    I ordered a footwear worth ₹599/- from Amazon on 20th May 2021 and returned it nect day because of size issue they initiated my refund on 21st May 2021 at 9:50am and was supposed to get credited on my account on 24th May 2021 at 5:1pm but i have not received my refund amount yet kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

      ALERT:Rs.169.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx7589 at AMAZON1258399 on[protected]:11:49:06 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected].

      I keep getting this message month after month. I had subscribed to Kindle online at
      a monthly charge of Rs 169. I further discontinued it after a couple of months. This (discontinuation) was more than 8 months ago. I had even followed up with billing deptt of Amazon & they also confirmed that the auto debit was de-activated. Still, the auto debit has not stopped. I seek your intervention in helping me.

              On the date of 06/5/2021 I had a purchase of boat rockerz 255 pro (products name ) from amozon online purchasing app which didn't work well. so I returned it (12/05/2021) and according to Amazon refund policy my amount will be in my bank account in 5 business day and after 5 day I got a The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].
              And which generate only after giving amount to costomer which I paid for the product but it didn't show in my bank account and when I raised a complaint for it in SBI they said " it is 3rd party transactions and we are answerable to it " so I feel like money in the centre between two pillar of corporate world

                I purchased item from Amazon Rs.1299 but the product is worst that's why I refund and asked Amazon to give refund. But it takes 2 4 days but I didn't get my refund. The reference number is[protected].

                  On 13th may 2021, i had ordered TULSI DRY FIG, WAYAND FOREST HONEY and MORE CHOICE PISTA amounting Rs.1403. I got delivered MORE CHOICE PISTA first of rs. 579. Later I cancelled my other two orders which were yet to be delivered due to some reason, that was for rs.824. On 22nd may, i got mail from amazon regarding my refund being successfully processed.
                  Till now, Amount is not reflecting in my bank account.
                  I contacted amazon customer care and they provided me a reference no.,

                  REFUND REFERENCE #[protected]

                  and I was told to contact bank customer care, and bank customer care denied about having any information about this issue.

                  I am attaching the mail I got from Amazon regarding refund and the
                  invoice of delivered product.

                    I recieved a fraud call from Amazon they told me that I won a gift from Amazon for that I have to do shopping from Amazon and pay in their Amazon account they will manually add my order and gift then they will return 40% of my shopping amount to me within 24 hours
                    In the evening I recieved another congratulatory call from them saying that you have to pay GST amount of your gift of dell laptop it will be refundable within a minute that I refused and they stopped receiving my call
                    I trusted them because they know my address details without my help

                      Seller (FUNDWIZ VIA AMAZON) has sent pair of torn clothes instead of Sofy Anti-Bacteria Pads. This was to stock for next month hence we did not open the item for sometime. One of the clothes is tagged with "Made in Bangladesh". So smartly it has been packed that one will not realize from outside.

                      I've ordered for a MI trimmer and due to Covid restrictions it was automatically returned to the seller.The return was verified and accepted by the seller and shown that refund issued.But the money is not yet got back and no other information regarding this is known.I ordered it using my debit card.

                                Worst quality product selling on higher prices

                                This is for order id[protected] from Floret. I bought this product from amazon India of Rs. 389 each. but just after one wash this is of no use. I feel cheated here. Quality of road side shops is much better the this & that too in half price.
                                I wasn't expecting this from amazon.

                                I bought the mask from Amazon, But I return it due to quality. I gave a refund on 22nd from Amazon, but the money was not credited to my account.plz plz solv this problem.i share this screenshot & this RRN Number is - 74332741138113784581711
                                I go to local Allahabad branch but branch manager told me, "I am not solv this problem, plz contact help line number, " then I contact help line numbers and there told me contact branch.plz plz solved this problem.
