Product purchased in deal. First of all product is dispatched and now status not deliverable to your site. When contacted with customer care, they say that you can book new order as unable to deliver.when I asked to resend order on same price, they refuses to do so. They are saying that by mistake discount was given on prime deal. Now you have to purchase the product on regular price. What a fraud is going on amazon. I have invoice of it.

    I have cancelled a order on amezon on 08 Jan 2021 of Rs 11999. Amezon processed a refund and said that it will be credited in my PNB account by 10 Jan 2021. On 18 Jan 2021 i raised the issue of not getting refund on Amazon app. The amezon provided me refund number-74332741010100970638929 and said to contact my branch. i contacted my branch they said that nothing can be done from their side and asked me to contact Amazon. On contacting with amezon they said to contact the branch with the same reference number. My refund is still not credited in my account. Please resolve my issue.

          Hello,

          Greetings!!

          This is Naresh and the registered mobile no is [protected]. I have an issue with the order id[protected]. On 22nd Dec, 2020 i returned the product due to a fitting issue, cost of the product is Rs:23999/- The product is having 30day return policy as well, within the time period I have returned the product. Till now i haven't received a refund yet and i am not getting any response from the support team. And also my prime account was blocked due to this i was unable to follow up regarding my issue.

          The order i am referring to is a dress and it has the return policy. Two days back I received a response like the refund cant be processed, I don't know why. Request you to check with my issue.

          I kindly request you to help me on this at earliest

            I had ordered something from Amazon on 08-January-2021 which i successfully cancelled on 10-january.-2021. Since i paid for the order by debit card, the amount was supposed to be credited in my bank account which did not happened till date. I contacted the amazon team which replied me back with a transaction number stating that they successfully initiated the refund process. After that i called the bank with the transaction number given from Amazon but they refused to help saying that this of no use to them. I regularly check my balance, but the amount is not credited since then. My refund transaction number is 74332741010100970638929 . Attached is the email from the Amazon team stating that the refund has been successfully completed.

                    I ordered shoes from amazon and according to their customer service the refund has been completed by 4th January, but the refund has not been reflected into my bank account till now and i checked upon the bank with the reference number of the refund and they say refund hasn't been credited into your account.

                        My family relative is trying to purchase something for himsel[censored]sing my account. By some mistake he typed his credit card detail incorrect. The order was cancelled rightaway. But amazon locked my account. I have called the customer care multiple time. They just say they don't have sufficient information, ask me to fill a form from website. But i never found. They totally cheated me . They locked my prime account. And also take off my money from amazon pay. They still not unlocked my prime amazon account

                                They sell very cheap quality products and when tried to return it they initiate return pickup and then pickup agent scam consumer saying price tag is missing so we cant return pick it up . And cancel the pick up . It happened twice with me so please get my issues solve with amazon and get me my refund

                                    I purchased JBL Bluetooth speaker from amzon on 4 jan.the product was different from actual product which was shown in the website so i want to return the item, i am trying to return the item in more than 5 attempts, but every time the delivery boy refuses to pick up the item, telling the pickup was denied by the customer.every time i contacted to the customer care service they assured me that they will take quick action and will contact to the courier partner to pick up my item as soon as possible.But it's more than 8 days i got no solution.every time i called the customer care they automatically lodge a pickup schedule but every time the delivery boy refused to pick up the item . They even don't c ok ntact to me I try to contact them they blocked my number.please take a step against them.

                                      I had placed an online order on Amazon.in for purchase of BITCORP Extension Board 1 Single Socket 15A 3 meter1.5 mm Long Qty 02 (TWO) on 20 Dec 2020 vide Order No[protected] . The package was delivered to me on 23 Dec 2020. Upon opening the Package however, I found that it contained *only one* item. On noticing that the package only had one item, I immediately contacted the Deliveryman and raised the issue with him. He however expressed his inability to do anything and asked me to raise it with Amazon customer care.

                                      I contacted Amazon Customer care on the very same day, ie 23 Dec 2020 and shared the issue with Amazon representative. I was promised that the matter will be investigated and it will take two to five days for the investigations and resolution of the issue.

                                      No contact or response was received from Amazon after that. I had to contact and remind Amazon customer care representatives at least twice to get the matter resolved. On 02 Jan 2021, I was brusquely told that the matter had been investigated at their end and that the package stands delivered and nothing more could be done by them.

                                      Since then, I have raised the issue via emails at [protected]@amazon.in thrice. I am yet to get a satisfactory response.

                                      Following issues are yet to be addressed:-

                                      (a) I have been trying to get back the missing item (as brought out at Para 1 above) or refund for the same. The problem appears to be at the packing stage itself by the Seller.

                                      (b) The customer cannot check the quantity of items inside a package before making payments or taking delivery. If one cannot check the items before taking delivery, then how does one ensure receiving complete order ?

                                      (c) The details of so called investigations carried by Amazon's team have not been shared with me till date. In fact Nobody has even spoken or tried to contact me for the said investigation. How has the investigation been finalized without ascertaining facts from me?
