Iam a student..and bought a product from ajio..i had selfshipped the product and refund not credited yet..ID COM[protected]...this is my complaint Id..they had provided...every time we call..they just provide another complaint Id..no action taken ..last month they had iniated refund..not credited yet..an amount of ...3000 rupees ..this is the only online shopping platform which is so awkward in the matter of refunding..so shame on this...
My next step to get my money back is social media escalation on AJIO..IF the amount is not credited within 24 hours..

    They had initiated refunding last month..but not credited to my account yet...all other online platforms are crediting amount within 2 working days..worst experience with AJIO

            I have been harassed by ajio and the courier company which was supposed to be picking up my return order. The courier company first kept delaying the return pickup for two days without contacting me and saying that I was not contactable.

            The third day when they came they took the product with them saying that everything is fine but later updated the status that product has failed qc and it wasn’t picked up according to their website. However in reality the product was picked up by the courier person.

            Now as per ajio my return request has been cancelled as the courier company according to them has not picked up the product.

            Nobody is responding to me from ajio and the courier company. Right now the situation is that my product was taken by the courier and my money is with ajio but they’re saying that the product wasn’t picked up.

            Please help me out. It’s not a small amount and ajio is not contactable. I had raised the complaint regarding the courier company when they were delaying the pickup but nobody had acted on it from ajio.

              My order was showing delivered on 21st and I immediately called the Ajio customer care that I haven't received anything. They just logged my complaint and are raising one ticket after another. But they say nothing abt my product. Without delivering they have taken away my money because it was a prepaid order. I mailed called multiple times to ajio. But all in vain. They are gone with my money

                I have yet not received the refund of my order id-FL[protected]. I had a talk with the customer care executive and he said that the return is initiated. I have not received the payment of Rs.1580
                Three time complaint in customer care not response in customer care please quickly my complaint in resolve 1 month complete in my order cancellation thank you

                        RT46360687, i handover the product.. On 23rd sep.. Ecom express executive carelessness he left my product..Please ask ecom express pickup person.. I given 2 parcel. One parcel contain one dress that money I received and another parcel contains two dress.. Same person only pickup that two courier.. I received return msg from ajio on same date. If I didn't handover means than how I got for one parcel refund money?.. Please ask the ecom person who pickup the parcel r please verify the call record spoke with ecom person.. I told to take two parcel from my dad.. My dad also given two parcel.. Please don't give me blame reason.. It's ecom express side fault.. I complaint. But ajio side still now didn't take any initial action.. I[censored] do like this, ecom executive throw my dress somewhere else.. Please check that action...

                                I placed an order of item VOLUME ZERO Microprint Shirt with Spread Collar and paid Rs.521.I was not satisfied with the products and immediately initiated a return option for the specific product. Ajio then notified me it will be picked up by the (RETURN ID #RT[46601204].
                                We were home the entire day and no one had come to pick it up. Ever since that instance every alternate day I get the same message saying unable to pick up your order. I have been home for the past several weeks yet no one had actually come to pick up the product. I have sent ajio many emails and send complaints via the app but there's no reply yet. Also, there's no way of talking to a customer service executive.
                                The product is in perfect condition along with the tag.

                                This is unacceptable and one of the worst experiences I had as a customer. Highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Customers should never be treated this way.

                                  I placed an order of items bearing the order number FL[protected]. I was not satisfied with the products and immediately initiated a return option for the specific product. Ajio then notified me it will be picked up by the (RETURN ID #RT[46684492]
                                  The delivery person told that there is a mismatch between the tag and the product was not picked up.
                                  The product is in perfect condition along with the tag.
                                  So I humbly request before this forum, the customer wants to get a refund of the amount of ₹1146.38 for the cost of the above product to the bank or wallet as soon as possible.

                                      On their website there is a spinning wheel and u r allowed to spin only once in a day but next day when i tried to spin i couldnt as it says u already got ur points .
