Hi Team,

Today i received my order but not the whole package of Prata stainless steel insulated lunch box .

The product should contain three tiffin boxes with a bag but I received only one tiffin box and without the bag .

This is totally disappointing and unfair .
this was the first product I bought from Ajio and see this kind of service . really disappointed .

I'm attaching the image of the product which was delivered . even the inner box seal was open there is no tape on it .

Please take action and let me know what can be done in this case .

    I Recived ajio online shopping letter pvt lmt. the letter comes kolkata west bengal, helpline no [protected], the letter asked bank details pan and adhar so, pls confirm this letter from ur Ajio or fake letter, if that letter is fake then u take a action this pepole.

        I’ve ordered few items from Ajio last year 2022 and have returned the same but I haven’t received the refund for the same till date and I’ve contacted Ajio several times regarding the same but they are not responding.

          A fake letter was sent from Ajio stating a winning amount and to call the help line etc. I definitely know it is a fake communication. Hope Ajio puts this up on their portal to alert its customers. Some could fall for it as the letter has the logo of Ajio which makes one think it is real. Received in July. R number 278.

            Few days ago i placed order and items are which still in my bag and my ajio wallet money rs 1612.92 got debited from my ajio wallet . But the order not show in order section in ajio as well as I did not received an email and sms received regarding order placement but my ajio wallet money deducted and it’s reflecting still zero amount so please refund my money and solve my issue as soon as possible

              Ajio has cheated me by sending a wrong product, The product is far from the product that was displayed, the product I got was old, used clothes. And when I am returning it they have told me that they have sent the right the product from their end . and cancelling my return again and again. My order id is - FN[protected] and my return id is #RT[protected] . And by not returning they are proving that they are trying to build the company just by committing frauds and by cheating their customer

                I have ordered a green shirt from ajio (L) size and i wanted to return it due to large size. When i opened the packet i got a white shirt and now they are disagrreeing on the point. They are saying they gave me the real product which is not at all true. I received a wrong product and they are not returning it and hence no refund is being done. I dont know how it can be possible that i received a wrong prpduct and they saying they gave original product. They declared the product as non-ajio

                  I have ordered an Allen Cooper shoe from Ajio but when i received it, i noticed the shoe is fake. I shoe which i received is exact copy of the shoe in the listing done by them with minor changes.

                  Now when i want to return the product they are not accepting it.

                  I need a full refund of it ASAP as many days has passed away but i am not getting positive response from the company.

                    I raised a complaint on the 2nd of July stating that my account has been comprised, I have no access to the account as the name, registered number, and e-mail id have been changed. What really concerns me here is this happened even without me giving any OTP. I had 51, 000 INR in my Ajio wallet in the non-transferable section.

                    I called customer care immediately, once I realized that I was unable to login into my account. On that particular call after a lot of struggles with explanation and call dropouts, I finally managed to register the complaint "complaint ID: COM[protected]". I have also specified to not take any orders from this account until the issue has been resolved. The proceeding day I also registered an FIR with the cybercrime department sharing the phone numbers of the scammers and explaining everything in detail.

                    The hackers are trying to use my money by placing various orders. To cancel these orders I have to call customer care 5 to 6 times a day spending around 20 minutes each session, explaining my situation to the agents; in which the call gets disconnected multiple times and I do not even receive a call back; some agents are really incompetent they really do not understand simple English nor do they know how to get around things.

                    Unfortunately for me, one of the orders from the 3rd of July was packed even before I could cancel it. So I immediately sent you mail with the order id requesting you to cancel it, for which I had received no response. Then I called customer care and told them to highlight again that "Please do not deliver any orders from this account until the complaint has been resolved". But you guys still went ahead and shipped it.

                    I received a call from you guys yesterday saying my account has been recovered. However, at that particular time, my internet reception wasn't that good, hence I was unable to login in to ajio app. So I requested the person who called me to call me back in 2 hours and persistently stressed to not close the complaint until I confirm. I never gave consent to close the case, I strongly suggest you listen to that particular audio recording.

                    Fortunately, within a few mins, I got internet reception and I did manage to login into my account. To my surprise, you guys changed the phone number but did not change the mail id, what even is that HOW CAN YOU BE SO CARELESS????. And within a few mins I started receiving OTPs on my phone and VIOLAAA he took over my account AGAIN.

                    I was so shocked to witness the speed of the hacker for the time it took him to change the registered number, while you guys take 3 days and do not even do it properly. And let me tell you all this happened without me sharing any OTPs. (Even if you believed that I had shared the OTP the first time, you wouldn't assume me to be stupid enough to share the second time right??? RIGHT?)

                    I have raised a complaint again "com[protected]", now after the way you handled my complaint and for the firewall and abysmal security system you have in place. I lost complete faith in your brand and platform. This is disheartening for me as you are doing the bare minimum to resolve this. I am actively spending 3-4 hours a day from my busy lifestyle just to monitor your stuff. Adding to the misery my appetite also has reduced. Also, I am unable to sleep also due to the stress you guys are putting me through.

                    I request you transfer the money left in my ajio wallet to my bank account as my account is completely compromised. I understand that it is in the non-transferable section but there is no feasible solution here. I am attaching all the relevant screenshots so you can check and verify my account balance before the 1st of July. So I request you to transfer the exact amount to my bank account.

                        This order ORDER ID -FN[protected] was placed on 10/06/2023 containing one USPA shirt (size 42). It got delivered soon but I had to place a return request since it didn't look good. It was scheduled to be picked up for 12/06/2023 and was picked up on that day only by DELHIVERY logistics partner( SAURABH GUPTA [protected]). After taking back the product this person requested for return pickup OTP which due to network issues was not received to me then and there on which he said that he is taking the product now and will call back in a while for the OTP. So he took the product and never called back fo the OTP. Later i got an update that product has not been returned and is still pending for return.
                        I contacted ajio customer support but was told to wait for a while. Last week i again contacted ajio customer care and was told that as per logistics partner the product was never picked up. So after seeing no hope from ajio I went to DELHIVERY warehouse and found out that this logistics partner has left the job a few days back. On confronting him over the call he did admitted that he might have picked up the product.
                        I don't where the problem is, but I just know one thing that my product was picked up on 12/06/2023 by this person i.e. Saurabh Gupta only but he hasn't updated about the return. It's been so many days and only solution i am getting from you people is to wait for a few more days everytime I lodge a complaint.
                        ajio compalint department called and said that we are closing the compalint as theres nothing which can be done now. they accused me of lying to them even when i provided them with the logistics partner number by investigating the matter by myself.
                        this is not the first time i am experiencing such thing with ajio, but this time has been really dissapointing. they have refused to help and also refused to give me my refund.

                          I have returned my product with return ID RT[protected]. The product has been picked up by 2nd of July 2023 but the money is not transferred yet in my registered bank account.
                          In ajio app money refunded is been displayed but my bank account has not received the money yet.
                          So in this case I don't have that refund amount as well as the product. Either the company give my refund amount or return that product back to me.

                            I had ordered KETCH PANELLED PANTS WITH INSERT POCKETS on 6th June 2023 ( Order Number #FN[protected] ). At the time of delivery I recieved a tampered and wrong product. At that moment I called the customer service team and explain them all my issues. They requested me to return the item ASAP. According to the conversation I returned the product on 11th June as it was delivered to me ( Return ID #RT[protected]. On 15th June Ajio pickup up the product from me after all checking. On 26th June I received a mail from Ajio that my refund is cancelled because the return item is not an ajio product.
                            Is it a joke?! I know it is not the product which I ordered and that's why I returned it and now they are telling me that they are not refunding the money to me. It is a complete case of cheating.

                              I have ordered a palazzo but When I opened the parcel I found that instead of my ordered product you send me a complete different product . Quickly I lodged a return request and my return ID was[.#RT[protected]Pickup boy picked up the product on 10th June 2023. After that I had called you several times to know my return status but you don't gave me proper answer . Still today I didn't get back my money.
                              It's a complete case of cheating. When I already raised a return request for the wrong item delivery and your pickup person picked it up after checking the product then why you taking so much time to refund back my money.neither i get the right product nor i get back my money. Stop cheating people this

                                  I ordered some products and on returning of the products the amount was refunded in my ajio account. The amount in my ajio account was approximately Rs.7600/-, and they blocked my ajio account associated with [protected] phone number. They confiscated my hard earned money. I have raised multiple mails for the concern and no relief was given. If they are even allowed to keep a wallet system, if yes, how they can confiscate common man's hard earned money.
