I have purchased a jacket from amazon.in and they delivered me a saree. I returned it and they have started my process to refund.
Return process completed on 31.12.2020.
After that so many times I call customer care for my refund but till now my refund not to come in my account.
Please do a needful action.

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs 169 /- has been deducted from my ICICI account xxxxxxxx6784 since May 2019 and the transaction message says VSI/AMAZON STAN. neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any otp during the transaction. neither I am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this whenI was going through my account statement, the amount is being debited on 17th of every month since Jun 2019. Rs. 3380 ( rs. 169*20) has already been deducted from my account without my consent.
    you are requested to please look in to and arrange to refund the same on urgent basis.

                  Need help !!
                  My Amazon account is kept on hold since January 24 2021, i did got a form where i was asked to give proof of my bank details that i recently used, there i attached the bank statement with corresponding bank transaction,
                  on submit it says someone from customer care will contact you in 24 hours, its been 10 days, no one has contacted me. I am not able to react out to customer care as well as account is on hold, so no logging in.

                  i tried contacting customer care from different account, they also said "account on hold" are managed by different teams and they cant do anything.

                  Now the original card from which i made transaction is also expired (1/21) i can still submit the older transaction details with that same card.

                  i have a refund of 29, 999 stuck dueto this, also about 800 Amazon balance.

                  Kindly help me getting the account off this hold and issue the refund.

                      Dear union bank branch manager. I have my account in your bank. Account number [protected]. I have a complaint regarding the refund. I don't get my refund in my bank account from the Amazon of two sarees. 1. ₹ 549 reference no.[protected]
                      2. ₹246 reference no.[protected]. So I request the bank to check the transaction.

                        I placed an order Quantity
                        Stylbase RBRN Large Folding Ironing Board Table 18" X 48" (Colour May Vary) vide order No[protected] of Rs 999/- on on 19 Jan 21.I paced a return request on 22 Jan 21. No return pickup has been arranged inspite of several telephonic reminders. Request take up case to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                            Dear All

                            I hope You all are doing good and safe in during this pandamic situation.

                            i really dont know to whome i contact for my recent experience, so i kept yoy all in one basket.

                            i hoping resolution from you anyone of you.my recent experience being an prime member with amazon is not good trust me i am mentally torchered by Amazone sinece a week.

                            let me brief my experience one by one.

                            1. I ordered Phylips Hometheaghter during Republic day sale.

                            2. I recieved a used, damaged product that too with missing esassories. (Photgraphes attached herewith)

                            3. i immeditelly called CCE, i provided all the infomratuon alongwith photographes.

                            4. CCE is not ready to give me replacement they only force me for refund, i denied the refund as product price is high, after so many request they finally send me the Replacement.

                            5. After 4 5 days (Aprox) a delivery Guy Mr Raja Mishra came and he refused to give me exchange as as per him the seller dosent have complete infomration about exchange. i beg him litrally in frnt of him and requested so many times to exchange the product but he refused and run away.

                            6. I immeditelly contacted CCE and explain to him, he assured me and confirm that you will get your product within 24 to 48 hrs.

                            7. I continuously looking towards amazone app for product update. on29th Jan 07:38 AM product is out for delivery, at 02:29 PM its cancelled due to external factors (Dont know what happen) no one called me, contact me and also no one coming to me

                            8. I immeditelly contact CCE and requested him for reshudilng the product, he did the same.

                            9. On 30th Jan at 07:58 AM product out for delivery, i was so happy and excited to have my product, but at 10:26 AM i saw over amazon app there was a delivery attempt (but its completelly fake update, no one contacted me, no one msz me and no one coming to me for exchange) and at similar time amzone update that delivery cancelled. as exchange verification failed ( Trust me its compeletly fake update) photographes attached. for your refrence.

                            10. I Contacted Delivery Agent (I Recieved email from Amazon i contacted on the same no Mr Raja Mishra) he told me that i didnt have your parcel i dont know to home mentioned my nos for delivery.

                            11. I contacted CCE for update today he asdred me again for wait 24 hrs for re shudiling the parcel. but its not updated in Amazone App.

                            12. i Again called CCE for not updating the amazon for what we discussed in previous call. Mr Danis told me that its not delivery now as delivery agent mark cancelled.

                            13. Its completelly unfare with me, i am your prime customer and you gys are treatem me like this, you test my patience.

                            now i humble request please arrange to exchage my product with original and correct product. i dont want a refund please

                            looking forward for positive response from your side.

                              Sir hamne amazon se ak product (Mobile ki back Cover) order 23/12/2020 ko kiya tha cash on delivey tha. aur ghar par 28/12/2020 ko aaya tha jab Payment hamne 498/- ka de diya tha. Lekin product pasand nhi aaya to hamne vo product return 29/12/2020 ko kar diya tha. Lekin hamare paise hame refund nhi mile hai.
                              Amazon ke costmers se bat hui thi to unhone kaha tha ki apke bank acount me refund aa jayenga. aur bank me gaye the to bank ke cleark ne bola ki apke paise nhi aaye. fir se amazon se bat hui to unhone ak refund number diya aur bole ki charge dispute from bhar dijiye. aur amazon ne jo number diya vo no.[protected] ye hai.
                              Please ap request accept kijiye aur hamare refund hamare bank me transfer kar dijiye. hame apke answer ki pratiksha rahengi. please apke answer hame mail kar dijiyega.

                                My self Sandip Sengupta, i ordered a product (Sweeping robot- Mixen Intelligent Automatic Sweeping Household USB Rechargeable Robot vacuum cleaner worth Rs. 3, 499/-) from amazon on 25th November 2020. But my product was defected so I returned that on 2nd december 2020 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on 3rd December 2020 at 08:01 Am, but yet I didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction for Rs. 3, 499/- I called to amazon and they provide me a reference no. "[protected]" for my transaction. I called to my bank "union bank of India" they said there is no transaction on that date after that again I called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute, (Reference no. "[protected]") so I want to do charge dispute file. My amount is Rs. 3, 499/- and name - Sandip Sengupta,

                                Please help me to credit my refund Rs. 3, 499/- in my account. Please file charge dispute. Kindly help.
