I purchased an AC as per below detail (ATTACHED INVOICE AND MISLEADING INFORMATION) through Amazon India.

Dear Amazon Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the cancellation of my order and the subsequent price increase. I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy M14 5G (6GB RAM, 128GB ROM) for ₹9, 999/- on 20th May, 2024. However, my order was cancelled without my consent, and I am now being asked to reorder the same item at the new price of ₹12, 490/-.

I find this situation highly unacceptable and request that Amazon honor the original price at which I placed my order. This cancellation and price hike are not only unfair but also against consumer rights.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide a resolution at the earliest. I expect to receive the product at the original price of ₹9, 999/- or an equivalent resolution, along with suitable compensation (Rs. 3, 500/-) i.e: Rs. 2, 491 the price difference for the phone and Rs. 1, 009/- for inconvenience caused.

    I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order (Order No:[protected]. Despite being charged for two items, I received only one. The missing item is the "Women's and Girls Chiffon Floral Printed Satin Borders Saree, Sari With Unstitched Blouse Piece (Peach, Pink)" worth Rs. 893. However, the delivery status falsely indicates that both items were delivered.

    This issue has been compounded by Amazon’s refusal to address my concerns. Despite multiple calls to customer care, escalation, and leadership teams, including a particularly unhelpful interaction with Shahana Fatimah on May 27, 2024, my complaint was dismissed based on an alleged investigation that erroneously claims delivery completion.

    The courier partner’s delivery team (Contact number : [protected]) repeatedly acknowledged/confirmed they only delivered one item, yet Amazon has ignored this crucial evidence. This is outright harassment and reflects a significant breach of trust and customer service standards.

    I demand immediate action to either deliver the missing item or refund the amount of Rs. 893. It is unacceptable for a reputable company like Amazon to handle customer grievances so negligently.

      Hi Amazon India team,
      from pas5 4 to 5 months, my orders to pin code :517234 not delivered, 90% of orders not delivered or retuned by the delivery guys.

      how to can get delivery ?
      it is possible OTP or access code for my prepaid orders ?

      Issues :
      1. all my order for PIN: 517234, in Andhra pradesh, marked as delivered on the same day and then items delivered after 2 to 5 days.
      2. All my fresh orders returned without contacting me or not delivered at all by moving order status delivered ( but reason saying customer rejected the order to take, but never contact me)
      in 2024 all below fresh orders are returned by delivery guys.

        Name of the company- Amazon, Type of product- Boat Neckband, Order ID[protected], Complaint no- Not provided, Date of order[protected], Amount paid- 1, 199/-, Reg mobile no- [protected], Reg mail id- [protected]@gmail.com, Problem Status- Consumer said he ordered product from Amazon company, and he paid the amount for product, and after delivery he received the product also but he received damage parcel, and when he opened the parcel and he check the product and he saw the company delivered wrong product to him, and then he contact with the company for same and he register the return request but the company did not accepted his request and they rejected his request multiple times. He wants refund his amount asap.

          in Description

          But in Real Product
          - No Type-C Charging its Normal Charging
          - No 5 EQ Modes
          so i want to return the product and i need Refund the Amount to me.
          i also call the Amazon Call Center from : 20-May-24, 22-May-2024, 24-May-24 and 26-may-2024, but no Clear Replay or Refund.
          So i need clear action to take

              I am writing to express my disappointment regarding Order #[protected], which I placed on May 3rd with an expected delivery date of May 15th.

              Unfortunately, the product did not arrive on the initially communicated date. A support agent assured me of delivery, but it never materialized. The delivery date was then rescheduled to May 21st, again without successful delivery.

              To my further frustration, Agent Ayushi cancelled the order without obtaining my confirmation. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, I was not offered the option to wait for a revised delivery date.

              This cancellation is particularly concerning because the product was originally purchased at a discounted price during a promotional offer. Unfortunately, the price has now increased. I feel as though I was misled by the initial offer and subsequent cancellation without my consent.

                Hi, I have ordered one "Spyder Craft Matte Finish Berlin150 Entertainment Tv Unit, Tv Cabinet, Tv Stand For Living Room, Bedroom Color: Grey || Assembly-Diy (Do-It-Yourself) Engineered Wood" on 1st May.

                The product was received on 6th May, of Black color and very poor quality. The one which we ordered was of Grey color.

                I placed the return order on 7th May over call, Customer care gave me 3 days waiting time, NOBODY came to pick the table, I placed the call again on 12th May, then they gave me 4 days waiting time. Call was placed again on 17th May- 3 days waiting time.

                I called 5th time on 20th May where the Manager told me after 1 hour of being on call that this neither can be returned nor refunded and there is no specific time which we can let you know about the resolution of the issue.

                  Sir/ma'am,
                  I ordered a product on 11th May with order no as[protected] and I recieved a confirmation message that it has been processed. But it has been 8 days and I still haven't got any messages about the product and when I tried to check in the official amazon app about the order status, it still hasn't been shipped.
                  So when I tried to talk to the customer service operator they told me that it cannot be cancelled. So I am stuck without the product lost in an online transaction and my amount debited from my account.
                  This is my first time that amazon has done something like this. It never has been an issue with amazon untill now.
                  Please help me resolve my issue at earliest

                        Hello sir, I ordered 5 items from amazon. but i don't get any of them. When I told customer support, I was replied that the order was damaged and had to cancel. why did the cancel the order and not replace the item? If amazon service damage the order, then why did I get this message, that I canceled it. The last complaint is that none of the agents did anything about the issue. Only after hearing half the problem another agent came who could not solve, it. Mainly I talk to 7-8 agents. But no one did anything right during the conversation. Please make sure to replace the order and i get my order to delivered.

                            I am prospective user of Amazon India bought the Air cooler in summer with cashback and summer sales offer. But Amazon did not deliver the product and returned the product to seller due to packing issue. Please this is not a pleasant experience. I want fair compensation for this trouble caused to me. Please ensure next time such thing do not happen.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              The above order No of boat Xtend Smart Watch with Alexa Color: Pitch Black, Quantity 2, which was ordered on 2nd Apr 2024, both the watches not working condition, hence I raise for replacement on 08th Apr 2024, but Return was not taken on 10th Apr 2024 & updated as "Return pickup verification failed". Again, after following up I given request for return pickup on 20th Apr 2024, that time return happened but wrong item was taken by return pickup executive, from that day till now I am just following this case, no resolution given & no action taken.

                              Every time, I need to explain each customer care executive, even though many time executives left the chat, new person come, I am fed up with follow up on that application & system how you maintain or running

                              I need that my parcel back to hand which is wrongly took from us & need refund of the above ordered items.

                                I had placed an order of lg oled tv order no.[protected] and the product was delivered today. I had applied for exchange and the amount of exchange i was expecting was 11900. I had read all the terms and conditions of the exchange and hence I had applied for exchange. When the product came the tv was in working condition and the same was checked by the delivery person. But I don't know what happened the delivery person asked me to connect the tv to set top box and internet. My entire house is under renovation and we had nothing handy to check as we are staying somewhere else on rent. The delivery guy became rude when we told him that we don't have anything handy as all the stuff is in other house. The delivery guy threatened us to take the product back or pay cash. Since we had a house warming next day we had to pay cash and our tv was not taken for exchange. Such tactics of fake exchange values are given by flipkart where they give any random high price but when the product comes either they reject it or give less value. Now Amazon has also started doing all this.
                                We want our 11990 refund as our tv was intentionally not accepted and when we spoke to their customer care executive they started to show us terms and conditions. This is absolutely bizzare as Amazon purposely have high value exchange to lure customers to buy a product and when it came to pick up the product they rejected it by saying either pay up cash or we will take back the order. Shame on you Amazon.

                                    I have ordered the products from amazon and the order number is[protected]. (Date of incident :6th may 2024)

                                    To provide you with a clear account of the incident:
                                    1. The delivery person initially handed over a package that was more than half torn, displaying a lack of regard for
                                    the condition of the goods being delivered.
                                    2. When questioned about the damaged package, he responded with hostility and claimed that such occurrences
                                    were common with Amazon deliveries, displaying a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
                                    3. He proceeded to take back the damaged package, citing the need to check the barcode, and left me waiting in
                                    the hot sun for an extended period of nearly 5 minutes without any explanation or apology.
                                    4. Despite my attempts to inquire about the delay politely, he responded with further aggression and began
                                    shouting in front of other members of the public, causing unnecessary distress and embarrassment.
                                    5. He arrogantly asserted his dominance, stating that he was the only delivery person servicing my area and
                                    threatened to delay future deliveries as a means of intimidation.
                                    6. His behavior escalated to the point where he attempted to physically intimidate me, demonstrating a complete
                                    lack of professionalism and respect for basic customer service standards.
                                    7. This is not the first time and I’ve seen this delivery person was arguing with many people in my location.

                                    Despite my efforts to seek redressal through Amazon's customer helpline, I was met with a dismissive response and
                                    asked to wait for an unreasonable period of three days for resolution. This lack o[censored]rgency and accountability on the
                                    part of Amazon's support team only serves to compound my frustration and disappointment.

                                    Desirable Resolution: I sincerely request to dismiss the delivery person who is a severe threat to the reputation of Amazon.
