Complaint about refund of my partially cancelled order

I ordered 2 two products on 3 September 2021 on Ajio shopping app and next day i cancel one item partially but after that there is no refund processed by ajio or delivery of product i sent lots of mail but they didn't respond...

The Meerut branch office, doesn’t co-operate. They cancels the order on their own and doesn’t call the clients, due to which we are facing a lot of losses.

    I have recently brought an item from ajio and has returned it on September 18, 2021. The order id is EX[protected]. I have received a message saying the amount is credited to my bank account on 19 September 2021. The amount is still not credited and on sending multiple mails to ajio customer care, there is no response.
    AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I have paid to Ajio Business through gpay using upi ID. The amount got deducted but the order is not placed. It's been 2 days that I have paid the amount and the order is not reflecting on the app. The Ajio business app still says that I have not paid the amount and the order is also not confirmed. Please help me out. I want them to either refund the amount or confirm the order.

          1) big zero customer resolution.

          2) employees are not trained, they are giving resolutions which are baseless and worthless just like first copy shoe.

          After 09 follow ups for the return, finally on 10th time a lady from the same customer care support said who ever was attending previously has not marked your entry correctlythat why no one came to pick up your product.
          ***plz stop recruiting through back door, may be it will help.

          3) i want my first copy of shoe to be replaced asap.

          4) multiple mails sent but i guess again same knowledgeless employees were accessing that.

          5) for me it was scam company, rest you can chose whether to go ahead with them or not

          Sir, it has been mentioned that ISSUE RESOLVED. With all due respect for your unethical behavior, unprofessionalism and true capacity of showing that you are not fit for the job which company has assigned you. THE ISSUE HASNT BEEN RESOLVED SINCE 15 DAYS. Please let me know if your incapable of understanding English will try another languages may be you persons can understand.

            Returned the product which I purchased from ajio still I did not get refund
            Returned tracking number :R[protected]AJI
            I thought that it would be refunded after 48 hrs. But it has not refunded. I tried many times to customer care service but it is impossible to reach out them. I dropped so many mails but it is not responding. I want my money back as soon as possible.

              I have initiated a return which was supposed to be picked up long back by your courier partner delhivery but they updated that they attempted several times but I wasn’t available which is totally wrong wherein they didn’t even try to attempt and my return got cancelled. Again I have put a return request and am trying to contact the courier agent several times but no one is answering. Is this what I have to keep doing ? Is there a solution to this?

                I have ordered an item from AJIO and have placed a return order due to product issueand decided to return it. I have placed a return request and hasn't been picked up till date i.e., even after 2 weeks. I have called an AJIO customer service and even mail them and haven't resolved my issue. This is very frustrating and the customer service is so bad. The status says "Return Cancelled" and nothing had been done till now even after 2 weeks.VERY FRUSTRATING AND BAD SERVICE BY AJIO

                  I order some clothes on 6th sept and on the same day I cancelled it . And now it's 21sept but also my refund is not credited back in my account . I have mailed ajio customer care several times now but they send me the same mail every time . How many days it gonna take now . Really upset with this kind of service.

                      Respected Sir,

                      I am writing this email to you as a last opportunity for getting my refund money back.
                      I have booked Jewelry Parcel with AJIO on 16.08.2021and paid all the money by credit card. The expected delivery date was 26.08.2021. On 29.08.2021 I have enquired regarding parcel with your Courier Agent by tracking service available with AJIO App and come to know that the order has been cancelled from AJIO Side without any intimation to me.
                      On 30.08.2021 I have lodged complaint with your customer care and they have promised me to resolve this query by 06.09.2021.
                      I am following with your Customer Care Department Since then but sorry to say that they only give standard reply that they will look into this within 48 Hrs.
                      I have also tried to cancel my order from AJIO App based on the standard message sent by your Customer Care but the Order is not getting cancelled as it has already showing in transit on your AJIO App.
                      I am following up with your customer care rigorously but there is no positive reply. Every time New Customer Care Executive simply go through the system and pleaded me the same information available with me and not giving any concrete reply regarding resolving my query.

                      I have escalated the matter with Grievance Officer but from there also I have received standard System Generated Email and Nothing else. Only Bare promise that we are looking into this matter and nothing else.

                      I am really fed up with this follow up and from social media I have also come to know regarding AJIO Poor quality of Solving Customer Query.

                      This is my last effort by addressing this issue with the highest authority and I hope you will try to resolve this on war footing.

                      Hoping for the best reply within short time.

                          It was a worst experience shopping with AJIO, 3 deliveries from AJIO were not delivered due to the issue with the ECOM Express service team.

                          I have tried all possibilites without any luck, Neither ECOM Express is ready to help nor AJIO. AJIO has the worst tracking process and customer support.

                          Worst customer service have ever seen, there is only one way information for the complaints raised from AJIO Site, just one latest statement is visible. No details are being shared regarding the complaint to emails.

                            Return of order no FL[protected]/[protected] placed with RT46173182 but experience was so bad firstly thier return partner shadowfax is totally ill mannerd, untrained and rude in every aspect he opend the packet on floor touched the garments with dirty hands despite my request to be careful with the same he didn't heed then he took pictures of the same and said one piece of suit is mismatching in colour yellow instead of white but when I try to clarify that this is the same items we recieved and as it's different from what we ordered that too with missing item that's why we are returning he refused to take it back and left all as it is on floor like a garbage which we paid 1900/- for it shows ajio and shadowfax partner in misdeed are unfair, substandard, untrustworthy companies with unethical business practices and every intention to cheat customer by sending wrong and incomplete items and then send some third class person just to pretend pickup and then refuse in baseless unreasonable manner since you got your money and what poor customer can do who is a fool to have trusted you this issue needs to be resolve immediately by taking back the said items and refunding the amount paid for the same

                              Ajio Order ID: FL[protected] is not delivered, bad behaviour from delivery team. They are calling after 4pm and there is silence from the call.
                              If we call back, it telling wrong PIN number.
                              Very Bad Experience

                                I have already returned my product to them. But they still have not returned my money. I also tried sending emails to them to which they did not send proper replies. It is showing that refund is initiated on 13th of september 2021. But its already 20th of september 2021.

                                  I received email that my order has been shipped and the payment for the same is done by my Ajio wallet. But I have not ordered any item, also I am unable to cancel the product, as it’s already been shipped.

                                      I ordered dress from ajio in august and paid via google pay. Money got deducted and recieved by ajio. But order status is not shown in account, its like order is not placed at all. No comfirmation mail, nothing. No refund too. Contacted them throgh mail multiple times. But no reposense
