          Hi,

          I deleted my account from Amazon as I no longer wish to receive any emails from them I had clearly mentioned.

          I had a bad experience with them as in during a Cash on Delivery order the delivery person cancelled the order without my consent and Amazon in an email informs me I did it though it would be an automated mail. Apart from addressing the issue the customer support had nothing but to say sorry so I decided to cancel my prime membership and rest of the orders. I no longer wish to be associated with Amazon India but still receive random emails.
          Even though I left my newly subscribed prime account and when cancelling the account these guys 'didnt even try to stop me' I know this sounds cheesy I didnt expect it but the account closing team failed to question why I wanted to close my account. I am happy anyways without having to deal with Amazon in any platforms and with several other vendors out there I dont recommend any1 of my friends or colleagues to order from Amazon.

          I just dont want to receive nonsencial mails from Amazon in the near future.

                  I have made a transaction of rs3430 on 19.02.21 from my canara bank debit card. The item was returned my by me on 22.02.21 and the amount was initiated to my original payment method on the very same day as told by amazon executives .

                    I ordered a WATCH FROM AMAZON WHICH PRICE 2995/- but had to reTURN it due to DAMAGE. According to Amazon, they refunded my money on 8th February 2021 but the amount hasn't been credited in my account yet. They gave me a RRN but PNB customer care told me that they cannot do anything about it and it should be dealt by Amazon only. Kindly look into the matter.

                      Hi,
                      I'm Ruthrapathy, i order the product in amazon on 18th Feb 2021 and package arrived chengalpet courier facility on 22/02/2021. Tracking ID: [protected]. But still i didn't received the package and keep on updating 'Out for Delivery' & 'Delay delivery on customer request'. Still i didn't speak with the delivery guy. The delivery guy is giving missed call while i try back its going to company voice call. He update himself with the "Delay delivery on customer request". I don't know when i will receive the parcel. This is the birthday gift, birthday date - 22/02/2021 but i'm unable to present this gift. Very worst, worst, worst, poor service i ever seen. I attached the screenshot for your reference. Why Amazon tie up with this worst delivery agency? It's making me very irritating at all.

                        Order#[protected] date 9 Feb 21. Delivered on 14 Feb 21. Item Name: SHOPEE Branded 8 x12 FT Green LEKERA Backdrop Photo Light Studio Photography Background (Pack of 1)
                        Item found damaged/torn, thread removed in many places.
                        Replacement request was processed online within 3 days (appx)
                        Message was reflected that collection with replacement would be on 29 Feb 21.
                        Till now no one visited to replace or collect the item
                        Website reflects that Return Window closed on 23 Feb 21

                        I dont know why return window closed without replacing the item or refunding the money.

                        Please help me.

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29 jan 2021 .                                     I had placed on prepaid order on Amazon of worth 999Rs which I cancelled next day. After that they initiated my refund with reference number 30005110461046177815192 on 16/02/2021. & 12 days already has been passed. But still refund has not been credited to my bank account.
                                    I already contacted to bank & provided this reference number to PNB but they are not doing anything. Pls help me to get back my money.

                                      Sir my refund for The man hair oil ( rs. 239) was damaged and I contacted customer service and amazon refunded the amount But the amount is not credited in my bank account. And amazon told me to contact bank and when I contacted bank they said that we can only tell you if the amount is received or not. And amazon sent me a reference no 30005110431043093625190 after 12 days of order received I have not got any amount back.

                                        It's with great distress I write this email. Have seen many post & video on social media similar to our Worst Experience... but, never believed it until this morning when we experienced it.

                                        On February 21, 2021 my son ordered a laptop for Rs. 93, 659 (including shipping & handling fee ) which was scheduled to be delivered between 28.2.2021 & 1.3.2021. However, the "item" got "delivered" this morning. Payment for the product was made in full at the time of placing the order.

                                        As usual, the "product" was packaged inside a brown carton but, didn't have the invoice attached to it ( either outside the box nor inside ). Upon opening the carton we found a plastic gunny bag which contained folded newspapers
                                        printed from Rohtak "Haribhoomi", a wedding invitation letter enclosed inside an envelope & a packaging cover of a chemical. Well, the laptop was missing though.

                                        This is an absolute FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR from Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd. How come the laptop meant to be delivered by Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd was despatched by HK Handicrafts, Haryana ? Couldn't find details of this company when googled & hence the CREDIBILITY & TRUST is gone😡

                                        We've already registered a complaint with Amazon's customer care but, haven't received any docket number either verbally or via sms / email. Our concern has been posted on the Amazon Review... which is yet to get approved & feature on the website.

                                        Why would Amazon partner with such vendors who are absolutely UNETHICAL & not customer focussed ?

                                        We are confident our concern will ne investigated in the right direction & we will indeed get a full refund.

                                        However, we would like to be kept in loop what, how & when this fraudulent act happened & what action has been taken against the vendor.

                                        We expect a positive response tomorrow itself especially due to a huge investment.

                                        We are also in the process of registering a complaint with the local police & consumer court for this FRAUDULENT act and post the same on various social media platform.
