I had purchased 2 Amron inverter batteries on 05/05/2019.They stopped working on 26/05/2021.I booked a complaint on tollfree free with the below mentioned proof.

Even After repeated attempts & requests i was not given 2 back batteries leaving me without electricity for 6 days within which i was told my old batteries were being checked.
Ultimately after facing hell for a week with small children having their exams the company bought back my old batteries saying they were ok.
Now after 15 days both have stopped working again.
Please help me on urgent basis.
I have gaurantee cards & bills of both batteries.
The worst part is the retail seller who has stopped picking up my calls.To make things worst i was provided 1 non working back batteries by the retailer to clean the mess & buy time.The distributor gave only 1 backup battery saying they have no more to give.
I am feeling cheated.I spent a week pleading for help which wa totally unexpected & unprofessional on the part of the company.
If not provided a follow up & help i will be moving the consumer court.
I need my batteries to be changed.

This is Arun and I am writing this letter to complain about Amaron 880VA UPS with serial no A0234AAJK13438 that I purchased on[protected] from Amaron exclusive store kottarakkara.

I am complaining because the UPS is not working since I purchased it.

To resolve this problem, I would like you to attend the same.

I have already contacted the Amaron care four times from the registered GSM [protected] when I found this issue .

I am looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem . If i do not hear from you within 2 days, I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives .

I m complain last month for over inverters battery but not shortout over complain... Customer care told me that u go your battery outlate but my outlate shop close... I m again try customer care no. And right way of over complain shortout... But customer saying that you go nearest amaron shop alog with your battery...

Not giving backup

Not giving backup, battery was full charged. At night 10 pm light gone. Then inverter on after one hour inverter showing low battery. Please do needful on urgent basis

I purchased amaron battery in August 2020 for harvester. but in March 2020 battery didn't start the harvester so I took it to barad enterprizes kota and submit the battery for resolve the issue. But after 3 month they don't give the battery. And didn't give any satisfaction response.

I bought amaron inverter in March 2020 and i got 2 years warranty.. Fifteen days back my inverter is suddenly got problem and i given in service center... From starting date to till date no response from the service center and customer care also... In this regard, requesting you to take action against them and resolve my inverter issue as early as possible... Thanking you

Bad behaviour by you retailer at Gopalganj .
My bike battery is under warrenty but they are not replace my battery .if amaron can't take a legal action then i will make fir on consumer court

I have purchased an Amaron battery on 28/05/2017. It was working fine. But today in the afternoon(Date-03/05/2021) all of a sudden it exploded making a loud sound. By the grace of God no harm happened. But it could have been a very fatal one. My inverter also got damaged due to falling. I would request you to solve the issue and atleast replace my battery.

I havebpurchased the battery from a local ship and have been experiencing fault in it. Have escalated the complaint to distributor fateh Singh who have taken battery along with him for few days and reinstalled the same stating battery is fine.
I have replaced new invertor of Livguard to avoid any confusion of its fault.
Today again when the power goes off my lights went completely off and there is a pitch dark situation at my house. I have two kids of age 2 and 6 and elderly persons at my home who cannot cope up with extreme black out.
Kindly assist urgently in replacing the battery as there is no fault in invertor which is a brand new one and I am getting very poor response from the shopkeeper from where I purchased the battery and no solution from the distributor fateh Singh too. His contact number is [protected]

Battery life is too short, like as 1 year only. when i was asking to dealer also, they told to me, you have to pay for this issue for replacing.
i'm very very disappointed for this issue and Dealer response is very poor.
Henceforth i will not suggest this "AMARON" Battery to others.

i purchase amaron pro bike battery from dimond auto una and my battery is in guarantee period when i go there he keep taken charges from me he said courier charges given by clieant so company provide guarantee why this types of cheat customer and why company taken this type of sellers to sale his product and also tell me take 2 copy of prints and waiting 2 hr and 2-3 time i go to shop after replace my battery and also company not given proper responce dont buy this cheater company product and this is to cheat customer also i file complain against amaron in consumer forum

My Inverter in every month or week shows a battery low problem. And When a technician from LUMINOUS came he said that your left lid is heating due to which it shows battery low indication. Not all the batteries lid heat. Only on this battery left lid is getting heat. The seller is not listening he makes 4-5 times fool that your battery is good. He don't listen at all.

Maine amaron ke battery vijay auto spare maldaiya Varanasi se purchase kiya tha mare bike bina chick ke hai aur bike khadi hai aur Maine battery change karne gaya tha distributer ke paas bola change nahi karunga.
