Returned 3 articles for which refund was initiated on[protected] but still not showing in my bank account, when i contact them they just give out the refund reference number. The bank does not accept the refund reference number. What to do?

I have ordered and cancelled a product on 3rd March, 2023.But i didn't receive the refund yet .Please look into it and resolve asap.
Even after many Customer Care Calls and mails sent by me to ajio customer mail there is no progress in refund action .

I had placed order from ajio on 3rd of march. And the estimated delivery was on 11th of march. And now it is 13th and my order is still stuck at delhi for one week now. L ordered a pair of PUMA shoes from AJIO which I received on march 1st, 2023 and the product was found to be defective and there was no proper packaging and there was no product tag as well. I ordered first time from AJIO on 05/02/23 & got a wrong product delivered. After multiple complaints it got picked up by the delivery guy. Now after inspection after almost 10 days they said the product you returned is a non AJIO product we have checked under CCTV footage.

Hence we can't issue you the refund & we will ship back the product you have resend us.

Recently I have ordered white sneakers from AJIO app. Order Id is: #FN[protected]. They delivered me the dusty shoes. I kept return at that time, but pick up boy says, it is used shoes. I got those shoes only what I need to do.

This is very bad experience with AJIO shoes....

I have purchased a ARMANI Wallet from AJIO on 24th Jan, 2023 and the same was delivered to me on 26th (which was fake), i placed the return request on 26th, Jan, Company promised me to picup the product latest by 2nd Feb, but they dint picked up the product till 16 days, and also withheld my money. and not rfunded even after 35 days...

My Ajio account is hacked.
I got a call from number[protected] for delivery of Ajio parcel.
He asked for OTP. And after 5 mins I received a email that password and registered phone number has been changed. I had 5000INR in my wallet.
