Defective laptop and technical visit done 5 days back but return pick up is not done as the pick up guy need full working condition laptop... seems some big fraud going on by giving defective or second hand stuff...

One of the two Allen Solly blazers which I had ordered, only one was delivered and the other one was missing. The Amazon customer service says that according to their investigation both the blazers were delivered.

Also, the delivery boy neither called me nor was a message delivered to me at the time of the delivery. The packet was carelessly left on the ground floor without informing me of the same.
