I ordered an item from Amazon .. received it and we are not happy and satisfied with that item so we returned it .. Amazon has refund the amount ( 2, 612 ) to our bank account.. but we have not received our amount to our bank account..

Amazon has gaven us an Amount transaction ID[protected]

Please do slove this problem and credit the amount to our bank account as much as early as possible...
