I ordered on 5th of october on Ajio app and an amount of 2850.17 was debited from my bank account but my order was not placed and it was not showing in MY ORDER. I even mailed them on their customer care email id but it been more than 48 hours I haven't received any response. So I want refund of amount i have paid.

    I ordered 2 jumpsuits from Ajio on 27th september 2021
    i recieved the order today 6th october 2021, and the product delivered was 1 long black and white top and a skinny jeans.
    I was shocked by this and the return options are also not available...
    never gonna buy anything with ajio ever again.
    hope my 1266 rupees get returned atleast if the jumpsuits cannot be delivered!!!

      What’s going on with this order# FL[protected] which was placed on 30th September ?
      It hasn’t been even shipped yet, whereas the promised shipping date was before 4th October !!
      I’ve sent several emails and called customer service, however until now I haven’t received any resolution !
      This order is prepaid and can’t even cancel it !
      Such a harassment and soooo unprofessional !!
      This order is for birthday gift purpose which is on 9th Oct & I really need to receive this shipment ASAP !!
      Request you to please arrange shipment of this order ASAP!
      Kindly take action at the earliest please & revert back on the order update please !

        I ordered a levis white jeans from the Ajio site on 31st of July. The product got delivered to me on 7th of August. After opening the package and trying on the product, I did not like the product color and design so I tried to return the product.

        Initially I could not return the product as the application showed that there was no courier service available at the same pin code where they delivered the product the very day. I used another address for the pickup where the courier services were available. The product eventually got picked up on 27th of August. The pick up guy visited my premises on 27th August in the afternoon. He thoroughly verified the product and the tags, matched it with the image on his phone and asked me to check my application for the pickup done message. I check the application which revealed that pickup was done and he handed me a receipt of pickup done.
        The application showed that refund will be generated till 10th of September 2021. On 5th of September I receive an SMS from Ajio saying that I have cancelled my return request. How can I cancel my return when the pick up has already been done?

        After consistently calling the customer care numbers I wrote an email to the customer care stating in detail my problem. The reply i got was from one of there executives by the name Afreen Khanam who in the email wrote that the product they have recieved from me is Non-Ajio. How can a product be Non-Ajio when the pickup guy verified it with the picture and only then picked it up? If the product is Non Ajio, the pickup guy wouldn't have picked it up in the first place.

        It occurred on: 7/08/2021

        I want my refund . Where there are other ecommerce sites who refund the money the moment the pickup is done, Ajio is taking months to return me the money I have paid them even after returning the product .

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

          Sir / madam,
          I have ordered a product on 16 sept with order no as FL[protected] with payment amount as ₹659.00 However due to size issues I opted for return and my return date are upto 7 October.
          But I could not return the product as The delivery return person haven't still come for the pick up. Please help me resolve my issue. Thank you.

              I bought a pair of crocs from ajio and What I got is the same colour but different model. So I sent a return request but my order hasn't been picked up yet. Please take the product back and Return my money ASAP.

                I had placed an order in the ajio app on August 2021 with the order id: FL[protected]. In that bulk of order 2 products wasn't delivered, but in the app it was showing as delivered. I have written multiple emails and raised multiple complaints with IDs (COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected], COM[protected]). I haven't received any resolution till date nor have I received refund nor the product it self.

                  Hello sir, maine ek product order kiya tha ajio app se uski Order ID FL[protected] hai vo product maine return kiya tha but uska refund muje 1 month ho gaya abhi tak nahi aya...maine customer care pe bhot bar call kiya but muze sirf dates diye gaye.aur abhi 1 month ho gaya product return karke abhi tak refund nahi aya...Main apko sare details mail pe bhi share kiya tha par abhintak mera refund nahi aaya..

                    I had ordered seven items (t-shirts and pants for kids) on Sep 9th. I got one tshirt and one pant on Sep 15th. The other items were supposed to get on Sep 23. But, they got returned to the ware house. There was no message or information from their side. I did not receive the refund yet.

                      I ordered a shirt from AJIO and it wasn’t delivered. It is shown as delivery unsuccessful and that refund will be initiated in a few days from july 21. It’s October now and so far i haven’t received any sort of refund or any news about it. This is quite disheartening. I have lost my hard earned money. Please do something about this.

                        I had cancelled my order wuth id FL[protected] and I Haven't yet received the refund amount, also tried reaching the company through emails n calls but neither do they reply nor pick up calls have tried since last 5 days .

                          it is been 11 days still i didn't received refund .
                          they raised my complaint for refund

                            I cancelled my order partially but was delivered and i paid for it. Next day i tried to return the product but it was giving error. I tried complaining to their customer care mail but getting only automated response and no actual help. My order no. is FL[protected].

                              My order is not placed . As I did get any confirmation message from ajio and no orders is shown in my orders . Thing is paid using card. Money got debited. I request you to please do e needful at the earliest.
