    I have ordered brown thong flip flops with size 6 and AJIO has delivered wrong product. The product is red with smaller size and totally different with what I have ordered. Kindly work on this ASAP and initiate my return request

      This manisha I have ordered 5 things from your app even paid as well. But after ordered, I have noticed my address was wrong so I canceled the order as per your instructions. Still have not received my money back. I want to order the same cart again but first, you guys need to initiate my refund.

      This is me again. Am very disappointed with your refund policies, still have not received my money please do something about it. I have requested this complaint on the 13th of August and today is 23rd August. What you people are doing, this is too much.

        I placed an order on AJIO on the 25th of August 2021 and paid through UPI. Money got deducted but order was not placed. I tried contacting them but they aren't replying my e-mails, i also called them and waited for an hour but nobody picked my call! I want my refund!!

            The issue that I have experienced was: I recently purchased A jeans from Ajio which was loose for me and hence I applied for a return. The return was initated and the next day I got the Partial refund i.e. 17th Aug. The total amount subjected to refund was 759 out of which refund was made to modes which I had used like paytm, Ajio wallet etc.
            The refund was initiated in other modes but ‘My Ajio wallet’ was not refunded in full. ₹276 should have been refunded but only 122 was refunded.
            As of today when I checked the app my partially refunded ₹122 also had expired!.
            They have taken away all the money from the wallet.

            It occurred on: 30/08/2021

            I want Ajio to refund my whole ₹276 in my Ajio wallet. I want customer care to be more responsive and accurate and to deal with this issue prevailing from over 10 days ASAP.

            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                  I have recently made a payment on the product on ajio after payment it's was not show in orders but there was confirmation email but later it got cancelled by itself, also got the refund amount and second time when I placed an order using my sister's account "money got deducted from my account but haven't got any confirmation email and it's showing no orders on app".I have mailed them like 20 time got reply by saying that it would be resolved after 48 hours, and today It's has been like more than 3 days

                  I have used some wallet points from my sister's account ...I'm tired of typing e-mails to customer care.. I need either refund or my order placed asap.
                  I ordered a denim from ajio. It wasn’t well fitted so I returned it but I didn’t get my refund from ajio. I emailed them but it didn’t work.! It’s been more than 24hrs still no refund! Previously they refunded my money real quickly. But this time they didn’t. I don’t know what to do now.

                  Hey praapti, please wait for two more days sometimes refund won't be that quick (I have got one of my refunds after 3 days) and if not email them I'm sure it would be resolved!!!

                  Hey thanks. I emailed them 7 times, they didn’t reply me, I called their customer care number but the number is not reachable. I don’t know what to do. Let’s see!

                    Extremely disappointed with the customer service. It's been nearly one month but I have not received the refund yet.very bad service.

                      Return is picked by agent but status is updated to rescheduled pickup. Tried to reach the pickup agent no. but no. is incorrect and unable to call. Why after returning the product correct status is not updated and Instead showing reachuled pickup. How will be refund initiated then. How to contact return pickup agent.

                              I am writing this complain because i am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team.I have placed refund request towards the
                              return ID 1) RT[protected] RT43025336 for the products.. . The refund was initiated on 13 and 12 Aug 2021 respectively. But still it has not been refunded. I have been waited so long for this refund. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 12 August 2021. Still the status is refund initiated from their side. I havn't got my amount back. I am mailing them continuously but they are not responding.Please look into it and do the needful.🙏

                                I had placed an order for joggers which because of discrepancies with size I returned on 11 August. The refund amount was supposed to be made in a 7-10 days. But I haven't received the refund amount .

                                Every time I check on the app it shows refund initiated but no updates about when I'll receive the amount. AJIO is the worst app.

                                    I have ordered two denim pants from ajio app . As the size and color was not as expected I wanted to return the product I did return the product but one return is updated in the app and the other has not been updated and refund is also not initiated.

                                        Hi i’m akanksha singh i want to complaint against AJIO.. i ordered 2 dresses and 1 rakhi from AJIO with the amount of 2373.84 my order id is FL[protected] in that 1 dress from JANASYA brand didn’t come nice with the money 1134.. i gifted this dress to my sister in andhra so she wanted return i tried return for their place they are giving self shipment then i called to customer care they said any website issue and they filed a complaint they given resolution date till 22 august but no one came to pick up the dress again i filed a complaint they said about AWB no. Didn’t generate yet again they filed complaint and given another date 28th august. Today is 28th august no one came to pick up the dress their customer care is not responding properly.. my registered no. On AJIO is [protected] with the name o[censored]RMILA SINGH..my 1st complaint id COM[protected] and my 2nd complaint id is COM[protected]..i want them to pickup as soon as possible
