    Sir I had a issue of double payment for my order#[protected]. I paid the amount through cash as well as UPI on 05/05/2021 for whick the transaction ID is[protected]. My order amount is Rs 3298. On contacting the customer service they provided me with a reference number i.e. [protected]P[protected] but the bank officials of bank of baroda said that they didn't receive any payment. On 09/06/2021 amazon customer service has provided me with transaction id[protected] but still I haven't received my payment. So I want to file a charge dispute for the same.

          This is an important order that I've placed for my work. I've waited for almost 10 days expecting the delivery. Since I didn't receive the order I started tracking it. I identified that it reached warangal which is 30km from Warangal. I was expecting it in a day or two and suddenly I saw an update in amazon that the item has been returned to the seller. I tried contacting multiple people like Amazon service, Delhivery Customer Care but all the efforts went in vain.

          This is really bad service from Amazon and Delhivery since if someone would at least contacted me that the item is in Warangal and they cannot deliver me the product I would've picked it on my own. It reached all the way from Chennai to Warangal just to go back to the seller keeping me waiting unnecessarily.

          This is a request to the seller, If the seller is ready to send me the product again I am ready to repay the amount but this time expecting proper communication from them.

                  When I first time ordered received without free kit hence I returned it. I have ordered same item again but I was not in city due to emergency and package was given to the my neighbour and when (31st May 2021) I came & collected from neighbour and came to know that the USHA sewing machine itself not delivered and but only free kit received. This is really shocking for me. Whatever my savings was there I spent on this sewing machine and earn some money by stitching clothes in this horrible situation due to Covid 19. I know that return time is over. Hoping I will get sewing machine or amount returned. Still I haven't opened package attaching screen shot for your reference.

                    I ordered PS4 Marvels SpiderMan Miles Morales video game on Amazon (order number is[protected] but I’ve received a fake product (received blank CD instead of the actual PS4 game). Amazon claims that since this product is non refundable, I should get in touch with cloudtail India (the seller). I even tried reaching out to them but got no response.

                    I also noticed that I am not the first customer to receive a fake product (see reviews in https://www.amazon.in/dp/B08LFBM5JV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_XP7DCKJRV55T0F9H... please escalate this with Amazon India/Cloudtail India and trigger my refund.

                      It is escalated here and brought to your notice that :
                      I had ordered "Herbal Life NiteWorks L-Arginine" 4 boxes ( Hereby referred as the "My Order") on 7 April 2021, which was prepaid with Rs. 13, 200/- ( Invoice duly attached)
                      I received delivery on 10 April 2021. On opening the delivery, I found 'One box of herbal Life Active Fibre Complex' ("herein referred to as the "Wrong Product") ( Picture duly attached)
                      I had made several calls and written on chat boxes of Amazon Consumer service several times to refund or replace the Wrong Product and received reply that it is non refundable/ non replaceable order;
                      I had also dropped several mails which are in trailing mail for your reference in the same context;
                      I would hereby like to clarify that a Wrong Product has been delivered to me instead of My Order;
                      Keeping in mind the loyal customer, it is requested to either refund my money or replace the given product as it is of no use to me. There has been severe negligence on part of your seller and your team. Also, on raising the issue there has been no consideration to understand the matter. This attitude is not expected from an organisation like you.
                      After making several complaints via mail, via twitter I now escalate the matter to you. I had also mailed my complaint on the [protected]@amazonpay.in, which is available on Amazon.in/help but I was again severely disappointed.
                      I was then refunded amount of Rs. 3300/- but still 9900/- is pending. And informing the same via several mails, I still havent got any satisfactory response.

                            Hi,

                            I am Ashok, my mobile number is [protected], I have ordered a Samsung M31 assuming the features provided are best.
                            But this time, It's the worst model I ordered from Amazon with defects increasing

                            1) But received product with volume low from beginning,
                            Adjusted with low volume,

                            2) The phone used to get switched off automatically from february month onwards.

                            3) Soon the color of the display, is changed almost half of the screen unable to see, from March onwards

                            4) In April 28th, the screen display completely gone,

                            From April 29th i am not able to use my phone, and with Lockdown In Andhra Pradesh, India,

                            With Extending Lock down,

                            Till now, I am using a different model phone, with no more trust in the Samsung M series as my cousin
                            who bought the same model is also suffering with his phone defect

                            Attached the phone details.

                            I request kindly take back your Samsung M31 Phone and refund the Full amount As the product is defective.

                            raising the issue, I have a Warranty period.

                            Kindly take this issue seriously and take back this Samsung phone and Return the money to my account.

                            My cousins purchased the same model from Amazon along with me, they are also complaining that the RAM is slow,
                            the phone is slow, no photo clarity but mentioned 64 MP, expect the storage 128 GB, it's a waste Model completely

                            Remaining all information or features are not at all satisfactory,
                            Kindly arrange for collecting the phone and arrange for Refund, as i am stuck with Lockdown.

                              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on every month of 7th. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                                My order was not delivered to me by a delivery boy. I have paid all the payment of this to amazon in advance. In this regard I have filed complaint to Amazon. But not satisfactory response. So, please never purchase any mobile with exchange policy with Amazon. because his delivery boy deliberately make issue with your old phone and wants ... for exchange. I request all of you never pay in advance to Amazon

                                    I have booked a new mobile vide ID No. SPTP[protected] with your company with exchange. But at the delivery time, delivery boy deliberately challenge my old phone. I assure your company my old phone is original and in best condition. He demands me Rs. 500/- for pasting rear panel. While my real panel is original make by Nokia.. He again said if I pay captioned amount than he adjust this. He wants some money for this exchange.. In this circumstances i refused to him. Now I want your official person can check my old mobile any time any day.

                                        When I placed the order, the shows that it will be delivered by 6 June,

                                        Still now the order is not dispatched. So I called the customer care they are telling it will be delivered only by 12 June.

                                        I did not agree that the delivery date was 6th June when I ordered.

                                        So I asked him what is the current delivery date if I order the same product today.

                                        He said it will be delivered by 12th June. But when I checked in the APP it shows 12th.

                                        Then he replied me that accurate data is available in web version.

                                        I was totally upset with the way Amazon cheated me with wrong information. Don’t know How to believe them now .
