      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 6th January 2021, 5th February and 7th March 2021 . Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

        It is to inform you that on (27th February, 2021)last Saturday I ordered a (Veeba remote control helicopter) through ONLINE PAYMENT with my J&K BANK from amazon at (10:30 pm) but because of address issue amazon suggested me to cancel my order. Then I did same next day Sunday morning... The expected refund date is 04 March, 2021 but now today is 07 March, 2021 still I have get any refund form amazon.

          I have purchased OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z Bass Edition on 8 feb 2021 with Order Id[protected] From Amazon.in . Price was Rs.1899. It was defected so i returned it.

I have placed return request several times but when the guy comes he do not take item stating some issue every time and every time I need to reach customer care which is frustrating and I want my money back in my bank account as soon as possible.               Amazone initiated my refund on 21 feb 2021 in my PNB bank account but my bank's customer service says to me that they did not get any type of refund in my account.Amazome give me a transaction no.[protected] for my refund. Plz help me sir.

                Ordered 2 products the company gave us the reference ID to get the refund from bank but the process was not accessable soo they asked us to fill this form for further help..we didn't got refund of 2 products laptop case and water bottle

                        I had already complain about the amazon stan money deduction and that matter is not yet solved. I hadnt got my previous money, inspite of solving it today another 199 rupee is been deducted. Solve the problem immediately elsvise i have to change my bank account to another bank. I want my 800 rupee back in my account. I am very frustrated after complaining again and again.

                          Received a message that a transaction of Rs 199 was done from my icici credit card without my permission on 5th March 2021. I haven’t purchased anything recently or on that day from Amazon. But the money got debited from my card for Amazon standing instructions. What is this? When I searched online so many people are effected by this fraud.

                          I want a refund immediately.

                                  Today on 5th March 2021, an amount of around 8000Rs was deducted from bank account without any authentication from me. I just received a sms stating that so an so amount has been deducted but I did no such transaction.
