I ordered on Ajio App Yesterday at 7:59 PM and I paid 2010.52 INR but I didn't get any notification or mail regarding the order placement and Payment deducted. I didn't find that particular order in the order placed section

      I had placed order for 2 sweatshirts which amounted to Rs. 3722 after applying the coupon code “EPIC”

      The mode of payment was google pay
      The amount was debited from my account but the order was not placed . I received a message from Ajio stating that the payment failed .
      However, the amount has been debited from my account.
      Ajio’ a customer care number is of no use as no one attends the call.
      Kindly resolve this issue

        I have Ordered two items and since size was not matching I have initiated return
        One item was taken back and I got refund. But second item they didn't take it. So was forced to self courier. It has been 2 weeks that I did not get any intimation. Please look into the matter . Refund should be given for crocs shoe

                    Articles have been ordered via my account and my Ajio wallet money has been used for the same. Upon realising the fraud, I cancelled the order and re-ordered for my self. Next day, I saw my order being cancelled, new order, addresses changed and money used again. Delivery locations used by hacker are in picture below.

                          Ajio blocked me on August without notification and i haven't received my orders.I was saved because it was COD but i just wanted toknow why they blocked my account because i did only few returns.We can return or cancel order if we change mind or we don't like the product.

                            I ordered 6 kurtis on 23 September. I payed the amount also but upto now I did not get any information regarding the order. I even mailed the problem to the customer care also but till now they didnot respond. Please check the status of my order and send the kurtis or please return the money.

                                I placed an order for 4 items and paid Rs.1667 through Google pay. The payment was confirmed but I got no order confirmation message or anything. It shows null in the orders section through.kindly help me solve this

                                  I have placed order on 04/9/21 and I didn’t received 4 of my items with order ID -FL[protected] and it shows delivery unsuccessful -return complete.but I never cancelled those orders and haven’t even received any phone call or text regarding the delivery .Later i emailed them asking for refund since I didn’t received items and I already prepaid for them using gpay.Their reply mail said that refund will be received within 7-10 business days .It’s been 15 days and I haven’t received any refund .Refund amount is 1718/-

                                    The product was first ordered on - 31st July which got cancelled by the Ajio what ever the reason may be, the product was back in stock and order was placed again on 18th August .

                                    The order again got cancelled the next day !
                                    Called dozen time the customer care redirets the call to IVR and disconnects, fortunately once the call got connected and complain was raised . Complain ID - COM[protected], which was to be resolved by 14th September is still not solved, calls are not getting connected and there is no response on email .

                                    Kindly do the needful and assist with providing the refund that belongs back to customer .

                                    @Ajio atleast have the courtesy to refund if you don't have courage to pickup the call and help the customer.

                                        I ordered 2 T-shirts in (L) size (maroon and olive) from Ajio. But I have received (S) size olive green tshirt. I am getting EAN number mismatch error while exchange pickup, whenever I apply for return of the product it gets ean number MISMATCH error.
                                        I am unable to contact them on customer care number as they are not available so I emailed them but are not responding.
