I have placed order on 04/9/21 and I didn’t received 4 of my items with order ID -FL[protected] and it shows delivery unsuccessful -return complete.but I never cancelled those orders and haven’t even received any phone call or text regarding the delivery .Later i emailed them asking for refund since I didn’t received items and I already prepaid for them using gpay.Their reply mail said that refund will be received within 7-10 business days .It’s been 15 days and I haven’t received any refund .Refund amount is 1718/-

    The product was first ordered on - 31st July which got cancelled by the Ajio what ever the reason may be, the product was back in stock and order was placed again on 18th August .

    The order again got cancelled the next day !
    Called dozen time the customer care redirets the call to IVR and disconnects, fortunately once the call got connected and complain was raised . Complain ID - COM[protected], which was to be resolved by 14th September is still not solved, calls are not getting connected and there is no response on email .

    Kindly do the needful and assist with providing the refund that belongs back to customer .

    @Ajio atleast have the courtesy to refund if you don't have courage to pickup the call and help the customer.

        I ordered 2 T-shirts in (L) size (maroon and olive) from Ajio. But I have received (S) size olive green tshirt. I am getting EAN number mismatch error while exchange pickup, whenever I apply for return of the product it gets ean number MISMATCH error.
        I am unable to contact them on customer care number as they are not available so I emailed them but are not responding.

          I had placed an return for an product on AJIO within the return policy time frame but its been almost 50days since my return request has not been picked up nor have I received any refund on it.

            This is to inform you that, I am fed up with Ajio delivery process. I have orderd the clothings almost one and a half month before(9/08/2021).The ajio message has came showing that delivery was unsuccessful, but any kind of notification for the money refund has not mentioned and I haven't received my refund money yet.please do resolve my issue as soon as possible and refund my money.

              The delivery executive (from Delhivery) has been harassing me for weeks, not accepting products for return and exchange though I have every tag, plastic, box. Executive calling me to ask if I want him, showing fake attempts. Ajio only generating new complaint numbers every week without solving anything. I have spent one month just calling, mailing and raising complaints with Ajio.
              I want my money ( INR 1695.26) refunded.

                        I had bought a Steve Madden bag order Id FL[protected] on 26th July from Ajio which had1 month return option from Ajio and 3 month’s manufacturing warranty, after I used it for a week I saw that the leather of the bag is chipping off I called up at Ajio and told them about it, they assured me that my problem will be resolved I waited and nothing happened I gave them multiple calls and sent them emails also and every time they assured me that they will resolve the issue ( if they actually record the calls they should hear it)I was getting annoyed by now because the return window from Ajio was about to close on 30th August but every time they assured me that I don’t have to worry my problem will be resolved.Now the return window was closed and I was not getting replies to my mails and calls so I called up again to tell them about the issue but to my surprise their tone has changed now they were saying that they are not responsible for it I will have to go to the showroom.i went to infinity mall Malad West and they said for online products they are not responsible I was shocked to hear that means neither Ajio nor the Steve Madden store was ready to take the issue of defective product they were putting the blame onto each other.but i want to ask them where will the consumer go in this situation if reputed companies like ajio and Steve Madden will behave like this with their customers..I had asked one senior executive at ajio that if you all are not taking responsibility of the defective product so we should not buy it from Ajio for that she disconnected my line .i am feeling so cheated by both of them that I had to take this step and I want full refund of my product and not only that I want compensation for selling defective product, harrowing me, misguiding me, giving me false hopes.

                          Ordered 3 products from ajio. They asked for selfship. When I asked them about return details they are not willing to share details and giving contact address. When called customer care they will not take and cut call in between. Ordered a shirt and received. When I was going to return they said delivery unsuccessful so that I cannot return ( I actually received my order). Facing soo many issues. 2000 rs has lossed.

                          No update from professionals. They have blocked the return tab. The statement given by them is false. I have received the order and delivery is complete. Same with the other 2 orders too.

                              I have recently ordered two products from Ajio app and I had returned them due to product quality and fit issues. As suggested by Ajio customer care, I did self shipment of those two products and the products have been successfully delivered on long back however they didn't refund my amount. I have spoken to Ajio customer care multiple times and sending emails. But I don't have any response from them and they raised two complaints which are suppose to be resolved by 21/Sep as they promised but still the issues are also not yet resolved. Need help from Ajio and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                Yesterday evening I placed order for teamspirit Polo t shirt worth rs.518.
                                My bank account has been debited but not order is placed. I can't see in my order section neither any msg received regarding same. Payment was made by debit card of hdfc.

                                    Complaint about refund of my partially cancelled order

                                    The Meerut branch office, doesn’t co-operate. They cancels the order on their own and doesn’t call the clients, due to which we are facing a lot of losses.

                                      I have recently brought an item from ajio and has returned it on September 18, 2021. The order id is EX[protected]. I have received a message saying the amount is credited to my bank account on 19 September 2021. The amount is still not credited and on sending multiple mails to ajio customer care, there is no response.
