This is regarding return of my recent order FN[protected].
I had to self ship the product as return was unavailable and had shipped it via DTDC on[protected] to the address that was mentioned in the app (i.e Ajio, Reliance Retail Ltd, SCREENSHOT plaza 74/2 Outer Ring Road, 29th Main Road, BTM 1st stage, BTM Layout, Bangalore, 560068, Karnataka).
As per tracking, it was delivered on[protected] to Thimmaraju, Receptionist.
Kindly Process My Refund At The Earliest As It Has Been More Than 30 Days Since The Order Was Delivered, but I still have not received the refund of Rs5459. Every time I email/ call the customer care centre they ask for an extension of 2 days and the issue is still not resolved. I have raised 4 TTs regarding the same and all have been closed without notice or even resolving it.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
