return n refund

I had received damaged goods (koots cobwebs jala brooms) ordered on amazon India app. Immediately I submitted return goods on amazon. They messaged collection of goods on friday, 8th nov between 7am to 1pm but so far goods not been collected. I have submitted call request on amazon customer care but so far no call received from amazon. It's very frustrating. Dont know how else to cyc amazon so the damaged goods collected and my money refunded....

Ordered mcp deluxe personal manual analog weighing scale upto 130 kgs capacity for human body weight machine (Mechanical weighing machine) through amazon app on 08/11/2019 for rs745.0. But till now it has not been dispatched. Did not provide me refund when cancelled three weeks before. Still order is showing waiting for shipment.

I ordered one product of rs.719 from amazon in 31 'st october 2019. And i also cancelled that item in 1' st november 2019 by personal reason. upi payment failed money debited more than 11 days passed

I paid 5000 to jay motors on 22 oct through amazon pay upi my money is debited and transaction failed bank told me to contact amazon we could not help you in this case when i contact to amazon upi support they told me due to holidays you got your refund within 30th sept after then they told me definitely you got it on 1 of november they only giving excuse
Say no to amazon upi they only making fool to their loyal customer and eating...

But, i never received the package and didn't signed. It is clear case of fraud since it was marked as signed by me.

faulty treadmill and no consumer support

We have been raising complaints with amazon and also seller powermax fitness.
Powermax did some trail and errors and blamed that our home power is not good inspite of having many devices working properly we agreed to put up a voltage regulator (Of their own company - powermax bought from amazon only) as they suggested to fix issue....

this is the 4th month i am billed for amazon prime for $14.03 which i did not subscribe to. this charge.

On my credit card for the last 4 times there has been this charge. I have paid to keep my accunt protected and have contacted your company and getting no where. This is the 4th month and i am not paying. I never signed for amazon prime and want these charges stopped and want reimbursement for past payments. Take me off your list please.
