            The amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 8 Feb 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

              Above msg came and money got deducted fr hsbc credit card

                It is showing delievered on 6th feb

                But i dint recieved
                Any product
                Kindly refund my money.
                Amazon customer service is also not handling my problem.
                Now i dont want product but my money back

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan.                       Amazon india suspended my account registered with my mobile number [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com. I was following up with them for last 4 months, two dozen times I have given them my address, phone number and all. Even amazon now tells me that I can reset my account and use it, iam still unable to do so and I see a pop-up like more information needed - please contact customer care. When I call customer care, they ask for the same information which I've been giving them for past 2 dozen times. Iam fed up with amazon. They are making me fool. I even has pay balance loaded in it and they are totally fooling me.

                        Amazon India states that they refunded the amount of Rs. 3486/- and would have reached my account by Jan. 31 - Feb. 2, 2021.

                        The amount is not credited to my account till Feb. 08, 2021 08:00PM.
                        I talked to your Customer Care Executive Mr. Gaurav at 07:16pm on 08/02/2021 who categorically stated that Amazon India's responsibility is over. I must talk to my Card Provider/Bank for the Refund.

                        I have talked to Amazon India today, Feb. 12, 2021. They are simply stating that they have transferred the fund and it is lying with Punjab National bank.
                        I sent a mail to Punjab National bank ([protected]@pnb.co.in ) on Feb. 06, 2021;
                        reminder - 1 on Feb. 10, 2021 and reminder - 2 on Feb. 12, 2021.
                        But there is no response.

                        I did mark copy of the above mail to Amazon India ([protected]@amazon.com) on Feb. 06, 2021.
                        They have also not replied.

                        Very sad state of affairs at both PNB and Amazon India.

                        Nothing moving. When I talked to PNB Customer Care Executive today, Feb. 15, 2021 09:55pm, I have been told that PNB has not received the money. On my request to send me an email stating the same, the executive disconnected the call saying that I was being rude.

                        Should I go to the PNB Kandivali East, Mumbai Branch where I do have my Account and fight with the Branch Manager to get the refund?

                        I talked to Amazon India customer care on 16 Feb. 2021 at 7.05AM to Mr. Ajit after forwarding the EMail received from my Banker Punjab Nation Bank stating that Amazon India has not refunded the money to my account. Till then, Amazon India was claiming that they had already refunded amount.
                        Till date (Feb. 23, 2021 12.10AM), the refund is not made.
                        Does Amazon India has any office in or around Mumbai so that I can personally go and collect my money? Looks, they believe in harassing their customers.
                        I have talked to Amazon India today, Feb. 12, 2021. They are simply stating that they have transferred the fund and it is lying with Punjab National bank.
                        I sent a mail to Punjab National bank ([protected]@pnb.co.in ) on Feb. 06, 2021;

                            I didn't purchased anything on Amazon and I didn't get the OTP as well.

                            May I know how my money got deducted.

                            Please find the details below.

                            This is totally unethical from AMAZON INDIA.

                                        I have made 18590/- payment on 21 January 2021 of yes bank credit card from Amazon Pay through ICICI NetBanking. Payment debited from ICICI bank also debited from Amazon pay but not received to YES bank credit card. Amazon pay is not helping me for this issue. My credit card last date is 7 Feb 2021. Amazon pay needs to refund my money back. Please help me on this.
