I have returned a product I suppose to receive refund amount of 487 for same I haven't received yet..they not available for call ..If write e mail they will reply with automated email..I have submitted review in Play Store they deleted the review.. worst app ever.. kindly help me to get my money back..I will never order anything from Ajio i will not refer to anyone

      Hello,

      I had ordered united colors of Benetton, croc black sling bag.

      The amount was debited from my account. But I didn't receive any order confirmation nor its showing in my order. I raised the complaint through mail but no reply it's already been 48hrs.

      Please help on this

        I have not received refund for the two products that i returned to AJIO successfully, however when contacting their customer care via email, i m just receiving automated mails stating we are looking into it and i should check the status through their APP, however the tracking feature in their APP doesnot work for my products its either get hang or be unresponsive.

        For Order ID: FL[protected], it shows refund initiated on 28th JUly, 2020, however till date i have not received the refund amount in my account.

        For Order ID: #RT43367084, the status shows 'Refund will be initiated when the item reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check', however its been over a month now the order was picked by AJIO pickup guy and now it shows the item was self shipped, which is completely a wrong information provided by AJIO.

          I placed an order to my office address on 05 sep 2021 it showed delivery date on 17/09/2021. But delivery agent called to deliver on 10 as it was holiday i asked him to deliver on 13/09/2021. But status is showing delivered and he is not lifting the call i have paid the amount also.

            I placed a order of multiple items on September 7 and September 5
            two of which items i received yesterday September 12 through xpressbee

            this products was damaged completely without tag

              I get recorded calls from ajio customer care service asking whether I would like to reschedule or cancel my return request on a product bought earlier, even after the return has been initiated and the pick up service had been done and the refund is initiated

                I returned the product which I purchased from ajio still I did not get refund
                Returned tracking number :R[protected]AJI
                I thought that it would be refunded after 48 hrs. But it has not refunded. I tried many times to customer care service but it is impossible to reach out them. I dropped so many mails but it is not responding. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                  I ordered a shoe from AJIO on 25th August 2021 and pais theough UPI the money was deducted but order not placed. I called AJIO and wrote mails but got no answer from them. I complained in various ways but they didn't listened to me. Around 12 days ago i got a mail that the refund has been issued on 25th August and should reflect in 7-9 days in my account. Today is 13th september but i haven't got my refund. I mailed them again but ni reply. They only give reply when you thrash their image publicly on twitter. There they said i should contact my bank and i did the same but bank said no refund has been initiated. I just want my freaking refund from the scammers named AJIO!!!

                    It’s been more than 2 months and they are not refunding the amount(832₹) inspite of so many complaints i have placed. the status shows the refund has been completed but i haven’t received it in my account. i have provided all the details the pdf of my passbook but still they are not responding.the customer care service is so bad that they put their call on hold for more than an hour and don’t respond. i have called them everyday mailed them still they are not resolving the issue. it is the second time that they have created issue in refunding the amount.

                    a very weird person called and asked about all the details. he told about policies which i don’t know exist in which world.
                    said there must be the same account balance as much the amount which needs to be refunded.there is no way that the amount cam be credited to ajio wallet( which by the way they prefer.

                      I raised a complaint regarding my order FL[protected] almost one month ago, til now I didn't get a solution regarding the same. When ever I am trying to connect with your people they are not responding very well. The service which Ajio customer care giving is actually like mocking the customers. It's really pathetic. Till now I didn't received the consignment which contains my three products and the other contains one product which I received on 23rd of August . It's a prepaid order and at any cost I need the stuff which I ordered.If these people treating their customers like this means how can we trust on these service. . We ordered a stuff and behind the thing for so long, and so many headache and all who will like this type of service?
                      Ajio customer support never deal the customers politely. How can them cut the call without a customer permission. How many times I try to contact with thecourier partner till now they respond also. Both Ajio and thecourier partner treats customers so badly.
                      Any way I didn't received the things from the courier partner.

                        This in regards to the return request I have raised on AJIO with return id RT45350452. The return is getting scheduled daily but no one is actually approaching and picking up the product. The return request was raised on 10 sep 2021. And every day Iam getting a message, that we were not able to pickup your order as you did not respond. But instead I did not get a single call regarding this. It's totally humiliating. The customer care is not responding. I would request this to get investigated. And the pickup and refund to get initiated as soon as possible. It's as if the company has started the blame game.

                          On 9th September 2021, me and my sister tried to order cushion filler and tshirt that worth rupees 1498.00 using my sister's card. Transaction was failed but money is deducted from her account, order is not place and there is no sign of order on the Ajio app. Money is not refunded till now.

                            I ordered 11 kurti pant set on 30 Aug and paid the amount Rs.4200 through GPAY. After a week I received 2 incomplete product I.e kurtis without pants. I asked for return as replacement was not available. I returned the 2 product and still I didn't get my refund. This was my 1st order through Ajio and I'm very disappointed by its poor service.i cannot contact the customer care and there's no update regarding my remaining 9 products which I ordered and paid the amount. Please respond to my query and look into this matter otherwise I'll take this complaint to the higher management.

                              Ajio is a fraud brand .when we ask for return they don't get the product picked up and then after a month they say the return time of 30 days has passed so no returns vll be provided also on insisting they ask for the picture of product and the price tag to be mailed to them..they then say the product is duplicate so we can't process your request..Ajio is a total fraud brand and should be out from Indian market.

                                    I had placed an order on 9/09/2021 on 2:45pm and money 2726.16 rs deducted from my account but didn't get any confirmation for it.i multiple times tried to connect with ajio customer care but death ended.i wrote 5-6 times mail but they didn't respond even though.kindly give quick response and want money refund or order confirmation

                                      On 3rd Sept, 2021 I had placed an order from the Ajio app. 1 product among other items was a pair of night suit (Lounge T-shirt + Pants). I received the package on 8th September however it only contained the T-shirt (pants were missing). I then checked the invoice which came attached with the package and it mentioned both the t-shirt and the pants. After sometime I got an email that both the items are delivered. I immediately tried contacting the customer care number to solve this issue but they no longer speak on call. The same day I wrote an email to the customer care mentioning everything in detail and attaching all the relevant pictures for proof. Still I have not received any revert from their team.

                                      I am attaching the receipt and the tshirt received (without pants)

                                        I made payment for the product using my paytm wallet, which went through i got the mail also for the payment from Paytm. But the Ajio app is not showing my order placed nor does it show any fail transaction, where the hell my money went??
