It's with great distress I write this email. Have seen many post & video on social media similar to our Worst Experience... but, never believed it until this morning when we experienced it.
On February 21, 2021 my son ordered a laptop for Rs. 93, 659 (including shipping & handling fee ) which was scheduled to be delivered between 28.2.2021 & 1.3.2021. However, the "item" got "delivered" this morning. Payment for the product was made in full at the time of placing the order.
As usual, the "product" was packaged inside a brown carton but, didn't have the invoice attached to it ( either outside the box nor inside ). Upon opening the carton we found a plastic gunny bag which contained folded newspapers
printed from Rohtak "Haribhoomi", a wedding invitation letter enclosed inside an envelope & a packaging cover of a chemical. Well, the laptop was missing though.
This is an absolute FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR from Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd. How come the laptop meant to be delivered by Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd was despatched by HK Handicrafts, Haryana ? Couldn't find details of this company when googled & hence the CREDIBILITY & TRUST is gone😡
We've already registered a complaint with Amazon's customer care but, haven't received any docket number either verbally or via sms / email. Our concern has been posted on the Amazon Review... which is yet to get approved & feature on the website.
Why would Amazon partner with such vendors who are absolutely UNETHICAL & not customer focussed ?
We are confident our concern will ne investigated in the right direction & we will indeed get a full refund.
However, we would like to be kept in loop what, how & when this fraudulent act happened & what action has been taken against the vendor.
We expect a positive response tomorrow itself especially due to a huge investment.
We are also in the process of registering a complaint with the local police & consumer court for this FRAUDULENT act and post the same on various social media platform.
