I have ordered product through amazon.in on 23/12/2020

Product is mobile phone.
I have received on Sunday 27/12/2020
I got used and activated phone
Then I tried to contact customer care they asked me to visit service center and do some document work, I have done every thing what they said to me, I have attached photos off bill, phone, packing and also a paper note which I got from service center.
After that they asked me to wait for 7 days, I have waited, but not a single call or message got from service team, then again after my waiting time I contacted to customer support but they are not showing any type of seriousness and didn’t got any resolution yet
And product value is – 38, 999.00
