Ajio has been unsuccessful in unsubscribing me from marketing SMS even after requesting the same almost 2 years ago!!!

Customer care has failed miserably in taking the request.

I'm literally harassed with unnecessary marketing SMS and offers...

I haven't received my order but the status shows it has been delivered, I don't know anything just want my money back...

One of my recent purchase was canceled by ajio for some reasons but i still haven't received my refund.Its been over 12 days past the cancellation. I'm tired of emailing them....

I ordered an adamo watch but wrong item got so i returned it but i didn't get my refund till day please help...

I have ordered some clothes in ajio and paid
In upi the money has been transferred but the ordered is not conformed...

I paid through phonepay and the amount was deducted but the order is not placed....

I had orders few clothes from AJIO which were never delivered to me and status was showing delivered.When I called the customer care they called back and asked for UPI id to Transfer the amount back. After which 40k was deducted from my account....

I have ordered avaasa kurtas for 2412rupees. Money got debited from my google pay account. But, My order is not placed. When will I get my refund?...

I cancelled an order of white t-shirt from ajio worth Rs 359. they said they will refund the amount by 10/08/2021 but till now i have not receive any refund in my account. On contacting ajio through email and customer care number they are not responding. Please look into this matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible.

Im hanna, I ordered 2 products from ajio on 4th july, i only recieved 1/2 of my order . The showing error is "delivery unsuccessful - return complete " On my pending order. The return ID :#RT39850029, please deliver my order as soon as possible or initiate a refund . I hope you will make it faster for me

Abhi tk mujhe mera refund nhi mila h email kr k3 btaya gya tha muje 19th august tk mil jayega but still abhi.tk muje mera refund nhi mila h pls meri help kriye aur mera refund dilva dijiye pls sir plss 🙏...

I have placed my order via Online upi payment ...my amount has been deducted from my side but ajio website was showing that my order is not placed yet...

Yesterday i ordered few items in ajio app, the transaction was successful but it is not showing any orders in order list, this looks like ajio fraud taking peoples money. Help....

Product returned due to quality, color issue but still amount is not refunded...

I am writing this complaint because I am tired of emailing AJIO customer care team. Worst experience ever with AJIO. I have returned my product nicely with all labels and tags on 15 july2021. Still the status is refund initiated from their side on 30th July 2021but I haven't got refund on my amount back. I am mailing them continuously and they are making a fool of me by sending every time . Their team called me and saved their part by saying...
