On 5'th march, amazon told me that they initiated my refund which is 625, and they further stated that "we cant help you anymore regarding your refund" but my Bank i.e, BANK OF INDIA support said to me that, No refund has been issued to me.It been 13 days still i didn't received my money.My RRN-75503721065046520020785...

I ordered a dell laptop of rs 38, 980/- on 18 feb 2021 and payment made through my pnb debit card of saving a/c no [protected]. I cancelled the order the very next day. Amazon had refunded me the whole amount of rs 38, 980/- on 02 Mar 2021 for which a Refund Reference # 30005110491049178023497.
