The product never had a price tag, so when i went to give it for return the courier person says they have an app verification system where they need to put the price tag picture, so without it, the request will be rejected. This happened 5 times, that my product was not picked up due to no price tag.

I wrote to your social media team and also customer care, but everyone is just keeping on rescheduling the pick up, with no resolution. Either you refund my money without taking back the product or you deactive the app verification of tag and make the return successful so i can get refund. This is ridiculous.

      For the last 3 months I've been ordering from Amazon but every order gets an update " possible delay in delivery due to received at incorrect delivery station", and the order jumps from one station to another and gets cancelled, what Amazon does is circulate the money, it's a scam, delivery station is involved, it's incharge is involved, delivery guys and all other operators are involved in this scam, i am going to sue them all one by one

        My name is Pranay kumar Mandal and I had ordered 01 quantity of APC Back-UPS BX600C-IN 600VA of RS. 3271.00 on 24-02-21 and i replace this order due to bad quality of product. on next day and again that replaced product also same quality so i returned that product. Now Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent these Refund Reference #74056631062106129316261 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Punjab National Bank doesn't have such policy. I attached that mail screenshot which Amazon was sent. So

          I have also call in your customer services then they told me u have to register a complain on online on Indian bank website as charge dispute subject.
          Please be pay attention on this matter and credited my 699/- in my A.c as soon as possible.

                I haven't received a refund of ₹664 from amazon but they assure it has been processed on their end. I'll share their notification below :-

                "your refund of rs.664.00 has been processed successfully on 18/2/2021. The amount should reflect in your account by now.

                The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].

                In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number)..."

                      I placed an order on 17.02.2021, order no.[protected]. Still i don't receive the parcel, but delivery status shows it was delivered to me. I already made enough complaints to Amazon, i contacted seller too. No response. Amazon guaranteed me the refund initiation. But till now they don't do the needful. I had been a month they deducted my amount but the product not yet delivered. Request you to do the needful

                              I ordered 1st march 1 product again I returned Amazon was refunded on 7th to my acnt but still I didn't get any money. I called my branch also they said our side not problem that Amazon not credited in your account. Both side helpless pls as soon as possible pls resolve this my refund amnt is 1246 rupees

                                  Canara Bank — refund amount pending, and not credited to my account
                                  Hello,

                                  I am Meenakshi. My saving account number is [protected]
                                  Branch: Vasundhara
                                  I paid a bill by google pay Rs.600 on 19.02.2021 The amount is debited(Bank ref no;[protected]) and then bill payment is Made. After that I didnt like the Product they refunded the debited amount(Bank ref no: [protected]). But the refunded amount is still not credited in my saving account.
                                  In Amazon app they showing that refund is initiated and your bank is confirmed the receipt of the money.

                                  Please help. I need money urgently

                                      I ordered a dell laptop of rs 38, 980/- on 18 feb 2021 and payment made through my pnb debit card of saving a/c no [protected]. I cancelled the order the very next day. Amazon had refunded me the whole amount of rs 38, 980/- on 02 Mar 2021 for which a Refund Reference # 30005110491049178023497.
                                      The above amount of rs 38, 980/- has not been credited in my pnb debit card ( original mode of payment) till date.
                                      kindly refund my amount of rs 38, 980 at the earliest

                                        Order date- 13/02/2021

                                        Order total- Rs 5999.00

                                        Product- Lenovo Tab E8 defective product.

                                        Payment- Via Debit card.

                                        I had received the defective product inside the box. I complaint to customer care for which they form a queries for inspection. In which they found the reason for delivering me defective product. And created request for picking the product. During the day of pick up the pickup boy refused to pick up my product. I explained the whole scenario to the delivery boy but conditionally he refused to pick up the product. After which I complaint to customer care for more than 20 times but ordered cannot be picked up. Now 28 Days have been passed and still there team is not refunding my money. I am now completely hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
