        I placed an order on Amazon on 6th January 2022, after ordering, money was deducted from my sbi account and the order was automatically canceled by Amazon at the same time From that day till now Called customer service several times but my information was not taken care of even after 15 days so till the time my refund is not received in my account.

              I had ordered a pair of Noise Air Buds+ about 2 months ago from Amazon, for gifting a friend. First they delivered them a used product, which then we tried to order a replacement for. We were told by the pickup agent that since the product is already used they cannot pick it up for return. We then registered a complaint to amazon and even after promising a return, nobody came to pick it up, neither any action was taken. Now after 2 months o[censored]se the product has completely stopped working. This is a waste of money and since it was a gift, a total waste of time and reputation.

              Attaching the initial photos of the product for your review, Kindly help me return/replacement.

                I had ordered a product from Amazon and they are not taking it back there is no return scheduled for that product all the time the Amazon agent cancel the return and it's almost 7 days they are not taking the product back even though they had the return policy for that product .

                        This refund dispute is regarding the order id[protected].

                        I requested for refund of HP CHROMEBOOK THAT I PURCHASED FROM AMAZON. UNFORTUNATELY THE ACCOUNT NO PROVIDED BY ME WENT WRONG AND I DIDN'T RECIEVED THE MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WAS ASKED TO FILE CHARGE DISPUTE . So i filed the charge dispute in bandhan bank, bandhan bank reply that the amount again goes back to amazon account as they are unable to find my bank account details. They even mentioned that there is no such account exist with the account no [protected] in which the refund was initiated but my bandhan bank correct account no. Is [protected].

                        Which means that this transaction is a failed transaction but still shown as an success transaction in your statements . I am going to attach the reply which i got from bandhan bank and a photo of my cheque in which you can check the correct account no.

                        I agree that i made a mistake. Please send money in my bank account pls as mentioned in the cheque.

                        I genuinely request amazon to transfer my money in the bank account provided below 👇 in screenshot. They replied me through mail.

                        Please help me as from last one month i was asked to do various thing but still i was not able to find my money anywhere.i wm even attaching my bank account statement.

                            I have purchased dibri battery from amazon on 14 Nov 2021 by making payment of 699 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 17 Dec 2021 with refund reference number 30005113181318109212944.I visited branch for solution and they didnt get any response. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form.

                            Kindly resolve the issue.

                              After retern, they informed me that product is different.
                              As they have delivered different product its for sure i will refund different product only .

                              Its their loop holes... either they should check to customer weather product is same or not.

                                Amazon India gave me credits for ads but doesnt use it for sponsored brands and display campaign, give misleading notifications and limited info on seller panel, and deduct real money after activating them.

                                  I want to buy a laptop from amazon india so for best offer i contacted amazon customer care so representative name sneha gave me a offer from that if i puchase more that 5 k from bussiness account so ill get 20% cash back so i told her i had bissiness account on amazon so she told do order from it and inform me once place i do same as she asked after that for confirm i informed her she asked ok sir u will get the amount as mension in offer and this is valid for single product and for this u will get 20% cash back with in 15 day i said ok do it so after 15 day i contacted same for amazon i adviser asked yes sir ticket is raise don't worry u will get but it will take some time i said ok, now it 3 month but still same reply from amazon india please suggest me what to do i have all chat screen shot .

                                    I want to know about 2 months before I purchased boat Bluetooth headphones through Amazon websites with 1 year warranty.but after 2 months automatically not working properly. Bluetooth not connecting to my mobile phone.refer the attachment of Bill with warranty.
                                    I am already returned .your service centre pune. Service centre representative told replacement will courier by the your same address.tilldate not getting any replacement/response.so I want to replace the same for new one.

                                        1. i had ordered the item
                                        Rapidora Travel Foldable Electric Kettle Portable Silicone Collapsible Kettle 500ML for Most Travel and Home & Office Use last month.
                                        2. the plug wan not fitting into the socket and the indicator light was not switching on. accordingly the defect was mentioned to amazon. i am still awaiting the collection of the rejected piece.
                                        3. i had also indicated that i am willing to accept a replacement peice.

                                        i find the response very unsatisfactory. the company ensure that they have capability to ensure speedy payments from consumers but the same speed is not shown in responding to the complaints.
                                        request a speedy action.
