Hi,
I have raised the warranty issue for my TCL TV with Amazon on 22nd December 2021. I purchased the product from www.amazon.in on 19th March 2019 and the product has 3 years of warranty. It stopped working on 19th Dec after which I lodged the complaint with TCL, their technician came and said that display has to be changed and since it is in warranty it will be done by TCL itself. In evening, I got a call from TCL that since I have purchased TV from amazon so the warranty was only 18 months and they gave it to me in written as well(attached for your reference) so they cannot change it without cost. I called amazon and logged the complaint(reference number - 8056), I uploaded all the necessary documents and amazon told me that the issue will be resolved within 48 to 96 hours. It's almost 14 days since I am following up with amazon and everytime they are saying you have to wait for 48 hours for the resolution. Need your intervention in getting my TV replaced or in getting the refund of the product.
