selling inappropriate content and hurting hindu sentiments

A book named "Indian Wife Erotic Tales Tricked Trapped Hunted Distressed Mistress-3" has been seen on Amazon panel to sell at $2.93. I urge to take a quick action against such things because it is spreading a wrong message in the socienty additionally hurting sentiments of Hindus & Indians.

The book is something about a Hindu girl and muslim boy that clearly related to Love Zihad.

payment failed and amount deducted from bank a/c

While placing the order through Amazon my bank account got debited & the transaction in amazon got failed. Finally i have cancelled the order.When i have tried to contact customer care through the contact us facility provided the call is getting automatically disconnected. Please resolve & refund the amount on priority.

product marked as delivered, doesn't get delivered

Knk-mpl, a seller for amazon.in takes the order and then says the order will reach in 10-15 days. And as the 10-15 days mark is about to reach, the status says "delivered" but the product doesn't get delivered.
After talking to customer care, they all say that the product "was delivered for different pincode". How the hell does that happen?

After having such a situation, i checked the seller's review and there are lots...

I had placed an order #[protected] for gold necklace with amazon on the 14th of february 2017. The product was never delivered and falsely updated as delivered. After multiple complaints and investigation amazon agreed to refund the amount and asked me to update my account details. But since 2 years the refund is not done. I had received damaged goods (koots cobwebs jala brooms) ordered on amazon India app. Immediately I submitted return goods on amazon. They messaged collection of goods on friday, 8th nov between 7am to 1pm but so far goods not been collected. I have submitted call request on amazon customer care but so far no call received from amazon. It's very frustrating. Dont know how else to cyc amazon so the damaged goods collected and my money refunded....
