I bought a product on amazon and the offer was to get 150 rupees cashback for minimum purchase of 300 rupees from amazon. The price of product which I bought was 635 rupees but I have received only 59.4 rupees of cashback till now. I order that product on 12 January 2022 and today is 6th February. I have contacted them many times but they ask me to wait and have not credited cashback till now.

        I have returned Samsung m12 mobile phone in the month of January..still no one is coming to pick up the product..I have raised complaint more than 4 times bt it is not solved..I will buy new mobile only after returning of this mobile.. I just want to know when will the pick up person come and pick up the moblie phone…tracking no:[protected]

          I ordered Television from Amazon on 17/01/22 for Rs.28, 990 and i cancelled my order on 18/01/22 and i received Rs.54 on 18/01/22 on my amazon pay account which i paid from there and rest amount Rs.28, 936 i paid via debit card and i have not received that amount till date 05/02/22. I tried to contact their customer care but they are also not able to help me. I also raised this issue on twitter but now there also they stopped replying my tweets. I asked them for Refund Reference Number they are also not providing me the same. Everytime they tell me to wait for more 3 days or 5 days. Please help me out in this.

              I purchased a from Amazon and make payment from dhani one freedom card but that time payment was declined it is already one month completed Amazon customer service are saying that they didn't recieved amount but when I went to dhani indiabulls office they provided me the transaction statement and it was successful but we are not getting refund transaction date 28/13/2021. and the amount is 908., .                 I ordered panasonic automatic rice cooker in Amazon online shopping on 6November2021 . And they gave delivery date for that product on 6December2021.In that date I will not get any product from Amazon. So I called Amazon customer care for this delivery problem they not responding properly to my call. So this problem happening for about 3 month still I will not get my product which I ordered from amazon. So please solve my problem as soon as possible. I want my refund for this product. Thank you

                      I send the red cable club with qr that they can verify by warranty but still they refusing then after i asked provide link then I can send unboxing video they still refuse to change decision, i ordered 5k product but received lower model now even they didn't talk properly and unmanner rude what type of ecommerce please look after my case Amazon always fraud with coustemer please ban that

                      I send the qr code which can only provide by saller or company they didn't accept it they didn't show investigation details The coustemer should know after provide the warranty card with qr code of the warranty card and necessary documents in email and 7-8 dats of long time wait for this, they says that investigation finished we can't proceed refund or replacement & when I ask provide me the investigation details where I can check and initiate a consumer coat complain about this they just not listening anything just cut call end chat it's direct fraud and play with coustemer feeling please look into this case

                        In 10 feb 2021, I was given a @SamsungIndia phone that had been bought on @amazonIN . The payment was made in FULL. For some days now I have been getting messages from @Flipkart

                        your device is blocked as payment for flipkart smart upgrade plan is overdue

                        contact in amazon customer care I talked to Pooja, she said there is a technical problem, you go to Samsung service center and you will unlock the phone.

                        I went to Samsung service center then they said talk to flipkart, do their payment paid, flipkart will unlock the phone.

                          I had returned a product on December 31 with order id:[protected] but my Amazon page still says 'Return started'. I contacted customer service after a few days and they were rude about it and said the return was cancelled and there was a verification error.

                          I am in despair as it is a costly item and I am being punished for an error on Amazon's side. I have lost both the item and my money. I did not expect such service from Amazon considering I am an old customer. I need my refund.

                            Amazon is neither delivering the product nor refunding but marked as delivereD. I had an issue with the order which worth 1lakh and the order delivery got messed up due to the ignorance of the delivery boy I am behind this issue since 25 jan 2022 with no resolution.

                            I have received lot of false promises on resolution date. They are just fooling around

                              I purchased Invento 0408mm DC micro coreless magnetic motor 25000rpm ... 4 pieces with full payment Rs.420/- by debit card on 19 January and I return this product on 25 January but I have not received my refund in my bank account till now.
                              Where as Amazon.in challenge that he successfully processed my in my bank account but why it no credit in my bank account??
                              So sir please resolve my this issue and kindly provide my refund in my bank account as soon as possible!!

                                I purchased pack of 2 invento 0408 micro DC coreless motor 25000rpm 4 pieces ...at amazon.in on 19 January and payment done by debit card with Rs .420+420 two times per two orders and I return this product on 25 January but I have not received my total refund amount (Rs.840) in my bank till now . Amazon.in challenge that he successfully processed my refund in my bank account in his ends and timeline of refund credit to my bank is over. So please provide my refund in my bank account as soon as possible!!

                                  This is in regards to misleading information shared in purchasing iphone13 and total protection plan for 1 year, I tried placing order for iphon 13 with mobile protection plan in single order, but due to some issue i was not able to do it, so i requested a call from Amazon for help to created a order, however they denied and asked me to order protection plan and iphone13 separately but should be bought on same day. so accordingly i placed 2 separate order for Quesscare protection plan Order Number:[protected] and Iphone13 Order Number:[protected] on 22nd Jan at 5 minutes gap, but i recieved the mobile and tried activating the policy by calling on quesscare toll free on, they said i am not eligible and asked me to cancel the plan. i called back again to Amazon on misleading in purchasing the mobile and protection plan, and asked them to collect mobile and refund the entire amount 71389.66 Rs for both orders, now they say they cannot do anything and not resolving my issue. I am calling them from last 7 dats, but no response recieved

                                        Please read the entire message, it is a serious issue. I might end my life if it isn’t resolved, I am under debt.

                                        I ordered a product from amazon.in (I live in India; Order ID[protected] for Rs. 49, 999. I ordered it from amazon.in because here it was around 15% cheaper than what I saw in the store but when I received the product it was of extremely bad quality so I returned it within the return period (On 13 January) and amazon issued my refund but the problem is I never got my refund. I contacted customer care thrice, every time I got the reply that it will be done in 4-5 days. Three weeks have passed like this with no solution, I am not employed and this amount is huge for me. Please refund my amount. I’ll be greatly thankful if I even get the assurance that it will be done. I am under debt and I can’t handle the loss that too without my mistake.
