      I have ordered 6 or 7 items today and yesterday. I have done the payment from my axis bank account through my Debit Card and payment was successful. The payment details are given below for your reference.

      [protected] ECOM PUR/AJIO/Mumbai/060921/22:31 of Rs.2473.34

      [protected] ECOM PUR/AJIO/Mumbai/070921/07:32 of Rs.4328.41

      It was also showing that order got placed.

      But I didn't receive any sms confirmation for the order placed.

      Order is also not showing in the My orders section.

      Please look into this matter immediately without any further delay.

      Kindly treat the matter on an urgent basis.

        I ordered three products from ajio on 17 aug 2021 with order ID#FL[protected] & #FL[protected]...since there were quality issues with the product i placed a return request for the same..their courier partner didn't pick up the product despite repeated calls and mails to ajio and was giving false excuses that customer cancelled the pickup without anyone coming to my place. After lot of hardships i managed to get the product picked up and have all 3 acknowledgement receipts from the courier partner SHADOWFAX along with the photographs of the pick up boy with the products. i am harassed beyond limits for my refunds. Despite numerous calls to their call centre which they disconnect in between and place me on hold for hours, not reply to my emails and no senior responds despite several calls and emails. They're even refusing that they've picked the order.
        Kindly help me get my refund from these fraud people.

        the complaint has not been resolved yet still struggling for my refund .. its more then 1.5 months..please help with my refund from ajio
        money deducted through razopay pay on 1 st august 2021 no information of the product...

          Product received without tag and not able to return

          Order id -FL[protected] washed jeans has been received by me without tag

          Return id[protected]

          Since the fitting didn't go well i want to return the item..

          But the delivery boy rejected the package..i even have video proof of not recieving tag since i have heard many people get products without tag and it's better to make a video while unboxing for proof..i placed return request within half an hour...

              I have informed you about the matter they order me wrong product size and when I have conversations with the customer care representative they said you can't exchange an item twice but I would like to draw your attention that I have exchange with 42 size but wrongly they dispatched 44 instead of 42. I have made complaint and also there is an option for wrong product delivered I have upload photo of the product in the app but after doing all process app showed that error occurred. I am getting harrassed day by day if I will not get the product which I asked for 42 size, I will complaint about this matter to quality manager or I will write mail to CEO also.

                After selecing the items i paid through my google pay..money got debited but there is no trace of order placed in my ajio account. I tried thier customer care number as well as their email but resulted in no use.

                  Sir,

                  I'm facing a serious issue with respect to my Ajio cash transfer of Rs - 3093.18/- as the system has set a default and random email ID which is not set by me. I have raised this complaint more than 3 weeks back on 12th August from my original email ID, customer care call and through Ajio app to change my email ID. So that I can initiate the bank transfer. But the process has not yet done. Neither the customer care team has contacted me to give me the update of my complain. The call is getting disconnected every alternate day. I'm only getting auto generate mail of waiting 48 hrs. This is really frustrating now. This is a simple technical support which Ajio can do without any delay.

                  I have provided my bank details too as per their suggestion. So that if Ajio can do the transfer that to my bank account. But they haven't replied on that too. Every mail communication I have done from my real email Id only as the system generated email ID is not a valid email ID. I have shared all the relevant screenshots with the Ajio customer care team.

                  I have also informed this to AJIO Grievance Officer (Complain# COM[protected]). But again there is no possible positive solution come from their side except 48Hrs fake promise. Kindly let me know how much time I need to wait just to get my money back. Without changing my email ID I can't transfer the money.

                      I have ordered 2 striped hooded dress with Insert pockets, white, Xs,[protected], but I received only 1 dress.

                      HSN 61042200The product isn't delivered yet
                      I have ordered for 2 dresses but I got only 1 but the bill was sent for 2 dresses 682
                      I paid 682 and came inside and check there is only 1 dress please check it out and Please deliver the another one dress ASAP.

                          I had purchased a 3 clothes on 6th september 2021, using a code BOOM for discount, I successfully paid the amount through phonePe. But the order is still not placed and I did not even get a confirmation email or message about the purchase and the amount is deducted and there is nothing in the customer care section where I can report this.

                          Please see to it either process my order or initiate refund.I have attached the pay receipt and the screenshot where the orders are still sitting in my bag.

                            Order- FL[protected]
                            Two out three items were delivered, one was cancelled by AJIO on 8th Aug. I've not received refund for the cancelled item. I wrote to customer care on 11th Aug. No reply. After tweeting, calling customer care, I was told I will receive the refund shortly. Still not received and my complaint COM[protected] is marked as resolved and closed. Worst customer service. "Raise a complaint" option in app is not working. Please refund the amount.

                            I had received the refund very next day after cancellation but since I had paid through google pay, I was checking refund there. AJIO had refunded back directly to my bank account through paytm. After checking the bank statement, I found refund was done.
