I bought the watch from Amazon, but I have received the box. The empty and amazon ones are refusing to give money and also from giving the product

Hello, I had ordered Samsung mobile MO2 in exchange with old one on 09 Feb 2021 and Paid through Debit Card. delivery boy came on 12 Feb 2021 for delivery of mobile, at that time he told that screen of your old mobile is little damaged so I can't take old mobile and even he didn't delivered that new one so I asked him to refund the amount Rs 7849.00 and that way Amazon company sent me mail that item we have received and your refund has processed but up till now I have not received the amount I have contacted to Amazon Customer Services 6-7 times but they didn't solve my problem just they gave me Refund Reference Number # 30005110401040213711336 with this again I contacted to my Bank But bank also told me to contact to Amazon Customer Services. Please solve my Problem. if you ask me I will provide my Contact Number. For your information i am attaching all Screen shots of E-mail sent by Amazon Customer Services

Delivery agent refused to deliver at doorstep. After a false attempt at delivery, they cancelled my order without informing me. In spite of callign customer care repeatedly and customer care escalating the issue, no action has taken place. Neither has the item been delivered nor was there any communication from the delivery agent. First of all refusing doorstep delivery and secondly cancelling the item without the customer's consent is absolutely wrong.

On 23 Rd February 2 items has ordered for oatmeal 210/- and pu flite women ballet flats for 184/- but refund not credited till now to our account

I ordered one product in amazon . I paid mobile through sent money but it actually pending that day after then success that amount . I had already paid by hand to courier boy. So that online payment was debited to my account also. Please add that 712 rs (T2011301540298134296710)

I ordered some product in Amazon's and it's cancelled by themselves, it's not yet credited to my account, it almost passed 2 weeks more, I asked Amazon, they gave mea reference number, 30005110481048019071469, kindly check the amount that is processed or not

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Could you please assist me regarding this. Delivery is not coming my address location

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 6th January 2021, 5th February and 7th March 2021 . Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

It is to inform you that on (27th February, 2021)last Saturday I ordered a (Veeba remote control helicopter) through ONLINE PAYMENT with my J&K BANK from amazon at (10:30 pm) but because of address issue amazon suggested me to cancel my order. Then I did same next day Sunday morning... The expected refund date is 04 March, 2021 but now today is 07 March, 2021 still I have get any refund form amazon.

I am from India and prime member. My complaint no. is [protected]. I have to return my ps4 slim as it was damaged with lot of other problems in product itself. I have placed return request several times but when the guy comes he do not take item stating some issue every time and every time I need to reach customer care which is frustrating and I want my money back in my bank account as soon as possible. Amazone initiated my refund on 21 feb 2021 in my PNB bank account but my bank's customer service says to me that they did not get any type of refund in my account.Amazome give me a transaction no.[protected] for my refund. Plz help me sir.

Ordered 2 products the company gave us the reference ID to get the refund from bank but the process was not accessable soo they asked us to fill this form for further help..we didn't got refund of 2 products laptop case and water bottle
