Disgusting sevice ever.I ordered a blouse but git different one i created return 3-4 times and eveytime my return is getting cancelled by saying we are glad you changed your mind about return the product.I tried to CONTACT with thier CUSTOMER CARE but they are completly deniying i mailed too but havent got any solution they are saying same correct product was sent by our end.So who is responsible fir this.Is this my mistake if i got wrong product.So disgusting.Gonna file complaint. Rs. 1800 is not a joke I want my money back any how.
They are doing fraud with their valuable CUSTOMER's.Ajio is not trustworthy at all other apps like amazon myntra are way better with better service.Not gonna recommend ajio to anyone.I'm so pissed off right now

And now my account is not able to open I know this is ur tantrums u guys are doing this №№№ with my account

But I have already filed a complaint and will try more to make hell AJIO
This time u crossed the limit by deactivating my account..

    I have ordered Ghagra choli set with ajio order number FN[protected]
    i have received only Ghagra without any price tag but choli is missing.
    I have called customer care multiple times and raised multiple complaints with them.
    My Return id is :RT[protected]
    complaint numbers are : COM[protected]

    Everytime they are closing complaint as resolved but its not resolved.
    2 times they mentioned that they disabled quality checks for the product delivery person can pickup with out checks but pick up person denied to pickup my product as tag is missing.

    When i spoke with them they said they will raise return bahalf of me from backend and they raised it. But again same story pickup person denied to take my product as price tag and full product missing.

    Ajio is making fool of customers in the name of online services.

      Hi I ordered one grey black shoes from Ajio, I received the package but it has some different shoes only which are not matching to picture at all, different pattern, colour everything. I have raised return request on the app but it is showing on hold.
      Could you please tell why is it so, why it is taking so many days just for one return, also when wrong product got delivered. And also tell me till when it will get approve and I will get my refund?

        Worst experience ever..1800 is not a joke

            I have bought some clothes in that i got 2 large product and i placed for return as it has 15days return policy and after 3days they cancelled the return without any intimation and now they creating the stories and internationally time passing in phone call as well as chat desk

            Why are you peoples keep cancelling my return?

              I had ordered jack and jones mens tshirts on first week of april . On 19th april i recieved my order but it was totally different from what i had ordered. I recieved reliance jio kids tshirts . On returning the product the customer care said we cant accept the product as it is not send by us.

              Now they are forcing me to keep the product which i had not ordered. I had already made the payment of rs 1650approx.

              How can i let go my hard earn money. Ajio is looting us. Ajio is a scam .

                Incident took place on 11.05.2023
                A person impersonated as the delivery person and asked for OTP to cancel the order, but scammed my wife and used it to access my wife account.
                Went into the e-wallet and took out Rs.2000 and transferred the money into his account.
                He still has access to my account. My wife contacted the Ajio customer care but they have not done anything. She have not got her account back.
                The mobile no. of scamster is [protected]
                Please look into the matter and help me get back my money.
                I tried to made a complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal
                but they want transition id which she dont have.

                  The AJIO is not allowing to use my money at the wallet, it's the cash money added to the wallet, a part refunded for a return. However, the cash is being used to purchase items, it's showing the money, but not getting used. The Customer Care agents ate up my three hours over phone, but nothing happened. It's still there. The price of the item may increase tomorrow, etc, who would pay the difference? The AJIO points got expired in the passage of trouble. Who would compensate? The most important thing is my own money is coming to

                    The item that I bought from Ajio is not reflected under the order section of my profile page. It shows no items bought by me, and hence I'm not able to return the product. This is extremely poor service provided by Ajio team.
                    AJIO customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    The AJIO is not allowing to use my money at the wallet, it's the cash money added to the wallet, a part refunded for a return.                       We had placed an order for a gold coin which was delivered to us on April 6th.
                      Ajio ended us sending us a wrong product which was the cheaper Vedhani.
                      After a lots of follow ups, they took the product back.
                      Since than they are not refunding our money and just responding with their template based standard responses without assuring when they would do the actual refund.
                      This is a precious metals case where they are not returning our money.

                          Respected sir,
                          I have ordered a product from Ajio with order id FN[protected] which have been delivered 2 weeks back and it has a defect ( faded colour ) then i requested for a exchange #EX[protected], the exchange got cancelled itself. Then i tried to make a return request but it cannot be placed even it's showing that the return request can be placed till April 21.
                          Also i had registered several complaints in the ajio customer care but no response have been received.They only responded your issue will be resolved, but no response has been produced regarding the same. I had made so many attempts in the ajio customer care but it make no use.

                          I hope my issue will definitely be solved by posting this.

                              Address: its an online shopping app

                              My name is Saif, and I've requested for the return of a few items that I bought via the AJIO app last month.
                              The problem is that they don't want to pick up my return packages, which results in an unnecessary rescheduling of the return date. To make matters worse, after the return window has passed, they are cancelling my returns and telling me that I have exceeded the return window even though I submitted the request within two days of delivery.

                              Case: I've been receiving messages for the return of only two goods for the past two days, but the delivery partners are acting so unethically that they are cancelling the return pickup and leaving a message saying that they have tried to contact me but I am unreachable. The pickup was then rescheduled for the next day, where I will receive the same care as before. I called back 1 delivery partner because he dropped a missed call (1 ring) to me only to mark that he tried reaching me out and when i caught him and made him accept the thing he had nothing to say to me except that I have to bring the parcel to him on a particular place. Then he hung up the call.

                              Every time I seek help from the customer service line, they always respond with an automated response that sounds like a robot and gives a new resolution date.
                              I've only been receiving dates; no orders have yet been picked up from my house. I have already paid for all of my items, so I need my money refunded as soon as the return parcel pickup is done.

                              This is typical behaviour for AJIO, and a few of my friends have had similar experiences. Some people settled with the loss and moved on, while others used Twitter to post about the problem because AJIO's customer care service is useless.

                                      I ordered tommy hilfiger shoes from ajio but they delivered me wrong styled shoes as how brand and colour was same of shoes but it was different from what was shown, so I created return req on 11 April 2023 and product aas picked up from me on 18 April 2023 and there promised refund date was 24 April but still they are not responding for my refund these is heartbreaking when you order from online expecting you will get great deal and low price but what you get is fraud.

                                        I had returned a product on 12 April as the product delivered was different from the picture shown on the website.
                                        The color and the brand name attached to the product was the same as that of the ordered product but the pattern of the product was totally different. The tag also was intact. But still even after 3 weeks of returning I have not got the refund yet.
                                        And AJIO customer care is totally useless, they don't respond .
                                        Please help me with this.
