I purchased men shirt ₹549 from amazon on 18/02/2021 and done full payment by debit card but the quality of shirt
is not good so i return my order on 03/03/2021 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#L2M1Y3D00000KKZT11ZG
But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check...

Amazon have received my money but Indian bank not received my money to my bank account

The delivery boy called me, i pick up the call and say hello hello so many time but not answer from the delivery boy. Only vehicle sounds are come. its voice recording also in my mobile. But the order is cancelled immediately and the reason show that it refused at delivery address or the order was cancelled. So this type of poor quality courier service should reject by amazon....
