have placed an order for Armani Hand bag through Ajio on 19 Aug for Rs 7600 Order ID fn[protected] and instead I received a kids jogger.On raising the return request they cancelled saying we have shipped the right product.We are sorry for the loss.When I provided the evidence ( A video where their courier bag can be seen - I was able to take out the jogger with a small tear in the corner which a handbag couldn't have come out)they dint even see it.No investigation and instead organization has the worst customer support mechanism.
    Tickets are closed with false information without even talking to the customers. Placing calls on long hold and abruptly disconnecting the calls.
    Committing false promises and no proactiveness to investigate when I said you might check with the logistics partner.
    Please help me in getting my money back. I am a very old customer of Ajio, had this been a habit I would have reported this type of case before also.Pls check the history of Return due to wrong product.

    I ll make sure I never buy from them in future.I could have attached the video also but its 12 MB.

        Dear Vineeth Nair I had placed multiple orders form no return no exchange and from that one was a dress but ajio send me a skirt after calling customer care they disconnect my call in between if the conversation I seeked help through chat they just raise complaint and complaint team are saying the product is correct we don't ship a wrong product the tags clearly says it's a skirt bloody scammers and other 2 products were received torn even that they are refusing to return what a rubbish company just scamming people bloody fraud

          I want to change my mobile no. as the one on ajio account is not my number now. i get a new one, so i ordered a t shirt and paid through UPI payment mode using my new number. now when delivery came they don't give product to me as i don't get the code because my no. change. so he don't give my order even though i already paid for it. so kindly change my mobile number or cancel my order and refund the amount in my bank account.

            Hi am from Mumbai. I placed Order on Mon, 07 Aug, 2023 and received my order on 17 Aug 2023.
            Courier partner of Ajio was Shadowfox. Parcel was expected to have 2 product but one product is missing.
            Am sharing the images for reference. Ajio people are informing that there packing team is denying that no product is missing. I am doing follow-up with ajio customer care but am not getting satisfactory reply from them.

              Order placed on Mon, 07 Aug, 2023 and received my order on 17 Aug, 2023. In my Parcel two packets were there, one was empty and one had product. I raised a complaint. It is still not resolved.

                  Dear Consumer Complaint Department,

                  I hope this communication finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ajio, specifically related to an issue I am facing with an order I placed on their platform. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, I have been met with significant obstacles and unsatisfactory responses.

                  Details of the Complaint:

                  Product Name: Scuderia Ferrari - 0830794 Water-Resistant Chronograph watch

                  Narrative of the Issue:
                  On 10th august, I made a purchase on the ajio website for a product named Scuderia Ferrari watch. Regrettably, upon receiving the delivery, it became evident that the product I received does not align with the product description, images, or specifications provided on the website at the time of purchase. The delivered product is substantially different from what was advertised, leading to a grave disparity between my expectations and the reality of the received item.

                  Despite promptly raising multiple complaints, as indicated by the complaint reference IDs mentioned above, I have encountered considerable difficulties in initiating the return process for the incorrect product. The return requests have been canceled repeatedly, leaving me in a predicament where my ability to return the product within the designated period is jeopardized.

                  It is deeply concerning to note that today, 20th august, marks the conclusion of the return period for this purchase. Time is of the essence, and I fear that the obstacles faced thus far might render my return attempt futile, ultimately leading to an unjust loss on my part.

                  Resolution Sought:

                  Acknowledgment and acceptance of the incorrect product for return, without further delays or cancellations.
                  An expedited return process to ensure compliance with the return period deadline.
                  A complete refund of the purchase price for the incorrect product, as promptly as possible once the return is processed.
                  Attachments:

                  Photographic evidence of the incorrectly delivered product
                  I have always held Ajio in high regard and have previously enjoyed positive experiences as a consumer. I firmly believe that a company of your stature values customer satisfaction and would consider this a matter of priority. I implore your intervention in this situation and kindly request your assistance in achieving a swift and fair resolution.

                  I kindly ask for your acknowledgment of this complaint and your commitment to investigating and rectifying this issue. I eagerly await your response and action plan to resolve the matter at hand.

                    Few days back, I ordered a co-ord set from Ajio. ID : #RT[protected] The item delivered was completely wrong and unconvincing. After several calls, e-mails and attempts of return there was absolutely no help from the customer care executives. They claimed to have delivered the right product. Though when asked for a detailed report of the investigation they failed to provide any sort of information on the same. They won't return my money back. Nor they're willing to exchange the product. I have been through enough harassment and this surely requires legitimate compensation. I hereby attach all the necessary screenshots of the emails and the crap they delivered in the name of my desired product.

But when i placed the return it said that the right product was sent from their end and they cancelled the return. Please help me return the product.

                                  On 31st May 2023 we placed an order with your esteemed e-commerce brand for two women’s suits. However, upon receiving the package, we were shocked to find that the product delivered was entirely different from what we had ordered. The incorrect product received was two soiled pieces of clothing along with an unknown product bar code. Please find all the attached images for your reference.

                                  We immediately requested a return which was initially approved after showing the pictures attached below but then repeatedly rejected at pickup as the wrong product did not match the indicated product for pickup. What is the point of taking pictures for a wrong delivery request but not updating it for the courier partner? Then we contacted your customer support team to seek resolution and requested for a return.

                                  However, your customer service strongly claimed that there was no mistake in packing the product and no return will be issued. They also refused to provide any evidence indicating that the correct product was indeed packed or an explanation for the unknown product code.

                                  As a result of this error and your refusal to provide the necessary evidence, as a buyer I have suffered considerable inconvenience, financial losses, and a severe breach of trust. We gave your brand every opportunity to rectify the situation amicably, your grievance officer also produced the same response. Your the lack of cooperation has left us with no choice but to take this matter seriously and consider legal action if required.

                                  We expect your company to take immediate corrective actions to resolve this matter satisfactorily. In order to avoid escalating the situation further, we demand the following:

                                  1. Offer an appropriate return compensation equivalent to order value of Rs. 2204 to remedy the losses we have incurred as a result of your company's negligence and lack of transparency.

                                  We would prefer the first option but if not, then provide the following:

                                  2. Within a reasonable timeframe of 7 days from the receipt of this email, provide documented evidence, such as photographs or video footage, clearly showing the correct product being packed and prepared for shipment.

                                  3. Provide a suitable written explanation of the product code received with the wrong shipment such that it shows that it belongs to the correct shipment.

                                  We strongly advise your company to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and take immediate action to address the concerns raised.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We eagerly await your response and a swift resolution.

                                    I have placed a bulk order on Ajio out of which one item is not delivered yet but the the status is updated as delivered on app now I can't cancel. The customer care service is terrible There are no chat partners available at any time and they will not connect you to an executive on call. Deeply disappointed. Need help in getting my order/refund.

                                      I requested to return the product I ordered from ajio on 18th july. They picked up the order after 12 days of request which is very late than usual. The refund amount has been credited by them and the app is showing that if it is not reflecting in your bank account then contact your bank
