I have returned the product i ordered the delivery boy examined it and all the tags were intact everything was ok, its been a week now and they are not picking up calls or replying

    Ajio — Delivery item
    I placed an order june for 4 clothing items. Expected delivery was a week later just 3 one one package clothing item while on the package it was mentioned that 4 clothing items were present. I received 3 items. While the delivery was not confirmed on the website i was expecting some miscommunication. But today i received a confirmation email about successful delivery of both clothing items. So today i decided to complain on their site.

      Ordered 3 sets of chair pad cushions vide order number fn[protected] on 05 jun 22, received delivery on 13 jun but only 1 set instead of 3 sets which i ordered. Logged compliant immediately on 13 jun about less number of sets received and was given 20 jun as dare of resolution. I called number of times to customer care to check about the status of complaint but until 20 jun, customer care have no idea about the status. They just keep repeating, we are looking into it but don't have any updates. Raised issue on twitter as well and now will raise it to their grievance officer and ceo as well... For immediate resolution of my issue and also to improve customer care service levels.

        So I placed a order of RS.5260 on Ajio.com and the transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my account and the refund has not be initiated yet. When am I going to receive it back to my account?

          They haven't refunded the amount to me yet. The customer care isn't responding. PLEASE HELP ME.

Delivery boy ne bhot bhot rude behave kia.. Usy baat karne ki tamij bhi nhi hai.. Usne threat kia mere ghrwalo ko.. He is like hafta vasuli gunda.. Please replace him with new delivery boy

              I have ordered adidas shoes 15 days back. Because o[censored]nlike the design pattern, I initiated return request on app.
              Delivery boy was unable to pickup the product, because of my college and exams. He attempted 3 times, so my return request is cancelled.
              Now I am trying to initiate return request for second time.
              It is not initiating return request in app.
              I am unsatisfied with customer care service.
              So please help me

                Product received without price tag

                My AJIO Order AWB R[protected]AJI arrived on 17th june 2022. However the price tag of the product was missing. I made a COD of INR 402. Same day i had requested for return of this product because of size and fit issue.                 I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 28th Apr 2022. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making fool of me by sending every time a new complain id COM[protected]. Their team called me and saved their part by saying that refund is done from our side. What the hell? I havn't got the money back in my bank account.

                  This is regarding return of my recent order FN[protected].
                  I had to self ship the product as return was unavailable and had shipped it via DTDC on[protected] to the address that was mentioned in the app (i.e Ajio, Reliance Retail Ltd, SCREENSHOT plaza 74/2 Outer Ring Road, 29th Main Road, BTM 1st stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore, 560068, Karnataka).
                  As per tracking, it was delivered on[protected] to Thimmaraju, Receptionist.
                  Kindly Process My Refund At The Earliest As It Has Been More Than 30 Days Since The Order Was Delivered, but I still have not received the refund of Rs5459. Every time I email/ call the customer care centre they ask for an extension of 2 days and the issue is still not resolved. I have raised 4 TTs regarding the same and all have been closed without notice or even resolving it.

                    Hi
                    I have been experiencing a lot of inconvenience due to poor Ajio service .
                    This is regarding my order number FN[protected] .. I raised a return request as on 11th June, got fake return pickup attempt msg on 12th . I raised a complaint on the same day but no resolution followed up daily, again got a fake pick up attempt update on 16th June, again tweeted them but no resolution only assurance . Then a guy called me to know my address then he did not come to pick up and stopped responding to my calls, today that guy gave me another guy's number and said talk to him regarding pickup but that guy refused to pickup the stuff . Today again one pickup is scheduled but no one has contacted yet.
                    I am getting a lot of mental stress bcz of this . I want my issue to be resolved and the return stuff to be picked up asap. Return I'd is RT70243744

                    After multiple complaints and followups finally the return product was picked up yesterday, the guy asked for otp, I shared then he took a photo of suit then took the suit with him . Till now I have not got confirmation the the return product has been picked up, it has not been updated yet, today another delivery guy from Ajio came and asked for the same product (he too came to pickup the return), I said I already returned yesterday then he said its not updated anywhere.
                    What's happening Ajio ?? Why creating so much of stress in to ur customers life ?? When can I get this issue resolved .
                    Number of the guy who picked up the return [protected] .
                    Kindly resolve my issue ASAP.

                    @ajio have a look on both the screenshots .. creating new return I'd each time whenever I complain won't help u . The product was picked up by ur partner currier and that u can see here, they have updated already .
                    Why is ur app showing wrong information, till when I ll have to wait ??, can u give me a specific time line. Why is my issue still not resolved ? What's stopping u to coordinate with ur currier guy and other ppl involved in transit. Your irresponsible behaviour is causing me a lot of mental stress which is not good .

                      I have received the update of my complaint ID - COM[protected] on 14/06/2022. In which it is stated that the refund of my order number-EX[protected] has been initiated and the refund will be reflected in my account. But till now refund is not received in my account. Refund reference number is also not given. I am very upset. Please get my refund. Thanks

                        I'm unable to use my ajio wallet. To use the ajio wallet, the OTP is being sent to my previous mobile number which is currently not in use. I AM UNABLE TO CHANGE THE MOBILE NUMBER BECAUSE TO EDIT THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION, OTP IS BEING SENT TO MY OLD NUMBER (NOT WORKING). In both the cases, OTP is being sent to my old number which is not in use.

                                      I want to return some of my products I'm not able to return my products due to this issue.If my account is blocked then why were they accepting my orders and if the product is not as shown or it's damaged ofcourse ofcourse anyone would return it. It's really not fair account was blocked but still accepting orders what about money. I want to return some of my products and I'm not able to. won't order again from thei company.This is really really pathetic customer service if it was blocked why were they accepting orders? They shouldn't have. What will I do with these products? My money is wasted.It's not small amount.They are such a big company how could they do this.This is really wrong accept orders and with lame excuses blocking our account and refunded our money
