      I return the product on 23 sep 2021 but still no refund in my bank account n they update their side that amount was initiated .. I call them so many time n they gave me different different ans.. plz help me

          I placed an order on 30th September 2021. The amount was deducted and since that day I’ve been trying to reach you by email or call. Mr Obaidullah Khan told me i’d get the refund in 48hrs.

          Since it’s been way over 48hrs and all your customer care executives have done is disconnect my calls mid conversation. Namely, Gagan Kumar, Himanshu and Roshan Solanki.
          Mr. Solanki also said I’d get a call back from Mr Kaushender Kaushik, which never happened.
          It’s been 5 days now and this is horrible behavior. The agents kept cutting my calls mid conversation.

                  On yesterday 03/10/2021, I placed an order for a sum of ₹2723.69 and it was my first purchase from Ajio. Money has been deducted from my account but nothing shown in my order list. Again prompted for the same order confirmation, I had done the same. But in the second time deducted amount was ₹2723.69.
                  Second time order ID has listed and it was FL[protected]. Suddenly I cancelled this order .
                  Kind request to return my money as early as possible.

                            My account got hacked and while i was sleeping at night the hacker used my wallet balance and ordered something to some random address in Rajasthan(whereas i stay in Maharashtra). In the morning, i called customer care regarding the issue. I explained everything to the executive and then the first thing he asked my how did your account got hacked? Why would i call him if i knew that. He even told me to return the product(if the product would’ve been delivered to my address then why would i tell customer care that my account is hacked). And then he said he wanted to check in the system and kept my call on hold. For 52mins i waited but he didnt answer and then the call got disconnected. This is how Ajio helps customer. They dont give solution and then they trouble the customer by not answering & keeping customer on hold for 52mins. I actually took screenshot of the call.The hacker knew exactly how much balance i had in the wallet and also knew that the product ordered by him will be dispatched at that very moment(since product cannot be cancelled once dispatched). Clearly its an inside job and the seller is clearly involved in this hack. Even Ajio seems to be involved since they are not answering or cancelling the order dispatched.

                              I have returned my product on 29th September, 2021 but they neither sent my money nor updated in app. And the most irritating part there was no such person with whom I can share my problem. Even small startups are much conscious about their customer. This is totally unexpected and shameful . This company should be punished for this kind of behavior with customers.

                                I had placed an order from AJIO on the 6th of September 2021, for which I had paid Rs. 2, 111.12. The order number is FL[protected]. It has been more than a month now and they haven't delivered the order. When I tried to track the order the status kept on showing delivery unsuccessful, whereas in the first place no one ever even attempted to deliver the product or even contact me. This status of delivery unsuccessful kept on displaying for a whole month during which I tried to reach the customer care repeatedly through various methods. I managed to catch hold of a customer care executive and they hold me that the issue would be resolved within the next 48 hrs, this was 2 weeks ago. They also mailed me back to address the complaint and said that there was some logistical issue at their end and that I should expect the refund in the next 7-9 business days. But the issue has not been dealt with.
                                The order status still shows delivery unsuccessful as of 2nd of October.
                                Another issue that I have faced is that I can't transfer my money from the AJIO wallet feature to my back account. Once any amount has been deposited in the AJIO wallet the only way I can use it is by sending it on the site which is why s the first place I was forced to place the order. Please help resolve this issue.

                                Please help me reach out to them and get my money back.
                                I wish to transfer all of the money in my AJIO wallet to my bank account including the yet to be refunded amount. My money has been stuck on this site forever and they have provided utterly deplorable service till date.

                                  Hi, my Ajio account got hacked and a sum of INR 823 which was there is my Ajio wallet got used to place some order by some yash in jaipur. Neither I know anyone of that name, nor do I have any address in jaipur. I have never shared any password information with anyone.
                                  This kind of privacy and security issues puts my google accounts synced at risk along with the card information that is added in the app. I do not have any trust in Ajio anymore and won't consider shopping again.

                                    I made an purchased through AJIO
                                    On 1st Oct for rs 2700.08/ through SBI Debit Card and while doing so after putting the OTP the transaction didn't finish but the money got deducted i had to order the same thing twice but this time the price was little different from previous one cos Ajio wallet was used before during the previous transation but the order wasn't place, i tried to reach out to AJIO help centre but no luck.The SBI customer care responded saying the amount was confirmed received by merchant already.
