          I would like to express my experience and you come to know as AJIO is fraud and foolish to everyone.
          I have bought one kids product (LC Waikiki – Printed T-shirt & joggers Set) from the order #FN[protected].
          I would like to return the product since I haven’t received joggers pant (have received only T-Shirt).
          As per customer care suggestion, have created return request but always they are cancelled my return request and mention the reasons as attach clear images of product along with price tag focusing on the EAN.
          I have created return request with the help of customer care support, and she confirmed images are cleared sir. But Even though, return request been cancelled many times. My patience also lost myself. Refer the below return id’s how many times it was cancelled.

          Please refer the record call which I have spoken with customer care while submitting my return request COM[protected] and she confirmed all images are cleared but how this is cancelled.
          If really images are not clear then take action against on customer care team who spoke with me OR take an action against on who cancelled my return request if images are clear.
          Expected resolution instead of cancel request, kindly mention email id to send clear images.

            I raised a return request for a recent order (a lino perros handbag) that i had placed with the return id #RT[protected]. i got message on the app twice on two consecutive days saying that "delivery attempted for return but unsuccessful" however i never receive any call or even any sort of a message.
            even raised a complaint regarding this but they closed it without resolving it or sending me a response for the issue.

            a very lowly trick played by ajio. just say that return is not available, why to play all these tricks on the customers. very dissapointed. in a few days they will nicely say "return window closed" and i won't be able to do anything with the product but keep it with myself which is of no use.

              Issue with return products and refund

              I have huge issues with return pick up for below orders.Few days back one person came from AJIO for return pickup and he took one product from me. He didn't have proper information about which product needed to collect from me and he asked for a handover which was requested for first return. So I have given it to him (product: shirt) and the order id is FN[protected], still I don't have any update on it.

              I ordered sunglasses from Ajio on 25 May 2023 and it was prepaid but I cancelled after few hours for some reasons and they said money will be reflected in my account till 2June 2023 but I didn't get the refund I raised my complain there and they said that the refund is initiated from there side and check with your bank they give me the reference number i.e.[protected] please help me out with this

                I ordered this painting form Ajio which is non returnable, however the product was damaged on delivery (19th May, 2023).

                I reached out to Ajio CC and they told me to send an email to their support team. I send the email on 20th May with all possible details that a customer can send (images, video etc) and until today there is no resolution and every time a new agent sends an email asking for the same details and I'm tired of repeating the same message to them.

                So today I called their CC and I told the girl who spoke with that I wish to escalate the matter and then she puts my call on hold and later in few seconds just disconnects the call.

                This is extremely annoying and one of the worst customer service ever.

                  I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger handbag 5.5k from Ajio platform. It provides with only 10 days of exchange/return policy. Within a month ghe skin of the bag started coming off. The bag seems to be a fake. And if it's original the quality seems deteriorated, I expect the product be taken back and my amount be refunded for such a cheap piece of a well recognised brand. Order no. FN[protected]. No resolution received from Ajio.

                      I had ordered on 18 may 2023 and my delivery date was 26 may 2023 still I have not received my product I have raise a ticket also but it is showing they revert back on 2 jun 2023, what type of service is this it's the worst service I have experienced please make sure I get my order by today 27 may 2023

                        I ordered lee cooper mid wash slim fit jeans but they sent to me different product, subsequently in the return option I placed the return the product. But no one come to take the product and I called customer care several times and no action taking from their side also . This is cheating the customer sending the wrong products

                                I had returned the product and after verify courier person picked up the product. I have been contacting ajio for refund but they are saying they have received non ajio product so they won't refund and reshipped the non ajio product. I had returned the ajio product and if they received non ajio they they should penalized courier because courier person picked the Ajio product from me. If it was non ajio then he wouldn't have picked up. Please help me to get refund

                                  I ordered Lee cooper Lightly washed Spread Collar shirt from ajio on 26th April 2023, order number is FN[protected] and the order got delivered on 2nd of May 2023 but they delivered me wrong shirt from Lee Cooper. It was from the same brand and in same colour but it was different from what was shown, so I created return request after calling customer service on 2nd May 2023 on that same day. Product was picked up from me on 6th may 2023, the return id is RT[protected] and there promised refund date was 19th May 2023. After 19th may when they did not refunded me I contacted them and they are now saying that the product which was delivered to me was a non Ajio product. And i have wait further more. This is outrageous, this is just fraud. I just want my money back

                                    I raised a complain on 11th may for pickup and last date to pickup was 19th may...today is 20th May and they are saying we will pickup in some days and according to ajio return policy my last return date is 21st may ...so if they refuse to pickup after 21st may i can't raise return request again ...

                                      Disgusting sevice ever.I ordered a blouse but git different one i created return 3-4 times and eveytime my return is getting cancelled by saying we are glad you changed your mind about return the product.I tried to CONTACT with thier CUSTOMER CARE but they are completly deniying i mailed too but havent got any solution they are saying same correct product was sent by our end.So who is responsible fir this.Is this my mistake if i got wrong product.So disgusting.Gonna file complaint. Rs. 1800 is not a joke I want my money back any how.
                                      They are doing fraud with their valuable CUSTOMER's.Ajio is not trustworthy at all other apps like amazon myntra are way better with better service.Not gonna recommend ajio to anyone.I'm so pissed off right now

                                      But I have already filed a complaint and will try more to make hell AJIO
