FN[protected] raised the return request for this order on 18 june and same was approved after checking by ajio team, and the item was picked up on 20 june. And on 24 june, 2022 the product reached to ajio warehouse but they denied for refund and saying the product mis-match, but then why they approved the return request first, as i send images also to ajio, but now ajio is not listening to me . I want my refund as soon as possible without any hassle

      I have placed an order in ajio app i got the product but because the size is not correct i have exchanged the product but the exchanged product I received is not up to the mark so decide to return it I raised a return request but the pickup guy refuse to take it back then I called customer care nd he said put this on wrong product received category so the return will initiate easily I do the same nd then they said ur refund will credited within 7-10 days (exactly on 24 June) so I waited till 24 now today on 24 June I called them to ask my order status they replied very rudely that u gave us the non ajio product (which they asked me to mark wrong product category on return request) nd we didn't initiate a return to you.Please help me🙏🙏 I want my refund .

        This is in regards to the order I passed on 7th June 2022 .Order no : FN[protected], order was worth rupees -
        7795. Which includes two Giva silver earrings. Both was returnable items within 7days. one of the earrings was delivered different than my order. I ordered two different earrings, but got same two earrings.
        Wrong item was delivered on 12th June 2022.
        So I raised return request for both items on 14th june 2022, it was supposed to be picked up by 21st june, but Ajio cancelled my return request automatically on 22nd June.
        I called customer care support many times, sent mail to customer care but got no help from the team.
        Since this issue happened at their end, ajio should raise my return again for these earrings issue my refund.

        Please look into this and raise my return request .

          Ordered spykar jeans 34 size male but got delivered with female 28 size jeans .returned it immediately but its more than 7 days refund not happening .contacted them but no response .all copy products are delivered from ajio .product order id - FN[protected]

              Order: FN[protected]

              Three items missing out of 6, refund still not done although backend team called and informed that they were missing and investigation is done. How come no surety of someone's money. Pl. close this today.
              Are you people waiting for your item to be returned from somewhere, it is not with me and so I should not suffer because of your customer service.

              I have written repeated times to ajio customer care via this complaint that three product were missing in my order for which the backend team informed me that they have initiated a refund, which will be given on 21 itself, I haven't got any refund yet and it has been more than 7 days, I want my refund immediately as ajio cannot withhold money and keep on extending timelines.

                My ajio account is blocked only for returns which i realised after shopping and when i had to return few products.I am unable to create return now and stuck with products worth 6k plus.Have created multiple complaints but they cancel the complaints as well marking them resolved.
                Have send mails and tbe only response i get is that my account is blocked.I do not understand this one way traffic of allowing to shop and then not accepting the returns before informing about the same. Had i known about this not returnable policy i would have accepted the shopping at my own riwk but what they have done is absurd.
                Please help me solve this issue and understand the next step towards issue resolution.

                    This complaint is regarding order id no-FN[protected]
                    Ajio has suspended my account due to high returns. I was not aware that this may cause to suspension of my account but if the product is not as good as it was looking on the app and it does not fitting properly then what should I do besides returning them back? Further, there are still some products of Ajio are with me which I also want to return back but they have suspended my account without giving me any warning. Due to this I am not able to place a request of return. This is clear case of fraud by Ajio. I also do not wish to use this ### app further, I just want to return these products and get my money back. After this Ajio can carry on my account suspension as long as they want.

                      Have purchased a top and jeans from Ajio. The top was bigger in size, hence i raised a exchange request. But, the person who came twice for exchange was not able to scan the product, so he left without exchanging. From the onwards i am complaining through emails and calls but nothing is working. It's close to a month now. Also, I had ordered for Levi's jeans, but i have received a jeans with no Levi's branding, juts they have added a tag with Levi's tag. This is very disappointing and not sure how genuine the product are.

                        I placed order for 2 vanheusen women intimate wear products with a pack of 12 and a pack of 9. But I received only 3 instead of 12 in one pack and 3 instead of 9 in other pack. But my invoice says the quantity I ordered. After delivery I received mail from ajio with the quantity I received 3 in each pack.

                        I placed my order on June 15th and I received my order on June 18th. I mail them regarding this issue it's been a week but there is no update from them

                          I Have talk to customer care but they mentioned, due to some unkown logistic issues it got cancelled that the product arrive at the same city I have been which is 5 km away from my location.

                            On 4th Of June I Ordered Nike Casual Lace Up Shoes From AjIO It Was Delivered To Me On 8th Of June On The Same Day I CONTACTed AJIO CUSTOMER Care They Have Asked What I Have Received I Have Shared Everything Thing After That They Have Approved My Return And Picked Up My Product On 12th Of June They Said That IWill Recive My Refund On 18th June But They Didn't Provided Me The Refund Again They Told Me That They Will Provide Me Refund On 22nd Of The June Now They Are Saying That On 17th June They Got A Update From The Warehouse Team That I Have Sended Them Wrong NON AJIO product And They Are Working On Ny Issue What A ### CUSTOMER They Have When We CUSTOMER Have Sended All The Things Properly After Checking They Gave Accepted Our Return Now They Are Saying That The Product Is NON AJIO Very Phatic Service From AJIO it's a request to help me here everyone

                              Its been 20 days i requested for return of a product from Ajio app . but till today there is no response and and i have raised a complain ticket still there is no response. this delay in response prevents me from ordering further from this app.

                                I order 3 jeans from Ajio Order number - FN[protected] out of which I didn't like 2 jeans and request for return pickup before the 15 days return policy due date. It was their mistake that the pickup wasn't attempted on time and the agent wasn't sent for pickup. I had also talked to the Ajio's customer care support regarding this and she promised me to initiate a pickup which was indeed done on 30/5/22 (I have also uploaded the pickup received given by pickup agent from Ajio). It's again misconduct in their system that somehow they are not able to confirm if the product was returned or not and as you can see, I have attached a return slip. Basically the pickup from ajio was done for which I have uploaded the proof as well. I haven't got my refund yet. I have been continually mailing them, raising complaints on the issue but they are not responding back.
                                This is not accepted that the product is picked up and still I am not hearing that the refund can't be initiated.

                                  I have returned the product i ordered the delivery boy examined it and all the tags were intact everything was ok, its been a week now and they are not picking up calls or replying

                                    Ajio — Delivery item
                                    I placed an order june for 4 clothing items. Expected delivery was a week later just 3 one one package clothing item while on the package it was mentioned that 4 clothing items were present. I received 3 items. While the delivery was not confirmed on the website i was expecting some miscommunication. But today i received a confirmation email about successful delivery of both clothing items. So today i decided to complain on their site.

                                      Ordered 3 sets of chair pad cushions vide order number fn[protected] on 05 jun 22, received delivery on 13 jun but only 1 set instead of 3 sets which i ordered. Logged compliant immediately on 13 jun about less number of sets received and was given 20 jun as dare of resolution. I called number of times to customer care to check about the status of complaint but until 20 jun, customer care have no idea about the status. They just keep repeating, we are looking into it but don't have any updates. Raised issue on twitter as well and now will raise it to their grievance officer and ceo as well... For immediate resolution of my issue and also to improve customer care service levels.
