I had placed on prepaid order on Amazon of worth 999Rs which I cancelled next day. After that they initiated my refund with reference number 30005110461046177815192 on 16/02/2021. & 12 days already has been passed. But still refund has not been credited to my bank account.
I already contacted to bank & provided this reference number to PNB but they are not doing anything. Pls help me to get back my money.

    Sir my refund for The man hair oil ( rs. 239) was damaged and I contacted customer service and amazon refunded the amount But the amount is not credited in my bank account. And amazon told me to contact bank and when I contacted bank they said that we can only tell you if the amount is received or not. And amazon sent me a reference no 30005110431043093625190 after 12 days of order received I have not got any amount back.

      It's with great distress I write this email. Have seen many post & video on social media similar to our Worst Experience... but, never believed it until this morning when we experienced it.

      On February 21, 2021 my son ordered a laptop for Rs. 93, 659 (including shipping & handling fee ) which was scheduled to be delivered between 28.2.2021 & 1.3.2021. However, the "item" got "delivered" this morning. Payment for the product was made in full at the time of placing the order.

      As usual, the "product" was packaged inside a brown carton but, didn't have the invoice attached to it ( either outside the box nor inside ). Upon opening the carton we found a plastic gunny bag which contained folded newspapers
      printed from Rohtak "Haribhoomi", a wedding invitation letter enclosed inside an envelope & a packaging cover of a chemical. Well, the laptop was missing though.

      This is an absolute FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR from Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd. How come the laptop meant to be delivered by Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd was despatched by HK Handicrafts, Haryana ? Couldn't find details of this company when googled & hence the CREDIBILITY & TRUST is gone😡

      We've already registered a complaint with Amazon's customer care but, haven't received any docket number either verbally or via sms / email. Our concern has been posted on the Amazon Review... which is yet to get approved & feature on the website.

      Why would Amazon partner with such vendors who are absolutely UNETHICAL & not customer focussed ?

      We are confident our concern will ne investigated in the right direction & we will indeed get a full refund.

      However, we would like to be kept in loop what, how & when this fraudulent act happened & what action has been taken against the vendor.

      We expect a positive response tomorrow itself especially due to a huge investment.

      We are also in the process of registering a complaint with the local police & consumer court for this FRAUDULENT act and post the same on various social media platform.

                I had ordered a women's hoody from amazon and its refund is issued on 19 Nov 2020 by amazon.                     I have ordered
                    "Local Vocal Zone â„¢ Multi Purpose Laptop Table with Dock Stand | Study Table | Bed Table | Foldable and Portable | Ergonomic & Rounded Edges | Non-Slip Legs (Marble Light) " product in AMAZON on 23-FEB-2021 . They confirmed to deliver the product on or before 28-FEB-2021.

                    But today they cancelled my product without any proper reason and my knowledge. I have paid money online payment mode, they used my money for nearly 5 days and now they cancelled.
                    This is not fair one, if they not able to deliver product they should not sell the product. This is biggest cheating of customer, like get the money from customer and use that for few days, once they get the profit from our money they will return to customer.

                    So I do not want my money back, just i want my product which i have ordered.
                    Please check this and do the helpful.

                      I've ordered it for ₹99 and prepaid the order, after 4 days they cancelled my order telling that there was technical glitch in price and I have to reorder it with price of ₹639🙄

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had ordered alot of products in past days recently I hv ordered a multipurpose table. I am an Amazon Prime customer and it is believed that Prime customers has got a preference over the normal customers.

                        Though this product was also available on any other online store, I ordered from Amazon as I am a regular customer on Amazon Prime and continuously shop a lot of products from Amazon.

                        This product was readily available in stock, (the supplier also delivery was also available to my location) when I ordered and I paid full amount of Rs 99 online instantly to get it on time.

                        I was eagerly waiting for this product and had scheduled my work and design orders accordingly on this basis. Now I am shocked and at a great loss to receive your message that my order is cancelled. When I wanted to re-order the same product online, I notice that the price of the same product has gone up to Rs.639; (link below) so exorbitantly high that I cannot purchase it now at the price you have on Amazon now. Even on the other website, it is out of stock and I lost the very chance of getting it.

                        I am very much disappointed and this is very unethical and cheating a customer on the part of Amazon to cancel my order and I strongly suspect that it is because the price of this product has gone up in the online market. & they are really playing with my mental peace as my previous orders got cancelled by amazon due to the same reason.

                        You have refunded my money but that is not the case here. You have broken the trust of a loyal customer here and I believe you would do likewise with other customers in future as well.

                        I kindly request you to please supply this product to me at the original price (Rs.99/-)that I had ordered for & now u have to give my previous orders on same price in which I ordered
                        ( in total in last month my 9 orders got cancelled by amazon, is this the right behavior u r treating ur customers.. But in reality u mentally Harrased me)

                                  Dear sir, i am pnb bank customer on 10th Jan 2021 I pay the amazon payment link through Bhim UPI but due to a bank server problem my payment 4 times failed but after a few moments, 2 transactions amount debited my account. in that scenario, I call back amazon customer care they told me if it will happen the transaction amount will be credited within 5-6 working days.
                                  but when I call back after 36 days they check every detail and told me no such amount credited to their account so kindly raise a complaint form. I am doing that. please sir kindly check my amount where I will be stuck .and return my amount to my account.
