I have ordered a pair of Steve madden shoes but it was not fitting properly. We requested a refund but to a different pickup address. We contacted them well before the return window expired and their customer support agents kept saying they'll check and get back within 48 hours. They kept delaying it and now they are denying the refund saying that the return window is closed. This is pathetic service!!!
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I faced the exact same issue on Steve Madden shoes and have emailed them at least 10 times following up on the pick up, only to be told the return window has closed.

    I am an active ajio user and they have blocked my account without any prior notice or information. I dont know if my previous order has arrived or not. If there is any past account balance. My card details are stored plus i still want to access that account

      I tried to place order on Ajio through net banking amount Rs.2278.10 . I logged into my SBI net banking, waiting for the OTP for my payments . But before I even open the SMS to look for my OTP, i got message stating that my session was expired, but money has already been deducted and got by ajio and there is nothing on my "orders". My money was debited but no order is placed .please help me refund my money !

        My order id is FL[protected]
        I raised return for two of the products
        1.) Return ID for first item- RT69308119
        2.) Return ID for second item-RT70105119

        Both of them got picked up On June 4th 2022 and I received two acknowledgement slips for both the items from the pick up agent. But the order tracking page still says return pick up is pending even after I returned it
        When i called the customer service they asked me to send an email which will be replied within 48 hours with the picture’s of the acknowledgment slips, I sent the first email on 6th June ( no reply even after 48 hours )

        I sent the second email on (9th June no reply) I sent the third email again on (11th June)

        Each time I call the customer service they tell me they are highlighting my issue but no one is getting back to me

        But today I received an SMS that you are glad I've changed my mind about the return. What do you guys mean by I've changed my mind about my refund? I've already returned the items to you and made multiple calls to your call center and even sent the acknowledgement slips to you guys already 3 times in 3 separate emails. What is the meaning of sending me these SMS that you are glad I changed my mind after accepting my returns and giving me acknowledgement slips?

        When will you update your status and provide me my return? It’s already been over 10 days and I still don’t have any response from them.

        The acknowledgment slips I received contain the AWB and reference numbers

        I have attached the AWBs and reference no’s from blue dart pick up for both the picked up items in this complaint

        Ajio has not refunded my money and app shown they refunded i already contact with bank but money not intitated return I'd number is RT71003026 please help me they don't listen anything I want my money back waiting for your revert

          I had order a short, it got delivered and wore it for 45mins or so and then it was washed .within 1st wast it started producing lints heavily.
          order ID- FN[protected]
          Then I called the customer care they told me to write the mail I’ve explained everything but i think they are playing dumb or the replies are auto generated
          Like please tell us if the tags are intact or with you I’ve explained them that I’ve wore it once the problem is with the quality, and nobody wears the shorts with the tags intact.
          Hence no resolution
          Worst experience with AJIO .
          Would never recommend it to anyone .

            Raised multiple complaints on order confirmation since 20 days, dispatch & delivery but no one has responded from the customer care service with the proper explanation why and where is my order and i literally had to struggle and beg to them to know the delivery details & date of delivery, customer care service is soo rude and too bad. They are not at all pro-active and helpful. i have wasted my whole day to talk to them to know the status on order delivery arbaaz khan and many of the other team leaders are useless as they just raise one ticket from thier system and thier backhand team couldn't provide any details or update . After struggling everday i never got any response many fake promises were made also i have not received the order yet.

            WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

              Placed an online Ajio order vide order no. FN[protected] on 6th June 2022. There were multiple items in the order. Immediately after the transaction, my account was blocked and since then I have been unable to access my account to track my remaining orders and place an exchange request for the item that was delivered. I contacted the Ajio customer service through call and mail, but they are not ready to resolve my issue. Neither are they cancelling my order so that I can get a refund, nor are they allowing me access to my account for delivery and exchange. I don't understand why they blocked my account immediately AFTER the money was debited from my account. I have requested them many times but they are just delaying any response by asking me to wait for 10 days and my exchange/ return period will end soon. They just want to keep the money without having to provide the service.
              If there was some problem with my account, then the money should not have been deducted, but the problem arose from the company's side only after they received the payment.

                This is in regards to the order I passed on 8th April 2022 .Order no : FL[protected], order was worth rupees - 46500.
                Wrong item was delivered on 11 th April2022.

                Since then I am struggling to first get the wrong item picked up and now for my refund.
                I have written several emails to Ajio but not getting any response.
                Everytime I call them they say we are working towards your refund. I even got an email confirming that refund has been initiated and I will get it in 7 days . Now today I got an email saying we can’t refund as this is not ajio product that was returned.
                Guys they have sent the wrong product. Something happened at there end. Ajio team is just placed around from last two months.

                I have attached all the images of the wrong product delivered with all the tags .
                Along with the image of the bag what I actually ordered.
                Also the bill and the email where they confirmed about refund and another email where they again denied.

                  They canceled my order last August and September 2021... I filed a complaint with them on 13 may 2022. They are not responding through there call centre n putting call on hold.. and are not refunding till now.

                    Im unable to use my ajio wallet amount as my mobile number is not in use, I'm not receiving OTPs so i asked them to update my number but they are telling to wait for 8 days to update number, why ajio app doing like this, just to update a mobile number

                      Hi Team,

                      I was order 8 products in ajio app. I want to return 4 products. I was raise the return request already. But received mail from Ajio patner like they are unable to do the return pick up for same delivery address. They send me a address to do the courier for the return products. I did it. But they didn't pickup the products from courier guys. Courier reached 3days back. Still the products with courier person only. Daily he is calling me to return the courier to my place again. I am sending the mail to ajio people with courier person name and mobile number from 3days. No reply and till now they didn't pick up the order from courier service. Ajio not following the there policy as well. Quality of the products also not good. Return policy worst.

                        I am unable to change my phone number. Every time I click on edit profile, they send the OTP on my old phone number, which is not even working now. Customer Care doesn't even provide any help regarding this issue of mine.

                          I have ordered for 5 products with order id FN[protected].One of the products, on the date of 31st May its says its delivered on June 1st.I did not receive any OTP nor even Call from the delivery partner No action was taken against this till today.I lost my money as its prepaid I raised several complaints since May31st .Please help me on this either to get my product or refund my money.

                            It's very unfortunate that big brand like Ajio started something really bad which against ethics of customer care. They blocked my account.

                            I would strongly condemn this type termination of account without any prior intimation of such event. You could have adopt a better system like Myntra who raises the delivery charges if returns get increased rather allowing a pathetic automated system to terminate the customer account.

                            I know that the person who reading this doesn't have any authority to change but if possible raise this to leadership team.

                            I have received defective products and poor quality products. I can't pay for this.
                            This is highly unethical and unacceptable. When your allowing return then customer will obviously return. In case of more return you can inform customer or impose some other things by way of penalty but straight way your blocking the account. And worst part is that our money and credit get with you. This is pure theft. How could you this ? Never thought how mentally disturbed one can be by your act.

                            I called many times customer care and requested to return the product and give back my money. Atleast they can do this much.

                            I'm feeling very bad can't explain since the amount is valuable for me. My most humble request that don't open account no issue but atleast accept my return and issue my refund.

                            Kindly help me out in getting this resolved

                                  One girl called me from past 2 weeks and I picked her call she said that ur a lucky customer she told 5 gifts are there you have to choose 1 gift so I choose Dell laptop.the she asked me to shop for 5000 then I ordered some dresses.and i payed 5000 through online.then they sent me messages to my what'sapp.the they started explaining about the gifts vouchers and after that they said you have pay 13000 for gst they said if you pay 13000 we will re refund your amount within 5mins and 3000 cashback also you will recieve.then I thought it's true then again I payed online payed 13000.after that they said your payment is processing because your paying gst for the first time then they said you pay 13015 again then we will refund your money of nearly 26000. I was shocked I thought it's fraud but the person who was talking with me he provided his details like aadhar card number and pancard details.i was not ready to pay 13015 again so i asked him to refund my money he said complete your gst then only we will refund your money back.he said if you think you will get your money through complaint the you do that. Kindly plz help me I lost my money.

                                    On 5-6-2022, i placed an order on Ajio with reference order I'd FN[protected].The payment has been deducted twice but till now no refund is been made for it .Kindly look into the matter .I did call the customer care executive and they told me to wait for another day .

                                      On 26th may they have marked two product delivered from my order ID FN[protected]: product[protected] and[protected]. but when I reach home I have found that product is not there and my parents confirmed there were no delivery today. I raised a complaint against it on multiple time and they are not doing anything. They simply said your account is locked.
                                      \Please refund my money back, I dont need your products anymore.
