I have ordered 6 items but received only 4. 1 item received separately from other consigner and 3 from Trends Mantri Mall, Sampige Road Bangalore. On delivery note quantity mentioned is 5 but only 3 items are inside the package and they were not packed properly. In Ajio App it shows delivered, but I didn't received that product. These 3 items are delivered on 25/09/2021 through Xpressbees Couriers.
I want these 2 item or refund. br...

I have ordered 2 tops and 1 jeans in order No - FL[protected], On dated 30th May 21, but as its small in size i have scheduled RETURN for the same, but no one picked up yet.. I m mail mailing this from long time, but i am not getting any help from ajio team, as I have purchased product but got wrong product delivered, and after that I am not able to return this product from self care option on Ajio App. it shows message i.e. Return cancelled...

Few days ago I wanted to place an order from AJIO so I payed through UPI the amount got Debited but the order wasn't placed and it's been 7
days writing them mail but still haven't got any updates...

Articles have been ordered via my account and my Ajio wallet money has been used for the same. Upon realising the fraud, I cancelled the order and re-ordered for my self. Next day, I saw my order being cancelled, new order, addresses changed and money used again. Delivery locations used by hacker are in picture below....

Ajio blocked me on August without notification and i haven't received my orders.I was saved because it was COD but i just wanted toknow why they blocked my account because i did only few returns.We can return or cancel order if we change mind or we don't like the product....
