I ordered a pair of Denims worth 9, 700 Rupees from Ajio Luxe that didn't fit me. Since the next size was not available I decided to return the article. It was picked up on Aug 18 2021 but I haven't received the refund yet though I was promised a date of Aug 30.
I have called the customer care 10 times, used chat option, requested a call back from supervisor, sent emails to the customer care and grievances officer but every time I am given a new Complaint ID with a promise of escalating to a "Team" and initiating the refund soon. One of the representative told me that the article has not reached the warehouse yet hence the refund has not been initiated. This is clearly the case of article being misplaced or company not being able to track and at this point I neither have the product nor my money.
AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
