I had ordered a headphone and they gave me estimated delivery time 21 Jan to 15 feb, and i thought they would probably deliver it after 21 or so but they are now showing 15 feb estimated delivery time and that's a lot of time. I want it sooner and i could even pay extra money... Its more of a request than a complaint...i need my product sooner...

      On 18th January 2022, i purchased mug set ( ORDER #[protected] from amazon.in with prepaid mode. However, after successful cancellation of the order, i am not refunded rs.499 inr till date.
      Plse escalate this matter seriously so that i can be refunded .

      Amazon took a lot delay in refunding my amount ! To me, its respected consumer forum whose supervision led Amazon to pay me ! Thanks forum !

      Unfortunately, no contacts have been made by amazon till date...instead, when i contact amazon customer care, they informed my payment was refunded on 23rd January and insisted me to contact my bank customer care! However, bank officials also confirmed, no payment of such is credited in my account

        On 20-Jan-22, my Amazon order ID[protected] placed on 18-Jan came for delivery. Delivery guy asked me to reset phone since I have to exchange. Delivery person entered a wrong pin in his device and then order status showed cancelled to me.

        Technically my phone was also asked and resetted and new phone was also not delivered.

        Again, it was promised tomorrow phone will be redelivered by delivery guy. Also, Amazon customer service assured more than in 5 calls (Ramkumar, JoeRichard, Prasanna, Vaishnavi and one more lady from Amazon customer service) that I will get delivery of phone by today within 9 pm (21 st which is next day). I have recorded all the calls. Totally I was false promised and delivery didn't happen today also. Amazon is not clear why they can't deliver. I spent nearly 5 hrs for this alone. I need compensation for the same from Amazon to free deliver the product for all false promise and my time wasted and energy spent on tracking and hearing the same.

          My name is suhas and I had ordered miraan cotton salwar of RS756(salwar ) in Amazon on 18/12/21 and after 19/12/21 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 21/12/21 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but state bank of india doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. Thanks you sir

                On 7th Jan 2022 I have order HP Laptop worth Rs 58, 999 ( Order Id ‫[protected]
                The order was delivered on 15th Jan 2022 as precautionary measure we always take photos and videos o[censored]nboxing .
                While opening it was found that we have received a weighing machine instead of laptop . Immediately I have called the customer care to report this issue .
                They ask me to upload the pictures and inform it will take 5 days to investigate and resolve and told me to call on 21st January 2022. Today on 21st January when I called they told me that the matter is resolved they have done the investigation and the correct product was delivered its is closed from amazon end . My money is gone and they are not ready to listen to whom I complaint for this issue .
                Rs 59000 gone . Please help me get the refund .

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have ordered things from Amazon on January 8, 2022. There were four items: two arrow shirts (men), one brahmins breakfast and Rajnandini Women's Pure Cambric Cotton Jaipuri Printed Straight Kurti (Ready To Wear; White And Red; X-Large)(JOPLJPR83-XL), and total amount was Rs 3071, and payment was made through net banking, but we have only three items, and one shirt *Rs 960 ) has not received so far. Although this shirt details were there until January 17, and it was expected to come on the same day, this item was not delivered. Surprisingly this item was removed from the order list. We have not received the money.

                    I am not understanding what has happened. Please deliver the item or pay back the money

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I would like to inform you that on 12/01/2022 i had placed an order no[protected] of Rs.2190/- from amazon & expected delivery time given to me was 5-6 business day but on 16/01/2022 i received message from amazon that my order has canceled
                            & refund of Rs.2140/- has been processed on 16/01/2022 . When I checked from amazon customer care they told me that my order was canceled due to my product being damaged
                            during transit. But when I asked about a refund of Rs.50/- they told me that a cash back of Rs.50/- was given to me in my amazon account & after deducting cashback amazon has processed my refund.
                            I am not satisfied with amazon because if a deal is canceled by amazon cashback should be reversed & full amount should be refunded to my account but amazon team is not ready to listin me

                                  I ordered two raincoats from Amazon but as the product's quality was not good, I requested for the return.. Next day I got a call from Amazon delivery boy, he was talking rudely, he said that I'm not able to find your address, it's too complicated but it was too simple he could ask anyone because everything was mentioned in the address.. Even though I explained him the right path very politely.. But the delivery boy was too dumb, he didn't even know the directions, I was asking him to take first South turn or first left turn from his current location but as I said earlier he didn't have any idea of directions so he couldn't take the right path.. And he said come here to return your product otherwise I'm cancelling your return request.. That time I was busy in some other stuff so I couldn't go there to return that particular product.. & the Amazon boy cancelled the return request without seeing the product's condition.. I called him again and said that I have to lodge a complaint against you if you don't come here by evenings but he was like I have cancelled your request, do whatever u want to... His behavior was too rude.. He lacks the basic etiquettes to talk with customers... He doesn't deserve this job.. I'm providing his contact number too, it might help you to take appropriate action against him [protected]

                                    I have purchased 3 items in one order costing Rupee 6, 497 ( order no[protected]. But one of the golden dupatta costing Rupee 2, 499 was missing I did not received the item in the package when I contacted your service provider.I have filed a complaint with Amazon customer service but the response was that they have parceled it but i have the problem is that I have not received the item.No serious investigation was made no communication was held to help me. I wanted to raise the issue of irresponsible behavior. Please kindly go through the issue.
                                    I want the refund of the missing item that is 2499 rupees of my order.
