I placed an order of 6 items which included 2 Upper wearing tops and 4 pairs of shoes on Ajio.com worth Rs. 8805.33 on 2nd May, 2021. I did the payment using my SBI Credit card. After ordering i instantly cancelled order of 2 items i.e 1 top and 1 pair of shoes for which i received the refund on next day i.e on 3rd May, 2021 amounting Rs. 2139.83. Further, upon receiving rest 4 items, I returned all the 4 items as the quality of the products were not ok. Out of those rest 4 items i received refund of only 3 items till today (27th September, 2021) i.e Rs. 2034.72 (2 items refund) on 12th May 2021 and Rs. 1720.95 (1 item refund ) on 15th May 2021. I have raised serveral complaints regarding the refund of 4th item of Rs. 2909.83 (Skechers Shoes, Return ID : RT[protected] on AJIO Customer care and dropped several mails as well but till today it has been more than 5 months i have not received the refund of Rs. 2909.83. Customer care person keeps on saying that your refund will be added manually shortly but i have not received that yet till date. Here is the list of latest complaint numbers, that have been raised in past few months for the refund:-

AJIO persons keeps on closing complaint without giving any satisfactorily reply. I am fed up now. Now you are kindly requested to please help me in getting my refund of Rs. 2909.83 as soon as possible.
