I purchased HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 RAM for Desktop on 5th, February 2020. The item stopped working in October 2020. When I contacted the service center they checked the product and told me that this product is not genuine and denied the service.
After that, I reached amazon customer care on 2nd, November 2020. I produced the necessary documents that they are requested. Till to date, they can not solve my problem. Every time I called customer care they told me a new problem and asking five working days. Still, it is going on. Some of the customer care agents giving false information also.
Please take action against this issue and please help me to solve my problem.
