This is to inform you that I have a refund of 1, 700.40 Rupees from Amazon which Amazon have initiated on 01-dec-2020 and the refund should be credited to my account by 8 Dec 2020 but still my PNB account no. ([protected]) has not been credited with it.
Amazon has provided me Refund Reference #

for the refund( see the email screenshot attached).
The Amazon order for train booking Which I have paid the amount by the BHIM UPI linked with the above stated PNB account no..
The price of the TRAIN TICKET is Rs 1, 700.40
Please refund my money .

        Today on 5th March 2021, an amount of around 8000Rs was deducted from bank account without any authentication from me. I just received a sms stating that so an so amount has been deducted but I did no such transaction.

                          I ordered from Amazon bausch+ lomb advsnced eye relief eye wash it was so bad my eyes burning sensation they got red n had headache i called amazon to return item they said to contact manufacturer i contacted bausch+ lomb via email /phone they said they sell only contact lenses n to contact seller NY craze Usa i find nothing mail/ph nos.i am stuck with two bottles if eye wash which is so harsh on the eyes they costed me 2700/-
                          I had ro c a doctor to make sure it hadnt harmed my eye in any way. Why sell something which causes danger to human beings?

                            I sushil kumar the account holder of your bank has done some personal transaction regarding purchasing through Amajon dated 12th February 2021 (online transaction) but due to some reason I did cancel the same transaction to Amajon on 13th February 2021.

                            However the refund of Rs.1140/- has been initiated by Amajon on 13th February 2021 and (Refund Reference number issued by Amazon is 30005410451043013543498). but the same Amount of Rs.1140/- not credited in my account.
                            So sir, I humbly request to you please kindly initiate and resolve my problem immediately.

                                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my Kotak account and the transaction message says AMAZON STANDING INSTRU. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 2nd March 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                    I purchased a product (Asus Vivobook 14) on Feb 10 with prepaid order of amount Rs. 35990. before delivery, the order got canceled by their side for no reason, with a statement that refund will be credited within 2-4 business days (i.e. by Feb 17).
                                    today is march 3 and the refund has not even been processed to date.
                                    when I contact them they keep saying me to wait for 7 more days.
                                    it's been 20 days since I'm waiting for my refund.
