My Ajio account registered e-mail id: valli.[protected]@gmail.com for reference.
Sir I have kept 7 orders from ajio. order value for those 7 orders is 35, 106-00 (thirty five thousand one hundred six rupees). I didn't get my complete refund. I got refund for only 4 orders, value for that four orders is 19, 208-00, Previously I have 465-00 ajio cash in my wallet, So total amount present now in my ajio wallet is 19,[protected], 208+465). I did not get refund for 3 of my orders out of 7 orders. Value for those 3 orders is 15, 898-00 (4, 686.50+2, 413.60+8,[protected]. Order id: FL[protected], Return ID: RT41500307, Complaint ID COM[protected], order value: 4, 686.50 2). Order id: FL[protected], Return ID: RT41526074, RT41453892, Complaint ID COM[protected]. Order value: 2, 413.60 3). Order id: FL[protected], Return ID: RT41528051, Complaint ID COM[protected] order value: 8, 799-00.
I got refund for 4 of my orders. I have given return on 25th july . return was successful and the amount is credited to ajio wallet as ajio cash money on 25th july, so I thought to transfer that ajio cash amount to my bank account on 25th july. While transferring AJIO wallet, amount is debuted but that amount is not credited to my bank account after submitting otp. So I raised a complaint by ajio customer care they said it was technical issue from there side. on 18th august I got refund for 4 of my order so complaints related to those 4 orders also closed, along with that 4 complaints remaining 3 complaints related another 3 orders is also closed by ajio people ( but I did not get refund for those 3 order complaints) so I raised a new complaints.after 3, 4 days ajio is closing that new complaints too saying that (amount is credeted to ajio walet but amount is not crediting to ajio walet). I am attaching those complaints in attachment. Note to ajio: My parents n family is scolding me very badly because of your refund..I can't bare it.no one will wait for these many days right..if that amount is not credited to my bank account for sure am going to face a lot of prblms.ajio people are not giving me proper solution..I am 20 years girl ..it's a full pressure on me...I am going to die because of you ajio people ..ajio cheated me...i trusted their site...make refund as soon as possible...if not I will die ...you have to face prblms ...

            I have ordered a product on 4 Aug 2021, but still my order not delivered, I have raised complaint on ajio app but no use, complainted via email, twitter&ivr but no response from their end.worst services from ajio, not responding

              I purchased aproduct from ajio app and when i received the prodict due to size issue, return the item and after all it shows that refund is initiated on 21st august but till now didnt received any refund . Messaged to ajio customer care several times but they are not giving proper reply regarding my issue. My refund amount was rs535 .

                I ordered silver jewelry with cost 1444 yesterday and paid via GPay. My money got debited but order did not get placed. I can't even use the refund option since they are not showing my order Id at all. I either want my refund or my order placed.

                    I ordered items from ajio they came without tag and it is not a new one the dress is torn so I filed a return request. When the person came to pick up the items he said there is no tag on it so I cannot pick these items. You ask ajio customers to help you on this matter but Ajio customer care executives are not picking up my calls nor they are replying by mail. That is why I want to file a complaint against them. It’s highly unprofessional of them.

                              Sir your delivery boy are so rude no manners to talk with the customer so irritable bossy bad they don’t even k ow how to speak with the customer

                                Hey,
                                I order some products on AJIO & it got delivered successfully, but one of my order ( order id : FL[protected]/[protected] delivered as a used product with a lot of stains & without Product Tag.
                                Now when I want to exchange the order, but I am not able to Exchange it without Product tag.
                                I didn't use the product, I have proof also
                                I received the order at 9:32 AM on 21 August & I requested for Exchange on same day at 9:49 AM
                                So Logically I can't use the product only for 15 minutes.
                                There customer care doesn't pick up the call, also they dont respond the mail.
                                So please help me to solve my problem.

                                  I had placed an order for 15 items. Ajio cancelled my order without providing the reason for cancellation. More importantly it has not refunded my money. Their customer service isn't reachable. I somehow managed to create a complaint request on their website, but that request too was closed without providing an appropriate response/resolution. It's been a month.

                                        I don't understand how big shopping websites like Ajio do these blunders...I've place order for 6 items and one of the top has not been delivered even after 25 days of ordering. Now they show delivery unsuccessful but no delivery boy has contacted me so far to give my package. Refund initiated notification has been generated but no refund has been put in my account.
                                        Such BAD SERVICE from Ajio they don't even reply to your mails and when we call to their customer service number some random computer generated voice is heard.
                                        I've called to the courier service as well they tell me that my order ID itself is wrong even after delivering other items with the same order ID.
                                        Now if my refund isn't given to me I'll have to proceed legally against Ajio.
