This is regarding ORDER #[protected]. Product is Samsung M12 mobile, Order date 30th Dec 2021, for amount Rs. 10245.
Item was delivered but was deflective so I informed Amazon and they arranged Inspection Service with their service partner from their end.
Inspection was done on 9th Jan 2022, and the person also reported issues with phone. For same Amazon created replacement of same based on inspection feedback.
Next day on 10th Jan 2022 the phone was picked up at morning appx. 8.30 AM. I was getting calls/sms after pickup again on same day
so reported this to amazon through call on 10th Jan 2022 itself.

I have continuously mentioned in my conversations with Amazon that it looks like Fraud to me and someone from your Service Provider,
Logistic partner are involved in this. I strongly feel your mobile phone inspection service (VECARE) person who visited day before is part of this.
After multiple follow-ups its clear that Amazon does not value customers and neither taking any action and nor providing my replacement.
Based on evidences and video footages are available where it can be clearly seen item was picked up on mentioned date and time.

Its been mental harassments for last 18 days, hence am using public and consumer forum to report this.
I am Amazon customer from 10+ years now. I hope Amazon act on this and resolve issue with replacement or refund.

    I have returned wasnmayi women's kanchipuram silk blend ee order no.[protected] dt. 22.01.2022 on 26.01.2022 vide Amazon Return Id : D3ls7ZnVRRMA order ID :[protected] dt. 22.01.2022. Pickup Tracking ID :[protected]. However return status not updated. It shows only pick up scheduled on 26.01.2022. Not mentioned about item picked up date & time. Your representative has already collected the item from us. So please look into & do refund the amount at the earliest.

      I have recently bought my 5 th lenovo computer from appario sales, my 4th lenovo aio from amazon itself, but this time they have delivered the product with wired keyboard and mouse where as in the product description it clearly states it come with a wireless keyboard and mouse, to justify my claim i even have the snapshot from the amazon site, on my cvomplain they sent the same product again as exchange as now i have already paid for it they are not helping in getting the right product delivered as exchange and the seller seems to be not cooperating, this is definitely cheating as they highlight a different product and deliver something else, i have required proofs to justify my claim

        Hello,

        My order:[protected] which was placed on 13/12/2021 of value 594 INR is not visible in my account. Order is not reaching and tracking is not available. I called customer service 3 times but they cannot solve the problem. I have already submitted the order details and bank transfer details to customer service. Still after a month, the refund is not issued by canceling the order.

        This is an IT issue from amazon. And an end customer cannot wait to get the product/refund due to an IT issue from your end.

        I am attaching again the bank transfer details -refer date 13/12/2021 Ref No: T[protected] transfer for 594 INR to Amazon.

        I expect a quick closure to this issue.

        I wrote to amazon several times and still no response at all.

          Address: Bangera compound , alape , padil post , Mangalore.

          I had ordered a maroon chiffon saree on 26th of October 2021, instead I recieved a cotton pink saree on 28th of October.
          So I asked for a refund through Amazon pay balance .
          On 29th of October item was returned back to the delivery partner from Amazon.
          It's been almost 3 months and I have not received any refund still.
          Till now I didn't had issues with Amazon but this is for the first time n it's disappointing too.
          So please enquire about the refund for this order .

            Hello Team,
            I ordered Asus TUF gaming laptop 2 quantity 10 days ago of 1.16 lakh cost.
            Initially it is showing 28 January as estimated delivery date so I thought it would come on or before delivery date.But from last I didn't seen any changes in location on tracking.My order is stuck in Bhiwandi (Mumbai) from last 5 days.So whenever I discussed with shipping company they told me that your order is placed on hold by Amazon due to e-way bill or something.
            But what is my mistake in this I already made a payment so I don't care what issue is there.
            And Amazon customer care executives taking this thing lightly they didn't want to look into my issue properly.

                I have not received my refund of my returned order[protected] in my bank account. I have already talked to amazon customer support executive but they coudn't give me any solution instead they told me that they have initiated my refund amount. But the fact is they have initiated the amount to my previoudly closed sbi account. They also provide me a transaction id[protected] and said that the amount is being debited from amazon side but the problem is I have not received the amount on my bank account. So, I kindly need to get back my amount to my existing sbi account which is being updated on amazon.

                  I've been using international cards on Amazon India for years [Visa, Amex], and for the last 6 weeks have been unable to do so. The payments simply do not go through and I am directed [on Amazon] to pick an Indian card. No policy change has been announced, there are no 'bank errors' [have checked with the banks]. What's going on?

                  Either fix this or provide clarity. Thanks

                    ORDER #[protected] ATOM ACS-30 Digital Weighing Scale with Max Capacity 40 Kg (PC 1) at ₹2799 which delivered on 25.11.2021. Item received was damaged and defective. Returned this product. Reverse pickup was arranged by Amazon.in which was picked up by DELHIVERY and delivered to seller on 07.12.2021 but till date refund is not initiated. I logged complain over telephone and email so many times but not resolved till date. They are asking that different item they have received. I have shared CCTV footage of my house at the time of handing over same item to the reverse pickup Delhivery courier boy. Though they are refusing to pay my refund. I am uploading video of CCTV footage, observe it and provide me best resolution. I tried to share video but not uploading. Other proof I have shared.

                    Hi this is regarding my return orders #[protected] and #[protected]. I have returned these items on 15th and 16th Mar respectively. I have had multiple chats and call with Amazon representatives however there is no progress on the refund. First of all wrong products are delivered and now Amazon has takes back the products and my money is with them too. When will i receive my refund? It has been more than a week now. Need help.

                          Dear Sir,
                          This is to bring to your kind notice that my Amazon pay later was closed a few months along with its lending partners (Capital float and IDBI First bank) but now when I checked my CIBIL report I found that an account with Karur Vyasya Bank (Co lending partner with Capital float for Amazon pay later) is still active. It has the same account number as that of Capital float (ending with 4494). I don't know who gave Karur Vyasya Bank the consent to open an account in my name. I want Amazon pay later to immediately close this account without further delay.

                              So back in dec(Dec 6 2021), I placed an order from amazon and had completed the payment through UPI but the order status shows, running late. Like why? Either deliver it as soon as possible or return me my money.

                                The order was for IFB Dishwasher --Detergent+ Salt +Rinse Aid Combo By Lavanya Trade. This was received today i.e. 25/01/22 but once opened found missing Rinse Aid. The packet package also shows it cant store more then 2 boxes Detergent and Salt. I have retained the packing and it was with normal plastic packing so cant judge whether opened in between or not.
                                Requested to send me the missing Rinse aid and the package can also be inspected at my home where you will have more clarity.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have order mobile IQOO z3 from amazon sale on date 16-jan-2022, have total
                                  amount 10, 940 rupees with exchange one of my mobile honor 7x,
                                  and it have to deliver on 21 Jan, but due to amazon fast service,
                                  It come to me on 20 Jan, so i request him to come next day evening which is 21 Jan actual delivery date
                                  I requested him because I don't have mobile(Honor 7x) at that time for exchange.
                                  and delivery partner came to me on 21 Jan morning, as I don't have mobile in morning because I asked him yesterday only to come to me in evening, so he refused me, and told me
                                  I will not come again with rudely behavior.
                                  So, I connect with amazon team and told him whole delivery scenario,
                                  and amazon team ready to reschedule my delivery.
                                  so I asked him to reschedule on Sunday(23 Jan), parallelly with one more order which have to deliver on Sunday.
                                  And amazon is ok for this,
                                  but order did not delivered on Sunday, as I waited for whole day for same,
                                  and connected with amazon many times also because of same i haven't gone any where,
                                  so at last i connected with amazon team again
                                  and amazon promise me to deliver it next day,
                                  as i have to go for an office work, but because of mobile i wait for whole day again. And same thing happened next day on 24 Jan
                                  Order didn't delivered to me.
                                  at last i called amazon and he promised me to deliver my product next day on 25 Jan surely.
                                  so on 25 Jan
                                  I checked my order history
                                  and it shown to me that your order get returned by delivery partner
                                  So i connected with amazon
                                  and he told me that you can reorder that product
                                  and whatever the difference amount you will see on purchasing,
                                  will be send to me on my amazon pay wallet, and the difference amount is 6000 rupees
                                  and amazon refused to pay that amount
                                  amazon only agree for 4000 rupees

                                  but now,
                                  things are not for money
                                  they have wasted my whole 2 days and at last i didn't get my product.
                                  So i need a proper clarification and solution for all my problem.

                                      I am writing this letter to bring your notice that, I have ordered for " XP-Pen Deco01 V2 Digital Graphics Drawing Pen Tablet (10" x 6.25", 8192 Levels of Pressure Sensitivity, Battery-Free Passive Stylus, Black) " having order Id #[protected] I was very excited to accept the parcel hence I called at 12:40 pm to delivery man and the parcel was delivered to me probably at 1:00pm outside of my location on dated 28 Dec 2021.

                                      My mom admitted in the hospitals due to kidney stone issue, so I kept the same parcel at home and take out to the hospital. When I came back to home at 4 pm and opened the same package, I was shocked myself, I could not believe on my eyes. After seeing it, get bunches of printing papers in it, I do not receive what I ordered.

                                      Immediately I called to customer care[protected] and explained the whole issue also refused to wait for 5 days but Amazon support team said that we need to check whether the mistake had been happened so according amazon shared deadline on 3rd January 2022.

                                      Again I shocked over the call from customer care on 3rd January 2022 for stating like Amazon not able to help into it. I was very upset with Amazon customer care staff performance. They used to deal with me quite inefficiently and did not show their interest which they must show while dealing with unless customers.

                                      I uninstalled this application from smartphones. I was about to become a regular customer of your business, but I am completely disappointed. I expect quality services from Amazon and request you to address this issue with immediate attention. I expect refund/replacement already more than 28 days over still the issue has been pending so Im highlighted here I'm waiting for satisfactory reply within shortest time.

                                        Im was writing this email to amazon to let them know that amazon service is pathetic by charging us into prime and non delivering the product to customer with a false promise to customer in name of same day delivery and even your customer service team could not help in this case its better to shut down the delivery service in south part of india and keep it only at the northern part of india. we are very much tired of paying everything get nothing but fake promises in return . even your notice form is unable to view or download from official website kindly please see to and even if you dont take this email as a case its anot a problem as its directly going to go under the act with consumer complaints forums too
