Hello, I have placed an order at ajio for Rs 1920.89. the amount got debited from my gpay and shows completed. But in ajio order section nothing is showing. Also I called customer care, they didn't helped at all and state that such order is not been placed. It's a scam. I want my money back

    I ordered 2 jeans. One was perfect so I kept it and other was low quality product with loose fitting so I applied for return on 3rd sept. First they gave me the date of 8 sept. then after waiting for pickup I raised a complaint then
    they again gave me the date of 15 sept then also no one came to pickup.

    Then I file 2 more complaints but still they are giving me dates and in actual doing nothing.

    I wasted more 3+ hours trying to connect to their customer care and still got no positive response.

    Please solve the issue asap.

    Ajio was showing out for pickup but pickup didn't come when I contacted him he said he can't come. Till today no one came but ajio app is showing " return pickup attempted "

    The worst shopping app.

    Doing online shopping since last 5 years but never faced the experience like ajio is giving.

        I have ordered 8 items on September 12
        On September 16 I got message that they delivered 2 items but I got only one item. And after 2 days I got received the balance items but didn't get that missed item yet.
        I have mailed to customer care of ajio 4 to 5 times but they are not responding.
        I need my missed item or do refund my cash for that item

              I have made 2 orders on yesterday 16 September 2021 of ammount rs 2531.78 and 2742.61 and also make payment via upi. Amount got deducted but order is not showing on AJIO app and also i didn't got any message from company itself. Even i called and talk to your customer care service representative miss manshi, she told me that order is confirmed and wait for 24 hours but i have doubt now as no one is picking up my call now and also after 24hours i didnt got any update from AJIO.

                but now when I click on "orders" it shows " Oops! We are unable to load your orders at the moment " .
                and when I click on " Customer Care", it shows "Checked Valid" but when I click on the said order, it shows " " There is no message for this order" .

                    I received a return amount in my ajio wallet and since then it is stuck in my wallet. The amount category says that it is transferable to bank account but there is no option to transfer it. I’ve sent emails to customer care and ajio grievance officers but got no response what so ever.

                          I ordered a pair of Denims worth 9, 700 Rupees from Ajio Luxe that didn't fit me. Since the next size was not available I decided to return the article. It was picked up on Aug 18 2021 but I haven't received the refund yet though I was promised a date of Aug 30.

                          I have called the customer care 10 times, used chat option, requested a call back from supervisor, sent emails to the customer care and grievances officer but every time I am given a new Complaint ID with a promise of escalating to a "Team" and initiating the refund soon. One of the representative told me that the article has not reached the warehouse yet hence the refund has not been initiated. This is clearly the case of article being misplaced or company not being able to track and at this point I neither have the product nor my money.

                                I made a purchase on 7th September for an amount of Rs 1952 through my credit card.The amount was deducted but payment failed. Since then I have been trying to reach customer care but all I get is automated chat bot responses. There is no customer care person I can speak to. Not sure if I will get a refund. Feel cheated and highly disappointed with the service.
