      I ordered two products ( Redmi Note 10 Lite (Champagne Gold, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) | Alexa Built-in and Casotec Colored Paris Design 3D Printed Hard Back Case Cover for Mi Redmi Note 9 Pro ) on 29-Dec-2021, Order I'd is [[protected]] & amount is 13, 148.00.
      I returned it & Amazon processed the refund on[31st December 2021] & The reference number is[30005113631363209418641].
      But I didn't receive my refund yet.
      Below I attached the documents as prove.
      Kindly take the necessary steps to provide my money

        Hello - There seems to be a huge problem related to hair clippers/trimmers on Amazon. Various Chinese companies seem to be selling and reselling cheap and used products, that ABSOLUTELY DON'T work as expected. If Amazon sees a company's products frequently being returned, that's a sign that the company or product should be banned on Amazon. Additionally, Amazon India needs to have more quality controls in place (Similar to Amazon U.S.) Can you please look into this important issue urgently?

          I had ordered a boat airpods 121v2 Bluetooth truly wireless for Rs.1299 on Sunday thats 9th January 2022 and had cancelled it within 10 minutes. Today is 14th January 2022 Friday. And still my refund is not made. My order number was:[protected]

            I have ordered products worth 997/-, I have already collected cashback offers which. Provide me 10% but Fraud Team of Amazon Haven't provided me cashback which I have to receive...

            I have made contact many times so all associates provided me different dates ... Time lines... But I see nothing received... Kindly initiate several severe actions on this fraud cashback company...

              I filed a complaint on morning of 14 January 2022, and got my refund in the afternoon. I am really grateful for taking such initiative.

              I bought Noice Bluetooth wireless headphone from amazon.in, order date 17, November, 2021 . order no.[[protected]]
              Which due to wrong product, i sent it back to amazon.com. But i have not received his refund yet. While your amazon customer care is the matter. Those people say that we have put your refund in your account but it has not happened in my account yet. I talked about my branch and customer care. He has said that none of your refunds have been received here.

                I ordered a black demin jeans, order id[protected] then due to size issue replaced it with a larger size but this time it was so loose so i returned the item, order id[protected]. But the Money is not yet refunded in my Amazon pay balance

                  On 4.1.2022 I had ordered for a pair of Martin Scott Men's Blue Fisherman's Style Suede Sandals-9 UK\BO9BX47X3Q (7716 Blue_Suede_9). The item was delivered on on 9.1.2022. But the wrong item was delivered. I had ordered for Blue colure, but got the Brown.

                  I had two reasons to return the product: the wrong colour and the poor quality. Then on 9-1-2022 itself I requested for the return, but in the request Form, I only mentioned the poor quality as reason. My request for return was approved. On[protected] the man came to pick the product. He contacted someone to verify the product and the reason for return. Then he did not take the product but asked me to complain. That's why I am lodging this complain to you.

                  Kindly do the needful to return the product and refund my money. I had already given the Bank details when I requested for the return.

                  I am a regular customer in Amazon. I hope the issue will be resolved soon.

                    I have ordered a product last Saturday and it was scheduled to deliver on Monday. Every day the estimated delivery date changes and tracking ID provided is not a valid ID. Tried reaching customer support but they say that it is in the fulfilment and it MAY reach next day.

                          Refund initied by Amazon the amount of 37999 Dt-15/10/2021 . 37994 rupees deduct my sbi card and 4 rupees deduct my Amazon pay balance . 4 rupees receive my Amazon pay balance account but 37994 amount not credit my sbi Credit card account..

                              I like to inform you that, i have ordered a product on amazon and cancelled the order. i received a mail from amazon that my amount has credited to my account ( original payment method) on 31.12.2021 or 5 working day . but still it has not reflected my account and amazon has provided a reference number to track order and indian bank is refusing to track the order with reference number, pl do a charge dispute find my amount and transfer to my account

                                I purchased prime membership by paying Rs.459 through Net-banking. But the payment somehow failed. Rs.459 were deducted from my bank account. Later I received a notification from Amazon stating that the money that had been deducted from my bank account will be refunded in 2-3 business days. It's been more than a week now, I still haven't received my refund.
                                I request you to look into this and resolve my issue. I request a refund at the earliest.

                                    I lodged a complaint in government of India National consumer helpline bearing grievance number: 3216562 regarding issue with my mobile that i purchased through online mobe from amazon. Even though the mobile is under warrenty either apple or amazon are not responding for the service. So I request you provide me with service under warranty or direct mobile replacement.

                                        I have been ordering merchandise under an email "susan.[protected]@outlook.com, Tel: +[protected].

                                        However, the merchandise DELIVERY notification is made to phone number +[protected], thereby violating my privacy.

                                        On December 23, 2021, I complained to Amazon India's Customer Service (by chatting). I was told that within a week, the problem will be rectified or resolved. But no action has been taken by the company as to why Amazon India was notifying my personal information (my name/address/phone/merchandise details) to another customer.

                                        Amazon should STOP notifying delivery notification of Susan Poulose to phone +[protected].
