I have been ordering merchandise under an email "susan.[protected]@outlook.com, Tel: +[protected].
However, the merchandise DELIVERY notification is made to phone number +[protected], thereby violating my privacy.
On December 23, 2021, I complained to Amazon India's Customer Service (by chatting). I was told that within a week, the problem will be rectified or resolved. But no action has been taken by the company as to why Amazon India was notifying my personal information (my name/address/phone/merchandise details) to another customer.
Amazon should STOP notifying delivery notification of Susan Poulose to phone +[protected].
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
