I had placed order on 11 September 2021 order was not shipped till 23 September 2021 then i called there customer service and also e mail them so so many times for refund but they didn’t give any proper solution to it, it is very irritating there customer service is pathetic, they don’t give a damn to customer, they don’t even call me once, today also i contacted them but same there is no solution

      This incident happened on the 30th SEPTEMBER 2021at 00:31.
      two complaint number raised, they are COM[protected] and COM[protected].
      they have not bothered to respond and the amount is huge for me, Ajio has been very inconsiderate
      With respect to the above subject an amount of INR 4673.11 is debited but no order has been placed and therefore no Order ID was created. The concern here is that an amount of rupees 4673.11 has been debited and no refund has been initiated nor has the order been placed. I'm tired of calling Ajio and they put my call on hold, I don't get a solution. Ajio is making zero effort to provide the refund though the amount has been debited from my account towards Ajio. Please provide me a refund, I am tired of constantly contacting Ajio.
      I have attached the transaction screenshot for your reference and as proof of payment. Please consider this mail that I have sent Ajio as a priority as the amount is very huge.I have dropped 34 mails, this absolutely infuriating. I have also shared a pdf of my bank statement where it's evident that the amount has been debited towards Ajio and was not credited back to my account till today. The transaction of INR 4673.11 has been highlighted in red in the PDF

      they are constantly making new complaints and are not responding to the queries raised. My complaint is again raised and the complaint number is COM[protected].These are the details of the transaction

            They have cancel my return request 4th Time automatically by there and I am requesting a return again and again but didnt pick up my product, every time the customer care said this time it will resolve but again it cancelled my return request And my return amount is above 2000 so please kindly look into it otherwise my product return window will closed

                      I have ordered six products from the AJIO app on 1st Oct 2021 but in my orders' section, it was showing "no orders placed" and an amount of Rs. 1640 has been deducted from my account. I have mailed them several times but even after one week, I haven't got my refund.

                          Ajio app is fully useless it gibes the option of cancel return or track but i am not able to click on it and everyday it tells that unable to pickup also the call has not even come on a single day.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I had ordered a kurta set on 21/9/21 and made an UPI payment for it. On 28/9/21 I got a message that my product was delivered, but it did not get delivered at my address. Even the notifications in Ajio app shows that the item was delivered which was actually false. I had contacted the customer care service team but to my dismay my call was hung up by two persons respectively for a long time and eventually disconnected my call. Lastly a person attended to my call and he lodged a complaint. Also the complaint was supposed to be resolved by 5/10/21. But till now I haven't got any solution. I had again tried contacting the customer service team but no one attended to my call even after repeated attempts of dialling. I then get a mail that they require two more business days for this. This is totally harrasment to me. I have already paid the full amount through UPI but still neither got the refund nor the product. Kindly do the needful at your end.

                                  I ordered on 5th of october on Ajio app and an amount of 2850.17 was debited from my bank account but my order was not placed and it was not showing in MY ORDER. I even mailed them on their customer care email id but it been more than 48 hours I haven't received any response. So I want refund of amount i have paid.

                                    I ordered 2 jumpsuits from Ajio on 27th september 2021
                                    i recieved the order today 6th october 2021, and the product delivered was 1 long black and white top and a skinny jeans.
                                    I was shocked by this and the return options are also not available...
                                    never gonna buy anything with ajio ever again.
                                    hope my 1266 rupees get returned atleast if the jumpsuits cannot be delivered!!!

                                      What’s going on with this order# FL[protected] which was placed on 30th September ?
                                      It hasn’t been even shipped yet, whereas the promised shipping date was before 4th October !!
                                      I’ve sent several emails and called customer service, however until now I haven’t received any resolution !
                                      This order is prepaid and can’t even cancel it !
                                      Such a harassment and soooo unprofessional !!
                                      This order is for birthday gift purpose which is on 9th Oct & I really need to receive this shipment ASAP !!
                                      Request you to please arrange shipment of this order ASAP!
                                      Kindly take action at the earliest please & revert back on the order update please !

                                        I ordered a levis white jeans from the Ajio site on 31st of July. The product got delivered to me on 7th of August. After opening the package and trying on the product, I did not like the product color and design so I tried to return the product.

                                        Initially I could not return the product as the application showed that there was no courier service available at the same pin code where they delivered the product the very day. I used another address for the pickup where the courier services were available. The product eventually got picked up on 27th of August. The pick up guy visited my premises on 27th August in the afternoon. He thoroughly verified the product and the tags, matched it with the image on his phone and asked me to check my application for the pickup done message. I check the application which revealed that pickup was done and he handed me a receipt of pickup done.
                                        The application showed that refund will be generated till 10th of September 2021. On 5th of September I receive an SMS from Ajio saying that I have cancelled my return request. How can I cancel my return when the pick up has already been done?

                                        After consistently calling the customer care numbers I wrote an email to the customer care stating in detail my problem. The reply i got was from one of there executives by the name Afreen Khanam who in the email wrote that the product they have recieved from me is Non-Ajio. How can a product be Non-Ajio when the pickup guy verified it with the picture and only then picked it up? If the product is Non Ajio, the pickup guy wouldn't have picked it up in the first place.

                                        It occurred on: 7/08/2021

                                        I want my refund . Where there are other ecommerce sites who refund the money the moment the pickup is done, Ajio is taking months to return me the money I have paid them even after returning the product .

                                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
