Placed an online Ajio order vide order no. FN[protected] on 6th June 2022. There were multiple items in the order. Immediately after the transaction, my account was blocked and since then I have been unable to access my account to track my remaining orders and place an exchange request for the item that was delivered. I contacted the Ajio customer service through call and mail, but they are not ready to resolve my issue. Neither are they cancelling my order so that I can get a refund, nor are they allowing me access to my account for delivery and exchange. I don't understand why they blocked my account immediately AFTER the money was debited from my account. I have requested them many times but they are just delaying any response by asking me to wait for 10 days and my exchange/ return period will end soon. They just want to keep the money without having to provide the service.
If there was some problem with my account, then the money should not have been deducted, but the problem arose from the company's side only after they received the payment.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
