I had ordered a mobile in the sale on 20th January 2021. I was told it was a 1 day delivery. As they promised, they didn't do 1 day delivery and every day I used to call amazon care for help and every time they used to say "We had sent instructions to delivery partner and I will get my delivery till the end of the day". I had listened same answer till 25th January, 2021 and suddenly without attempting for deliver, product was returned back.

I had purchased it in sale for 19500/- and now the price is 23999/-. If you guys return the product after the sale, how will I get the same mobile with the same price. Instead I would have preferred Flipkart where they have customer values.

    Amazon India was initiated my refund on 26 Dec 2020 of amount Rs5299.
    But still my refund is not credited.

      I ordered an Samsung Galaxy M31 on 29 September and get delivered on 30 September When I get it I opened it in the front of the delivery boy and we both saw the product it was Samsung Power bank then I said to the delivery boy take this product back then he said I can't take the product back because it's opened and he said contact customer service and then I contacted them and they said it will take 3-5 days to get resolved and when I opened my email I saw that there's written account blocked when I am trying to open amazon it's not opening then I contacted them from my registered mobile number then they said we can't help you in this matter.Some were saying that you will get an email but I didn't get any email and today I complained then they said me we can't give you any refund because you had broked our policy when I contacted them they were saying it's just of becuase previous order but that mobile was my first order please help in get my refund back I am very disappointed with Amazon.

        I have booked an mobile Samsung Galaxy M31 on 29 september 2020 and received it on 30 september 2020 and instead of Samsung Mobile I got An samsung power bank when I contacted them they were saying it will take 3-5 days but in 2 days of order delivery my account got blocked and when I said my account is blocked they were just saying you will get an email but I didn't get my refund please help me to get my refund.

          I have ordered Elgi Ultra Grind+ Gold Table Top Wet Grinder, 2L (White/ Purple) vide order ID[protected] to pincode 532168 and Amazon has offering delivery services to the above mentioned area and accepted the order however the delivery agent has called me and offered me to collect the product at there office which is near to 15km far from the delivery location. I have raised the complaint with their customer service team however the issue not resolved. Amazon has accepted my order and I have already paid for the order now the Amazon is not taking responsibility to speedy and safe delivery of the product and they also offering that if the product has not delivered then it will be returned to them and they will initiate the refund process if that is solution why they accepted the order and why they accepted payment and why should I collect at their office which they are not ready to deliver the product and which they bound to deliver the product as accepted order to the purticul pincode and received the peyment

            I purchase the dell laptop battery from Amazon India. After getting the delivery it is found that Battery is not compatible to my laptop.so i request to amazon india regarding the return the battery, But they denied.

              Amazon refund 403 rupees in my bank account on 13 January 2021 ( OR AFTER 13 JANUARY), but amount is not showing in my account.
              Amazon told me, they send money to my account and they also provide me a Reference Number[protected].
              I also contact to bank and bank costumer service but they don't solve this problem and ask to contact amazon service.

                  I placed an order for a washing machine in Amazon on November 23 2020 and paid it using EMI option with ICICI credit card.

                  EMI is Rs.628 for 12 months.

                  Total amount paid Rs. 6999

                  However, I have not received the product and it has been 2 months since I have placed the order. Amazon is not processing the refund for some reason. I now have 2 months bill generated. I also have late payment free since I did not pay the first month's bill.

                  I just want amazon refund the charges including the late payment fee since I did not receive the product till date and Amazon is not doing anything about this.

                  I have been chatting / calling amazon support 2 or 3 times a week and spending hours but they don't seem to have any continuity. I have to explain the whole thing again and again every time I chat or call which I actually did but even so there is no resolution for this. All they say is they have initiated the refund and ask me to wait for a few days. This keeps happening till now. The order status is still showing as preparing for dispatch which is totally ridiculous.

                  I heard about this website from a friend and so I'm posting the issue here. It will be really helpful if you can resolve this issue.

                      169 Rs got deducted without any notification or OTP. I don't know what's it deducted for and I haven't taken any subscription as well. This is just really weird how can money randomly get deducted?

                          A delivery man named 'Umesh Sahu' behaved and talked in a very rude and rough way to me on the phone and in person and refused to return the shoes that I wanted to return back because it was very cheap quality and the shoe size was also not the same that I ordered. They showed '30 days warranty' and I requested to return it back the same day I recieved it and even then he not only refused, he also behaved and talked in a very rude, rough and arrogant way.

                            Sir, mera name RATHOD KUNDAN r hain mera no [protected]. main ek bio device morpho 1899ka tha amazon se order kiya tha to unhone hame mini solar light di gayi wo tuti huwi di gayi hain orr amazon ki taraf se koi response nahi mil raha hain ham bahut pareshan ho gaye hain, 15 tarikh ko return kiya tha product ko but wo aaye lekin bola ki aap ka product aisa nahin tha jab ki courier parcel main ne open kiya tha, to nahi huwa phir return kiya tab ye bola ki customer se baat kariye amazon main customer se baat ki wo bole ki sir ho jayega aap ka 17 tarikh ko lekin phir aaye nahi esha 18.19.20.21.22.tarikh koi courier parcel lene hi nahi aaye main sir pareshan ho chuka hu pagal kar diya hain mujhe mera nukashan bhi bahut huwa hain 50000ka Amazon se Mujhi sir ye paise chahiye aisa ham darkhrast karte hain.

                                      I was using Amazon fire TV stick and the remote stopped working on 31 st December 2020. I placed a complaint on Amazon and they diverted me to Amazon ctdi. They got remote picked up after 5 days and asked for payment of 500 for replacement. I made the payment immediately. For another 7 days there was no response. On escalating they sent replacement remote which is not working. Again I called Amazon and they assured me that within 3 working days technician from ctdi will come along with replacement remote. I received call from Chetan Bhagat from ctdi team and he asked me to follow entire process again and I have to place a fresh request on ctdi...
                                      These people care least about customer inconvenience...they even don't care for the paid service after receiving money...
                                      I have called Amazon customer service and also wrote mails but they are not sending me escalation matrix, I think this company don't even have such matrix... I am Amazon prime customer since years...
