I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of ₹199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th March, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

      My son ordered for me seven computer peripherals for assembling CPU.In place of AMD ryzen 3 processor value of Rs 10099, found only CPU cooler fan worth of Rs 250.Raised complaints with the Amazon, but not proper response.It is informed now that the approval committee has rejected since the amount exceeds Rs 10000.Why they don't check with the seller? Now it becomes seller is always right and the customer is the liar.Gone under mental agony

        Today (16th March) I got a call from a person named Sahil and h claimed to be from Amazon and asked me to order a gift card of 2000rs and you will get 3500 amazon pay balance. I did not agree initially he insisted me and asked me to do it to the fraudulent email id ([protected]@gmail.com) I asked him for his identity he sent m his aadhar card with name (SAHIL SANDEEP DAWALE) DOB: 25/10/2000 and aadhar number which happened to be fake later on[protected] please look in to this scam and help me here.
        I spoke to amazon customer care and they were absolutely helpless
        people are scamming people in the name of Amazon and they are absolutely unaware about it nor are they helping me with it.

          The company didn't refund me.They are saying the refund is successfully paid.but not showing in my bank.

            I purchased men shirt ₹549 from amazon on 18/02/2021 and done full payment by debit card but the quality of shirt
            is not good so i return my order on 03/03/2021 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute they had given me a no. Refund reference#L2M1Y3D00000KKZT11ZG
            But customer service is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
            Same behaviour by branch also.
            Don't know what to do

                  I placed an order for Kaushalendra Swing Indoor Outdoor Jhula... on 15th February 2021( order number[protected].

                  On 16th February 2021, I canceled the order and requested for refund but unfortunately even after one month I have not received the money meanwhile, I spoke to customer service a couple of times, and every time they assured me that it's under process and for the same, they will revert on email and soon I will get my refund.

                  It will be appreciated if you refund the amount immediately in my bank account else I have to take legal action against your company.

                      The delivery boy called me, i pick up the call and say hello hello so many time but not answer from the delivery boy. Only vehicle sounds are come. its voice recording also in my mobile. But the order is cancelled immediately and the reason show that it refused at delivery address or the order was cancelled. So this type of poor quality courier service should reject by amazon.
