I have bought Dr. Trust air mattress, which was a defective product, and as per the term and condition the product have 7 days replacement policy, but when I raise a request for return of the product, the pickup was automatically cancelled, then I have raise complaint in amazone customer care, by their ends multiple times pickup raised, but same result, pickup was rejected, then I raise investigation complaint in amazone, but without solving my problem the case was closed, when I asked for returns amount, amazone customer care team completely deny for refund, so I raise a voice in consumer court for refund of my money against the product what I have paid.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
